In the prior art, in an intelligent home scene, a user may pass through an intelligent terminal, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a home appliance control method in the intelligent home scene in the prior art, as shown in fig. 1, two methods can be currently adopted to realize control of an intelligent home appliance:
mode one, the small-cycle control mode: the intelligent terminal controls the intelligent household appliances through the household intelligent gateway in the household domain network.
Mode two, the large loop control mode: the intelligent terminal firstly sends a control instruction to the pan-tilt head through the mobile internet; and then the cloud platform forwards the control instruction to the home intelligent gateway connected with the cloud platform through the mobile internet, so that the control of the intelligent household appliance is realized.
In the above two control modes, the basic flow of the user controlling the intelligent household appliance is as follows:
step 1, a user selects household appliances to be controlled and specific functions/operations of the appliances to be called in a household appliance control application program (APP) of an intelligent terminal;
step 2, the APP generates an intelligent household appliance control instruction according to user selection, and the intelligent household appliance control instruction is sent to target intelligent household appliance equipment through an intelligent home gateway relay or through an intelligent home gateway and a cloud platform relay;
step 3, after receiving the control instruction sent by the user, the intelligent household appliance executes corresponding operation and feeds back a manufacturing result;
and 4, returning the operation result fed back by the intelligent household appliance to the user through the relay of the intelligent home gateway or through the relay of the intelligent home gateway and the cloud platform.
In recent years, with the rise of intelligent wearable devices such as bracelets and watches, the user can conveniently obtain vital sign data such as body temperature, heart rate and blood pressure of the user, and exercise data such as step number and energy consumption. On the basis of the data, a specific reasoning analysis algorithm is adopted, and information such as the health condition, the sleep condition and the like of the user can be obtained.
As can be seen from fig. 1, in the smart home environment, a user can send an operation instruction according to his own will, control a corresponding smart appliance, and obtain a corresponding service. However, in some special scenarios, due to negligence or lack of knowledge about scientific use of the home appliance, the home appliance operation instruction sent by the user may have adverse effects on the health of the user or the family; for example, if the user has just moved home vigorously to adjust the cooling temperature of the air conditioner to a low temperature, the user may catch a cold.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problem that the prior art cannot scientifically control the intelligent home appliance due to lack of relevant knowledge of the user, the present invention is proposed to provide an intelligent home appliance control method and apparatus that overcome the above problems.
The invention provides an intelligent household appliance control method, which comprises the following steps: receiving a household appliance operation request sent by a user; acquiring household appliance control reference information of a user according to a household appliance operation request; acquiring corresponding household appliance use suggestion information from an intelligent household knowledge base according to household appliance control reference information; and processing the household appliance operation request according to the household appliance use suggestion information.
Preferably, the home appliance control reference information includes: user health data; the acquiring of the household appliance control reference information of the user according to the household appliance operation request specifically includes: according to the household appliance operation request, user health data are obtained from wearable device synchronous data under a user account in the cloud platform; and/or inquiring the health data of the user in real time from the wearable device under the user account through the cloud platform according to the household appliance operation request.
Preferably, the home appliance control reference information includes: user personal information, and/or environmental reference information; the acquiring of the household appliance control reference information of the user according to the household appliance operation request specifically includes: according to the household appliance operation request, acquiring user personal information from a user account in the cloud platform; and/or acquiring the environment reference information from the Internet according to the electric operation request.
Preferably, the user health data comprises: vital sign data of the user, and/or motion data of the user.
Preferably, after receiving the appliance operation request sent by the user, the method further includes: and judging whether the household appliance operation request carries mandatory execution information, if so, directly executing the household appliance operation request, and otherwise, acquiring household appliance control reference information of the user according to the household appliance operation request.
