Abstract
正(负)压式精密温控四通阀,包括圆筒状阀体、与阀体上下端法兰密封连接的上下盖板,阀体中心设置有转动轴,转动轴上设置有单向阀片,转动轴两端设置于轴承座内,转动轴下端与轴承座密封连接,上端穿出轴承座通过联轴器连接电动执行器主轴,电动执行器安装于散热执行器架上端,转动轴上端伸入散热执行器架内,散热执行器架末端与上盖板上的轴承座密封焊接,圆筒状阀体外圆周面开设有4个两两对称的法兰式风口,所述单向阀片为一字型或T字型,出风口处设置有智能温度传感器,阀体外部设置有智能温度控制仪,智能温度传感器信号连接智能温度控制仪,智能温度控制仪电连接电动执行器。结构简单,可实现自动化控制,并且温度控制精度高,适宜产业化应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及自动控制阀门制作领域,尤其涉及温控四通阀。
背景技术
现有技术的四通阀均为手动控制阀体的开启和闭合,控制精度差,出风量无法精确控制,导致温度也无法控制,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种自动化程度高,结构简单,可实现精密温控的正(负)压式精密温控四通阀。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:正(负)压式精密温控四通阀,其特征在于包括圆筒状阀体、与阀体上下端法兰密封连接的上下盖板,阀体中心设置有转动轴,转动轴上设置有单向阀片,转动轴两端设置于轴承座内,转动轴下端与轴承座密封连接,上端穿出轴承座通过联轴器连接电动执行器主轴,电动执行器安装于散热执行器架上端,转动轴上端伸入散热执行器架内,散热执行器架末端与上盖板上的轴承座密封焊接,圆筒状阀体外圆周面开设有4个两两对称的法兰式风口,所述单向阀片为一字型或T字型,出风口处设置有智能温度传感器,阀体外部设置有智能温度控制仪,智能温度传感器信号连接智能温度控制仪,智能温度控制仪电连接电动执行器。
作为优选,阀体外表面设置有保温层。
作为优选,上下盖均设置有放射状的加强筋。
本发明有益效果:本发明结构简单,可实现自动化控制,并且温度控制精度高,适宜产业化应用。

具体实施方式
实施例1:正压式精密温控四通阀,包括圆筒状阀体1、与阀体1上下端法兰密封连接的上下盖板(2、3),阀体1中心设置有转动轴4,转动轴4上设置有单向阀片5,转动轴4两端设置于轴承座6内,转动轴4下端与轴承座6密封连接,上端穿出轴承座6通过联轴器7连接电动执行器8主轴,电动执行器8安装于散热执行器架9上端,转动轴4上端伸入散热执行器架9内,散热执行器架9末端与上盖板2上的轴承座6密封焊接,圆筒状阀体1外圆周面开设有4个两两对称的法兰式风口(1.1、1.2、1.3、1.4),所述单向阀片5为一字型,风口1.4处设置有智能温度传感器10,阀体1外部设置有智能温度控制仪11,智能温度传感器10信号连接智能温度控制仪11,智能温度控制仪11电连接电动执行器8。阀体1外表面设置有保温层。上下盖(2、3)均设置有放射状的加强筋12。
实施例2: 负压式精密温控四通阀,参照实施例1,单向阀片5为T字型,风口1.1处设置有智能温度传感器10。
工程实例:活性炭吸附及脱附再生工艺
一、己知条件
1、计算脱附再生进热风温度和风热风量;
2、设定热风脱附再生温度115℃;
3、热风量3000m3/h;
4、焚烧温度805℃、催化温度300~600℃;
5、1#智能温度控制仪设定150℃ ;
3.1、第一级正压式精密温控四通阀
热风300~805℃从正压式精密温控四通阀风口1.1进、从风口1.4出,混合进入智能温度传感器10测控,多余的热风从出风口1.2排出大气。
冷风0~30℃从正压式精密温控四通阀出风口1.3进、从出风口1.4出、混合进入智能温度传感器10测控、多余的热风从出风口1.2排出大气。
热风、冷风分别从风口1.1、1.3进从风口1.4混合进入智能温度10测控,温度传感器信号10反馈智能温度控制仪11、在15~30s内由电动执行器8进行左右调正单向阀片5、控制热冷风流量,达到安全自动衡温150℃的目的、热风300~805℃波动大时150℃±2~5℃。
为了达到安全自动衡温控制设第二级负压式精密温控四通阀。
3.2、第二级负压式精密温控四通阀
通过第一级正压式精密温控四通阀风口1.4出、150℃混合进入负压式精密温控四通阀风口1.2、从风口1.1出、混合进入智能温度温度传感器10测控。
冷风0~30℃从正压式精密温控四通阀风口1.4进、从风口1.2出、混合进入智能温度温度传感器10测控、多余的热风从风口1.3排出大气。
热冷风4#口出、混合进入1#智能温度测控点后、温度传感器信号反馈2#智能温度控制仪、在15~30s内由电动执行器进行左右调整,安全自动衡温115℃±2。

1.正(负)压式精密温控四通阀,其特征在于包括圆筒状阀体、与阀体上下端法兰密封连接的上下盖板,阀体中心设置有转动轴,转动轴上设置有单向阀片,转动轴两端设置于轴承座内,转动轴下端与轴承座密封连接,上端穿出轴承座通过联轴器连接电动执行器主轴,电动执行器安装于散热执行器架上端,转动轴上端伸入散热执行器架内,散热执行器架末端与上盖板上的轴承座密封焊接,圆筒状阀体外圆周面开设有4个两两对称的法兰式风口,所述单向阀片为一字型或T字型,出风口处设置有智能温度传感器,阀体外部设置有智能温度控制仪,智能温度传感器信号连接智能温度控制仪,智能温度控制仪电连接电动执行器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的正(负)压式精密温控四通阀,其特征在于阀体外表面设置有保温层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的正(负)压式精密温控四通阀,其特征在于上下盖均设置有放射状的加强筋。
