Abstract

本发明涉及一种车载儿童安全座椅，包括座椅本体，所述座椅本体两侧均设有固定装置，所述固定装置包括两端连接在所述座椅本体侧边上的固定带、以及滑动套设在所述固定带上的与车辆上安全带插扣槽配合的锁扣。本发明的车载儿童座椅通过在座椅本体的两侧分别设置三点式的固定带，使得固定带与汽车座椅之间的固定角度可随车辆的车速或行驶状态而改变，能稳固地将座椅本体绑缚在汽车座椅上，避免座椅本体产生位移或晃动，从而确保了儿童的乘坐安全。

Description

一种车载儿童安全座椅
技术领域
本发明涉及一种儿童安全座椅，尤其涉及一种在车辆任何行驶状况下都能将儿童座椅绑缚在车上的车载儿童座椅。
背景技术
儿童安全座椅就是一种专为不同体重(或年龄段)的儿童设计，将孩子束缚在安全座椅内，能有效提高儿童乘车安全的座椅。欧洲强制性执行标准ECE R44/03的定义是：能够固定到机动车辆上，带有ISOFIX接口、LATCH接口的安全带组件或柔性部件、调节机构、附件等组成的儿童安全防护系统。在汽车碰撞或突然减速的情况下，可以减少对儿童的冲压力和限制儿童的身体移动从而减轻对他们的伤害。
不管是使用何种接口进行固定，各接口仅是将儿童座椅与汽车座椅进行点对点的连接，比如，在对儿童座椅侧边进行固定时，仅是在儿童座椅侧边设置固定带，固定带的一端连接在儿童座椅的侧边，另一端是连接在接口上，利用接口插接到汽车座椅上的接口实现固定。在该种固定方式下，汽车在行驶过程中，刹车、突然加速以及遭遇颠簸、上坡或下坡时，由于车速的改变以及行驶状态的改变，安装在后排座椅上的儿童座椅会产生位移或晃动；同时，汽车在下行时，乘坐在儿童座椅内的儿童会惯性地倾向前下方，乘坐不舒服。
有鉴于上述的缺陷，本设计人，积极加以研究创新，以期创设一种车载儿童安全座椅，使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的目的是提供一种固定角度可随车辆行驶状态而改变、避免位移或晃动的车载儿童座椅。
本发明的车载儿童安全座椅，包括座椅本体，所述座椅本体两侧均设有固定装置，所述固定装置包括两端连接在所述座椅本体侧边上的固定带、以及滑动套设在所述固定带上的与车辆上安全带插扣槽配合的锁扣。
进一步的，所述固定带一端固定在所述座椅本体侧边上，另一端穿过所述座椅本体侧边、与设置在所述座椅本体内部的卷收所述座椅本体上安全带的卷收器连接。
进一步的，所述座椅本体具有乘坐部与靠背部，所述固定带一端固定在所述乘坐部的侧边，另一端穿过所述靠背部侧边与所述卷收器连接。
进一步的，所述固定带的另一端上设有具有穿插槽的止动舌，所述止动舌穿设在所述卷收器中的安全带上。
进一步的，所述锁扣使其两侧的所述固定带具有40～60°的夹角。
进一步的，所述座椅本体两侧均设有握持部。
借由上述方案，本发明的车载儿童座椅通过在座椅本体的两侧分别设置三点式的固定带，使得固定带与汽车座椅之间的固定角度可随车辆的车速或行驶状态而改变，能稳固地将座椅本体绑缚在汽车座椅上，避免座椅本体产生位移或晃动，从而确保了儿童的乘坐安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例，对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明，但不用来限制本发明的范围。
参见图1和图2，本发明一较佳实施例所述的一种车载儿童安全座椅，包括座椅本体，座椅本体具有乘坐部11与靠背部12，在座椅本体两侧均设有固定装置，固定装置包括两端连接在座椅本体侧边上的固定带21、以及滑动套设在固定带21上的与车辆上安全带插扣槽配合的锁扣22，具体的，固定带21一端固定在座椅本体侧边上，另一端穿过座椅本体侧边、与设置在座椅本体内部的卷收座椅本体上安全带31的卷收器30连接。
优选的，本发明中将固定带21一端固定在乘坐部11的侧边，另一端穿过靠背部12侧边与卷收器30连接，具体的，在固定带21的另一端上设置具有穿插槽41的止动舌40，将止动舌40穿设在卷收器30中的安全带31上。
本发明中通过在座椅本体两侧均设置两点固定的固定带21，能同时对乘坐部11与靠背部12提供拉力，利用滑动设置在固定带21上的锁扣，使得座椅本体侧边与汽车座椅之间为三点固定方式，单就座椅本体侧边的固定方式，相比传统的点到点的两点固定方式，本发明的三点固定方式能够同时对乘坐部11与靠背部12提供拉力，车辆行驶过程中急刹时，固定带21能将靠背部12拉住，避免其在惯性的作用下前倾，固定带21同时也将乘坐部11拉住，避免其在惯性的作用下产生位移；而点到点的两点固定方式在遭遇急刹时，靠背部首先会前倾，压向乘坐部中的儿童，儿童背部在受到压迫时同样会前倾，撞击到前排座椅，存在危险性，另外，急刹时，靠背部前倾，势必会导致乘坐部向后上方动作，加大靠背部的前倾程度。而本发明的座椅本体两侧均是三点固定，相当在两侧均利用三个爪将儿童座椅抓紧在汽车座椅上，利用三点的牢固关系，在车辆遭遇各种行驶状况时，汽车座椅均不会产生晃动与位移。