Preferably, the processing the appliance operation request according to the appliance use suggestion information specifically includes: judging whether the household appliance operation request sent by the user is reasonable or not according to the household appliance use suggestion information; under the condition of judging that the household appliance operation request is reasonable, executing the household appliance operation request and feeding back the household appliance operation request to a user; and sending household appliance control suggestion information to a user through the cloud platform under the condition of judging that the household appliance operation request is unreasonable.
The invention also provides an intelligent household appliance control device, which comprises: the user request processing unit is used for receiving a household appliance operation request sent by a user; and the logic reasoning unit is used for acquiring the household appliance control reference information of the user according to the household appliance operation request, acquiring corresponding household appliance use suggestion information from the intelligent household knowledge base according to the household appliance control reference information, and processing the household appliance operation request according to the household appliance use suggestion information.
Preferably, the home appliance control reference information includes: user health data; the logical reasoning unit is specifically configured to: according to the household appliance operation request, user health data are obtained from wearable device synchronous data under a user account in the cloud platform; and/or inquiring the health data of the user in real time from the wearable device under the user account through the cloud platform according to the household appliance operation request.

the health data are introduced in the process of controlling the intelligent household appliances, the problem that the intelligent household appliances cannot be scientifically controlled due to the fact that a user lacks relevant knowledge in the prior art is solved, unreasonable household appliance control instructions provided by the user can be prompted and improved suggestions can be provided according to information such as user health data, the intelligent household appliances are guaranteed to operate in a mode meeting the health requirements of the user, the household intelligent level can be effectively improved, and the user experience degree is improved.

Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
In order to solve the problem that the intelligent household appliances cannot be scientifically controlled due to the lack of relevant knowledge of users in the prior art, the invention provides an intelligent household appliance control method and device.A cloud platform receives a household appliance operation instruction sent by a user, acquires scientific use knowledge of a target household appliance from the Internet/knowledge base by inquiring user health data (including vital sign data and motion data), and judges whether the user operation is reasonable or not by combining personal information and third-party data (such as weather conditions and the like); and sending prompt information to the user for unreasonable user operation instructions, and giving reasonable improvement suggestions. The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and do not limit the invention.
Method embodiment
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an intelligent home appliance control method is provided, fig. 2 is a flowchart of the intelligent home appliance control method according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the intelligent home appliance control method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following processes:
step 201, receiving a household appliance operation request sent by a user;
in the embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate the user to flexibly control the intelligent home appliance, after receiving the home appliance operation request sent by the user, it is necessary to determine whether the home appliance operation request carries the mandatory execution information, if so, the home appliance operation request is directly executed, otherwise, the home appliance control reference information of the user is obtained according to the home appliance operation request, that is, step 202 and step 204 are continuously executed.
Step 202, acquiring household appliance control reference information of a user according to a household appliance operation request; the home appliance control reference information may include: user health data, user personal information, and/or environmental reference information; wherein the user health data comprises: vital sign data of the user, and/or motion data of the user. Wherein, the vital sign data specifically comprises body temperature, heart rate, pulse, respiration, blood pressure and the like; based on such data, the current physical condition, health degree, disease occurrence, sleep state and other information of the user can be analyzed in a reasoning way. Exercise data includes exercise characteristics (running, walking), number of steps, exercise time, energy expenditure, etc.; based on such data, the intensity and state of motion of the user may be evaluated. The user personal information includes: gender, age, height, weight, etc., which are previously saved on the user's account on the cloud platform. The environment reference information is related data provided by a third-party information source, such as current weather conditions and the like; the third party data may be obtained via the internet.
In step 202, user health data may be obtained from wearable device synchronization data under a user account in the cloud platform according to the appliance operation request; and/or inquiring the health data of the user in real time from the wearable device under the user account through the cloud platform according to the household appliance operation request. Or acquiring personal information of the user from a user account in the cloud platform according to the household appliance operation request; and/or acquiring the environment reference information from the Internet according to the household appliance operation request. That is to say, the above-mentioned user health data is mainly obtained through wearable equipment such as the intelligent bracelet that the user wore, smart watch. Most data is synchronized to the account of the user on the cloud platform in advance; and partial data can be inquired to the wearable device by the cloud platform in real time.
