一种高强度耐磨耐腐蚀镍铬基合金,其成分中以大量的铬、钼、钨固溶于基体,形成高强度由金属间化物强化的合金,抗拉强度≥600MPa,硬度≥50HRC,达到钴基合金的使用性能,冶金工艺简单,生产成本低,特别适用铸造棒、焊支、作硬面合金材料和精铸各种零件、模具,合金的化学成分(重量百分比)为:0.02%碳,25~30%钼,12~18%钨,25%铬和30~37%镍,杂质元素为硅、铁、锰、铝等。

Description

一种高强度耐磨耐腐蚀合金
本发明是关于一种镍铬基合金,该合金除具有耐腐蚀性及极好的耐磨性外,还具有较高的强度,不易断裂,适用于铸造棒焊支,用作硬面合金材料及精密铸造成各种零件、模具等。
目前生产的耐磨耐腐蚀镍基合金,主要成分是镍、铬、钼型合金,由于会采用过量合金作强化固熔,使合金组织会产生大量的3相,从而会大大降低合金的强度。
本发明的目的是提供一种高强度的耐磨耐腐蚀镍铬基合金,在合金成分中加入大量的钨和采用适合的热处理工艺,可大大提高合金的抗拉强度,使之达到钴基合金的使用水平,具有较好的制造性能和较低的生产成本。
本发明的合金,其基本化学成分(重量百分比)为:0.02%碳,25~30%钼,12~18%钨,25%铬和30~37%镍,其余为少量的铁、硅、锰、铝等杂质元素。
本发明的合金是根据合金强化原理及抗腐蚀原理,在奥氏体的镍铬基合金的基础上,加入大量的抗腐蚀元素钨、钼进入基体固熔强化,形成金属间化物强化相,同时,由于有大量钨加入,提高了合金的强度,经过合适的热处理工艺,使合金在加钨后的抗拉强度提高一倍以上,下表列出本合金与美国Stellite4钴基合金性能的比较:

上表中美国Stellte4合金的成分为53%钴,31%铬、14%钨和1%碳。
本发明的合金,按如下成分(重量百分比)进行配料:37%镍,25%铬,25%钼,12%钨和0.02%碳,配料后,在感应电炉中冶炼,常压浇铸成型,合金的固熔处理温度为1240℃~1280℃,时效强化温度≤860℃。
本发明的优点在于合金除具有耐磨耐腐蚀性外,还具有较高的强度,冶金工艺简单,生产成本低,特别适用于铸造棒、焊支、作硬面合金材料和精铸各种零件及模具。