同时，由于锁扣22是滑动套设在固定带21上，在车辆加速、急刹、颠簸、上坡或下坡时，座椅本体即将在惯性作用下发生位置变化时，锁扣22在惯性作用下在固定带21上滑动，乘坐部11上的固定带21的固定点与锁扣22跟安全带插扣槽的连接点，这两点之间的固定带21与汽车座椅平面之间形成的夹角会随着锁扣的滑动而改变，即固定角度随车辆行驶状态改变，以便更好的对乘坐部11与靠背部12提供拉力，及时避免座椅本体发生位置变化。
由于固定带21的另一端连接有止动舌40，将止动舌40穿在座椅本体内部的卷收器30中的安全带31上。在乘坐本发明的安全座椅时，座椅本体中的安全带31将儿童限制在座椅本体内，车辆在行驶过程中，在车速或行驶状态改变的情况下，儿童因惯性发生前倾时，会将安全带31从卷收器30中拉出，此时，由于固定带21与汽车座椅平面之间的固定角度发生改变，固定带21的拉力方向发生变化，从而使得固定带21另一端上的止动舌40与安全带21发生动作，当安全带31产生拉出的趋势时，止动舌40拉扯安全带31，从而阻止安全带31拉出，安全带31对儿童提供拉力，及时地避免了儿童前倾，从而确保了乘坐的安全性。
优选的，本发明中的锁扣22使其两侧的固定带21具有40～60°的夹角，在该角度范围下，形成的固定角度可以将座椅本体稳固的绑缚在汽车座椅上。
为方便拿放，本发明在座椅本体两侧均设有握持部13。
本发明的车载儿童座椅通过在座椅本体的两侧分别设置三点式的固定带，使得固定带与汽车座椅之间的固定角度可随车辆的车速或行驶状态而改变，能稳固地将座椅本体绑缚在汽车座椅上，避免座椅本体产生位移或晃动，从而确保了儿童的乘坐安全。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，并不用于限制本发明，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和变型，这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种车载儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：包括座椅本体，所述座椅本体两侧均设有固定装置，所述固定装置包括两端连接在所述座椅本体侧边上的固定带、以及滑动套设在所述固定带上的与车辆上安全带插扣槽配合的锁扣。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车载儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述固定带一端固定在所述座椅本体侧边上，另一端穿过所述座椅本体侧边、与设置在所述座椅本体内部的卷收所述座椅本体上安全带的卷收器连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车载儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述座椅本体具有乘坐部与靠背部，所述固定带一端固定在所述乘坐部的侧边，另一端穿过所述靠背部侧边与所述卷收器连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车载儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述固定带的另一端上设有具有穿插槽的止动舌，所述止动舌穿设在所述卷收器中的安全带上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车载儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述锁扣使其两侧的所述固定带具有40～60°的夹角。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的车载儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述座椅本体两侧均设有握持部。
