In recent years, the liquefied natural gas industry in China is rapidly expanded, and stations such as a plurality of LNG liquefaction plants, LNG receiving stations, a large number of LNG filling stations and the like are put into use. Due to the fact that the LNG temperature is extremely low (-162 ℃), the gas-liquid expansion ratio is large, once the LNG leaks in the storage process, the LNG is easy to volatilize and forms an explosive mixture with air, and the danger of fire explosion is caused when the LNG meets an ignition source. Therefore, evaporation and diffusion of the leaked LNG are restrained, further diffusion of the LNG can be prevented by reducing the evaporation rate, and personal injury and LNG fire are avoided.
High expansion foam is a method recommended by the U.S. federal regulations NFPA 59A to suppress LNG vapor cloud diffusion and control LNG fires. At present, a high-expansion foam system is not generally equipped in small stations such as LNG gas stations, and a dry powder fire extinguisher is mainly used for controlling fire. However, the storage tank capacity of the existing LNG gas station is generally 60-180m3If leakage occurs, a liquid pool is formed, and the steam cloud formed by diffusion is easy to encounter an ignition source to cause a large-area fire disaster, thereby causing serious consequences. Although a fixed high-expansion foam system is arranged in large places such as an LNG receiving station, a liquefaction plant and the like, if LNG leaks from a part far away from a liquid collecting tank, large-area vapor cloud diffusion can be caused, and serious consequences are caused.
