Abstract

本发明涉及一种含有无机氧化物复合粉体的医用无纺布。在该无机氧化物复合粉体中含有80-95%(重量)的TiO2、2-10%(重量)的Al2O3及1-10%(重量)的SiO2。该医用无纺布可以显著改善微循环,具有消炎、消肿、促进创伤愈合的特殊功效,适用于肿胀、表面创伤及骨折的辅助治疗。

Description

含有无机氧化物复合粉体的医用无纺布
本发明涉及一种含有无机氧化物复合粉体的医用无纺布,更详细地说,涉及一种含有由二氧化钛、三氧化二铝和二氧化硅为主要成分组成的复合粉体的医用无纺布。该医用无纺布能显著改善微循环,具有消炎、消肿、促进创伤愈合的特殊功效,尤其适用于开放创面、骨折、软组织闭合伤等的处理。
近年,粘胶无纺布开始被用作医用敷料,例如在MedicalTextiles,3(Mar.1992)中记载有一种由Lenzing公司制造产品Chlorinefree viscoe fiber,这种粘胶无纺布一般是用来替代普通的棉纱布,其特点是成本低,但没有辅助治疗的功效。
另外,在中国专利申请CN 90102 189.X中公开了一种红外线微能放射用粉末及混入该粉末的合成纤维及其纤维制品,该产品是利用陶瓷材料放射红外线微能的特性,起到温热或保温效果,另外还可用作包装材料使用,具有优良的保鲜抗菌效果,而完全没有记载对人体具有改善微循环、消炎、消肿等康复效果。
另外,在本申请人的ZL93111 620.1号中国专利中公开了一种能显著改善人体微循环的多元复合粉体及其制品,但由于未能解决安全性、卫生性等问题,不能用于制备直接应用于表面创伤的医用敷料。
因此,到目前为止,尚无将无机氧化物复合粉体与无纺布相结合的医用无纺布的先例。
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有无机氧化物复合粉体的医用无纺布,该医用无纺布具有便于消毒灭菌、卫生性好、可直接用于表面创伤、吸湿性好、可防止拉伸变形、易于敷用等优点,而且保持了现有的多元复合粉体制品所具有的改善人体微循环、消炎、消肿、促进创伤愈合的效果。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,首先将不能直接纺织加工的纤维素原料(如棉短绒、木材、芦苇、甘蔗渣等)用碱处理生成碱纤维素,再与二硫化碳反应生成纤维素黄酸酯,将生成的纤维素黄酸酯溶于稀碱溶液,制成粘胶溶液,然后将事先制成的多元无机氧化物复合粉体通过表面活性剂利用研磨法均匀地分散在粘胶溶液中;然后将含有复合粉体的粘胶溶液在一定压力下通过喷丝喷到酸性溶液中。经过酸浴,使纤维素黄酸酯分解并与碱中和,使粘胶凝固成丝,经过水洗、脱硫、漂白、酸洗等后处理后制成含有无机粉体的粘胶纤维;最后利用水刺法等加工制成无纺布,经过剪裁、消毒等操作后制成最终的产品如医用功能纱布、绷带、骨折套等。
在上述技术方案中所说的无机氧化物复合粉体主要包括TiO2 80-95%(重量)、Al2O3 2-10%(重量)及SiO2 1-10%(重量),粉末的粒径为小于0.5μm,在粘胶纤维中的无机氧化物复合粉体的含量为2.5-10%(重量),所用的无纺布的原料为粘胶纤维。
另外,所说的复合粉体中还可以含有选择性组分CaO、La2O3、CeO2、Y2O3、ZnO2及Ag3PO4。各选择性组分在粉体中的含量分别为:CaO 0-5%(重量)、La2O3 0-2%(重量)、CeO2 0-5%(重量)、Y2O3 0-4%(重量)、ZnO 0-2%(重量)、Ag3PO4 0-0.5%(重量)。
在粘胶纤维中无机氧化物复合粉体的含量优选为2.5-10%(重量),虽然从理论上讲无机粉体的含量与效果成正比,但如果在粘胶纤维中加入无机粉体的量超过10%,则纺丝时技术上出现困难,而且纤维的牢度、可织性等方面都不能达到要求。从大量实验可以确定,如果粘胶纤维中无机粉体的含量小于2.5%,则不能获得所期待的治疗效果,因此粘胶纤维中的无机粉体的含量优选为2.5-10%(重量)。
下面通过实施例及效果试验例对本发明进行更详细的说明,但本发明并不受这些实施例的限定。实施例1功能纱布的制备
将具有下列组成的多元无机氧化物复合粉体按6-7%(重量)的比例通过十二烷基磺酸钠利用研磨法均匀地分散在事先制成的粘胶溶液中。然后利用公知的方法将含有复合粉体的粘胶溶液制成含有无机粉体粘胶纤维,最后利用水刺法加工制成无纺布,该无纺布为40g/m2的网眼无纺布,将其剪裁、消毒后即可制成功能纱布。其中多元复合粉体的组成如下:(其中%为重量成分比)