Step 203, acquiring corresponding household appliance use suggestion information from an intelligent household knowledge base according to the household appliance control reference information; in the embodiment of the invention, the cloud platform needs to acquire knowledge related to scientific use of the target household appliance from the internet and a knowledge base carried by the cloud platform/application program. The knowledge gives suggestions on how to reasonably use the household appliance under different physical conditions and different weather conditions for different users. For example, "suggestion 1: when a user sweats in strenuous exercise, the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is not more than 10 ℃ when the air conditioner is started, and cold wind direct blowing is avoided.
And step 204, processing the household appliance operation request according to the household appliance use suggestion information.
Step 204 specifically includes: judging whether the household appliance operation request sent by the user is reasonable or not according to the household appliance use suggestion information; under the condition of judging that the household appliance operation request is reasonable, executing the household appliance operation request and feeding back the household appliance operation request to a user; and sending household appliance control suggestion information to a user through the cloud platform under the condition of judging that the household appliance operation request is unreasonable.
The above technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an intelligent household appliance control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, after receiving a household appliance operation request sent by a user, a user request processing unit sends the received household appliance operation request to a logical inference unit; the logic reasoning unit inquires user health data, inquires use suggestions of the target household appliances from the Internet or a preset intelligent household knowledge base, and acquires third-party data as required for judging whether the user operation is reasonable or not; for reasonable user operation, the logic inference unit queries the equipment library, converts a user request into a control instruction which can be identified by the target household appliance and feeds the control instruction back to the user request processing unit; for unreasonable user operation instructions, the cloud platform sends prompt information to the user, indicates unreasonable operation and gives reasonable improvement suggestions.
The following exemplifies the intelligent household appliance control method according to the embodiment of the present invention, taking a specific application scenario in which the user returns home after running and exercising and starts an air conditioner to cool down. Fig. 4 is a signaling flowchart of an example of the intelligent household appliance control method according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, it is assumed that the scene occurs after the summer noon, and the temperature of the air is 33 ℃. The method comprises the steps that devices such as an intelligent bracelet and an intelligent watch worn by a user synchronize acquired user health information (including vital sign data and motion data) to a user personal account of a cloud platform in advance. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1: when a user returns home, a control request is sent to the air conditioner AC-1 through the APP installed on the intelligent terminal (such as a mobile phone), starting and refrigerating are carried out, the target refrigerating temperature is 18 ℃, and forced execution is not required (namely, a cloud platform is allowed to provide reasonable suggestions for the control request).
Step 2: after receiving an air conditioner control request (not requiring forced execution) sent by a user, the cloud platform queries health data under a user account, and judges that the user has just run for a long distance according to vital sign data such as body temperature and heart rate and motion data such as motion characteristics and heat consumption.
And step 3: the cloud platform queries from the internet or a preset intelligent household knowledge base to obtain a knowledge suggestion 1 about how to reasonably use air-conditioning refrigeration after the exercise is finished.
And 4, step 4: the cloud platform acquires that the current outdoor temperature is 33 ℃ from a third-party data source, and judges that the refrigeration target temperature set by the user is too low to be beneficial to health by combining the user health data and the air conditioner use suggestion.
And 5: the cloud platform sends information to the user, prompts that the temperature is set too low, advises the user to adjust the temperature to be not lower than 23 ℃, and supplements and advises the user to start a 'people feeling avoiding' function so as to avoid direct blowing.
