Abstract

本发明提供一种干式复合机及利用该复合机进行镀铝膜复合的方法,干式复合机包括复合机本体,复合机本体的进膜路径上设置有电晕机,复合方法为:在PET膜非镀铝面与PE膜复合前,利用电晕机对PET膜非镀铝面进行电晕,再采用水胶对PET膜非镀铝面和PE膜进行复合,以解决现有PET膜的非镀铝面与PE膜复合时所采用的胶粘剂成本较高,且污染环境,影响工人的身体健康。本发明属于薄膜复合领域。

一种干式复合机及利用该复合机进行镀铝膜复合的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种干式复合机及复合方法,属于薄膜复合领域。
背景技术
镀铝膜是采用特殊工艺在塑料薄膜表面镀上一层极薄的金属铝而形成的一种复合软包装材料,其中最常用的加工方法当数真空镀铝法,就是在高真空状态下通过高温将金属铝融化蒸发,使铝的蒸汽沉淀堆积到塑料薄膜表面上,从而使塑料薄膜表面具有金属光泽。由于它既具有塑料薄膜的特性,又具有金属的特性,是一种廉价美观、性能优良、实用性强的包装材料。
目前应用最多的镀铝薄膜主要有聚酯镀铝膜(VMPET)和CPP 镀铝膜(VMCPP)。薄膜表面镀铝的作用是遮光、防紫外线照射,既延长了内容物的保质期,又提高了薄膜的亮度,从一定程度上代替了铝箔,也具有价廉、美观及较好的阻隔性能,因此,镀铝膜在复合包装中的应用十分广泛,目前主要应用于饼干等干燥、膨化食品包装以及一些医药、化妆品的外包装上。
现有工艺中,聚酯镀铝膜(VMPET)的一种优化工艺方案是将PET膜的一面镀铝并与BOPP膜复合,PET膜的非镀铝面再与PE膜复合,由于PET膜的非镀铝面一般为42达因左右,使用水胶复合,牢度较差,无法适用于重包装,现有PET膜的非镀铝面与PE膜复合时所采用的胶粘剂,粘性较好,但其成本较高且污染环境,影响工人的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种干式复合机及利用该复合机进行镀铝膜复合的方法,以解决现有PET膜的非镀铝面与PE膜复合时所采用的胶粘剂成本较高,且污染环境,影响工人的身体健康。
本发明的方案如下:一种干式复合机,包括复合机本体,复合机本体的进膜端设置有电晕机。
优选地,复合机本体的进膜端设置有两个交错设置的进膜导向辊,电晕机设置于两个进膜导向辊之间,电晕机的工作端指向复合机本体的进膜轨迹;
利用上述干式复合机进行镀铝膜复合的方法,包括PET膜非镀铝面与PE膜复合的步骤,在PET膜非镀铝面与PE膜复合前,还包括利用电晕机对PET膜非镀铝面进行电晕的步骤,PET膜非镀铝面与PE膜复合的步骤中,采用水胶对二者进行复合。
本发明与现有技术相比,主要优点是通过对PET膜非镀铝面进行电晕,使其与PE膜复合时使用水胶即可满足牢固、稳定等要求,相对于现有胶黏剂大大降低了生产成本,同时,水胶的污染小,更加环保,不会对工人的健康造成影响。

参照图1,本实施例提供一种干式复合机,包括复合机本体1,复合机本体1的进膜端设置有电晕机2,复合机本体1的进膜端设置有两个交错设置的进膜导向辊3,电晕机2设置于两个进膜导向辊3之间,电晕机2的工作端指向复合机本体1的进膜轨迹;
利用上述干式复合机进行镀铝膜复合的步骤为:首先,在PET膜非镀铝面进入干式复合机时,通过电晕机2对PET膜非镀铝面进行电晕,之后,通过水胶将PET膜非镀铝面与PE膜复合。

1.一种干式复合机,包括复合机本体1,其特征在于:复合机本体(1)的进膜端设置有电晕机(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种干式复合机,其特征在于:复合机本体(1)的进膜端设置有两个交错设置的进膜导向辊(3),电晕机(2)设置于两个进膜导向辊(3)之间,电晕机(2)的工作端指向复合机本体(1)的进膜轨迹。
3.利用上述权利要求1-3中任意一条所述的干式复合机进行镀铝膜复合的方法,包括PET膜非镀铝面与PE膜复合的步骤,其特征在于:在PET膜非镀铝面与PE膜复合前,还包括利用电晕机(2)对PET膜非镀铝面进行电晕的步骤,电晕后,再通过水胶对PET膜非镀铝面与PE膜进行复合。