ZnO2                             1.2%
Ag3PO4                          0.1%实施例2功能绷带的制备
除将实施例1中的多元无机氧化物复合粉体的组成改变成如下所示的组成以及在粘胶溶液中无机粉体的比例改变成7-8%(重量)之外,其余按与实施例1相同的方法进行,制成70g/m2的无纺布,经剪裁、消毒后制成功能绷带。其中多元复合粉体的组成如下:(其中%为重量百分比)

Al2O3                           3.5%
CaO                               1.0%
La2O3                           0.5%
CeO2                             3.0%
Y2O3                            1.5%
ZnO2                             1.0%效果试验例1功能纱布对肿胀的辅助疗效
采用由实施例1得到的功能纱布,对各类患有关节肿胀的患者进行治疗,同时作为对照组,使用普通纯棉纱布对另外一组患者进行治疗。分别计数二组患者达到一定的治疗效果所需天数。患者每组为十人,所说天数为平均天数。由实验结果可知使用本发明的功能纱布的肿胀患者可比使用普通纯棉纱布的患者提前1/2的时间达到预期的效果。效果试验例2  功能纱布对表面创伤的辅助疗效。
采用由实施例1得到的功能纱布,对各种表面创伤患者进行敷用,同时作为对照组,使用普通纯棉纱布对另外一组患者进行敷用,分别计数二组患者创伤痊愈的天数。患者为每组十人,所说天数为平均天数。由结果可知,使用本发明的功能纱布的表面创伤患者可比使用普通纯棉纱布的患者提前1/3-1/5的时间使创伤愈合。效果试验例3:功能绷带对骨折的辅助疗效
采用由实施例2得到的功能绷带,对各类骨折患者进行治疗,同时作为对照组,使用普通绷带对另外一组患者进行治疗,分别计数二组患者骨折愈合的天数,患者为每组十人,所说天数为平均天数。由结果可知,使用本发明的功能绷带的骨折患者可比使用普通绷带的患者提前1/4的时间愈合。
由上述可知,本发明的含有无机氧化物复合体的医用无纺布可以显著改善微循环,具有消炎、消肿、促进创伤愈合的特殊功效,尤其适用于肿胀、表面创伤以及骨折的辅助治疗。

Claims (2)

1、一种含有无机氧化物复合粉体的医用无纺布,其特征在于在制成无纺布的粘胶纤维中含有占粘胶纤维总重量2.5%~10%(重量)的无机氧化物复合粉体,该无机氧化物复合粉体含有80~95%(重量)的TiO2,2~10%(重量)的AL2O3以及1~10%(重量)的SiO2
2、如权利要求1所述的医用无纺布,其特征在于所述的无机氧化物复合粉体进一步包括选择性组份CaO、La2O3、CeO2、Y2O3、ZnO、Ag3PO4