Step 6: after receiving the prompt message sent by the cloud platform, the user can adopt the following processing modes: a) modifying the air conditioner control request according to the prompt information, such as 'starting refrigeration, refrigerating target temperature is 24 ℃, and starting a people-feeling avoidance function'; b) modifying an air conditioner control request, but not completely complying with the cloud platform suggestion, such as 'starting refrigeration, the refrigeration target temperature is 20 ℃, starting a human feeling avoidance function', and requiring forced execution; c) and the cloud platform proposal is not accepted, the original request is adopted, and the mandatory execution is required. In this example, the request generated again by the user is "start-up cooling, the target cooling temperature is 20 ℃, the human feeling avoidance function is started", and the forced execution is required.
And 7: the user again sends a control request to the air conditioner AC-1.
And 8: the cloud platform receives an air conditioner control request sent by a user, and if the air conditioner control request is required to be executed forcibly, the downward execution is continued; if not, judging the rationality, and continuing to execute downwards for rational operation, otherwise, returning to the step 5. In this example, the cloud platform will continue to execute downward.
And step 9: the cloud platform generates a control instruction which can be identified by the air conditioning equipment according to a user request, and sends the control instruction to the air conditioner AC-1, and the instruction reaches the AC-1 through the relay of the home intelligent gateway.
Step 10: and after receiving the control command, the AC-1 executes corresponding operation and feeds back an execution result to the APP through the home intelligent gateway and the cloud platform.
In summary, the embodiment of the present invention introduces health data in the process of controlling the intelligent home appliance, solves the problem that the intelligent home appliance cannot be scientifically controlled due to lack of relevant knowledge of the user in the prior art, and can prompt and provide an improvement suggestion for an unreasonable home appliance control instruction provided by the user according to information such as user health data, so as to ensure that the intelligent home appliance operates in a manner meeting the health requirements of the user, thereby effectively improving the home intelligent level and improving the user experience.
Device embodiment
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an intelligent home appliance control device is provided, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of the intelligent home appliance control device according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the intelligent home appliance control device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: the user request processing unit 50 and the logical inference unit 52 will be described in detail below with reference to the respective modules of the embodiment of the present invention.
A user request processing unit 50, configured to receive a home appliance operation request sent by a user;
and the logic inference unit 52 is configured to obtain the home appliance control reference information of the user according to the home appliance operation request, obtain corresponding home appliance use suggestion information from the smart home knowledge base according to the home appliance control reference information, and process the home appliance operation request according to the home appliance use suggestion information. Wherein the home appliance control reference information includes: user health data, user personal information, and/or environmental reference information; the user health data includes: vital sign data of the user, and/or motion data of the user.
The logical inference unit 52 is specifically configured to: according to the household appliance operation request, user health data are obtained from wearable device synchronous data under a user account in the cloud platform; and/or inquiring the health data of the user in real time from the wearable device under the user account through the cloud platform according to the household appliance operation request. In addition, the logic inference unit 52 may also obtain personal information of the user from the user account in the cloud platform according to the appliance operation request; and/or acquiring the environment reference information from the Internet according to the electric operation request.
The logical inference unit 52 may further determine whether the home appliance operation request carries mandatory execution information, if so, directly execute the home appliance operation request, otherwise, obtain the home appliance control reference information of the user according to the home appliance operation request.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the logical inference unit 52 needs to determine whether the appliance operation request sent by the user is reasonable according to the appliance use suggestion information; under the condition of judging that the household appliance operation request is reasonable, executing the household appliance operation request and feeding back the household appliance operation request to a user; and sending household appliance control suggestion information to a user through the cloud platform under the condition of judging that the household appliance operation request is unreasonable.
The specific processing of each module in the embodiment of the present invention can be understood according to the corresponding description in the above method embodiment, and is not described herein again.
In summary, the embodiment of the present invention introduces health data in the process of generating an intelligent home control, solves the problem that a user cannot scientifically control an intelligent home appliance due to lack of relevant knowledge in the prior art, and can prompt and provide an improvement suggestion for an unreasonable home appliance control instruction provided by the user according to information such as user health data, so as to ensure that an intelligent home appliance operates in a manner meeting the health requirements of the user, thereby effectively improving the home intelligent level and improving the user experience.
