本发明涉及一种主要应用于固定在PET生产流水线上使用的不断带换网装置。
背景技术
在PET造粒挤出机生产过程中，过滤是一项重要环节，其中的过滤网是挤出机一个很重要的部件，通过滤网过滤才能生产出合格的产品。通过选择合适的过滤网滤去原料中的杂质，提高产品的外观质量。而过滤网需要依附在挤出机机头的换网器上才能发挥它的功效。以前的换网器由机头、换网块、液压缸组成，而换网块和液压缸是固定在一起的，其工作原理为，将过滤网依附在换网块上，通过启功液压缸将带有过滤网的换网块推入机头内进行过滤，等过滤网上过滤的杂质黏附太多阻塞的时候，就需要再次启动液压缸将换网块拉出来，人工取下过滤网，换上新的过滤网然后再将换网块推入机头进行过滤，在这整个操作过程中，花费很多时间，在这么长的时间里，对挤出机的挤出效果产生了很大的波动，因为在更换阻塞的过滤网时，压力会突然下降，熔融物料的温度也可能会下降，从而造成产品的尺寸发生变化，影响了挤出质量的稳定性。
发明内容
本发明的目的，在于克服上述局限，从而提供一种开发了不断带换网技术，该技术实现了在挤出机生产过程中，可以连续不断的快速换网，同时大大降低了对挤出效果的波动影响，减少了换网过程中的压力降低值，避免了熔融物料温度的下降，保证了挤出机挤出质量的稳定性的不断带换网装置。挤出机通过不断带换网技术，能够不中断生产更换过滤网，省工省时，产品性能稳定，增加有效的过滤时间，降低生产成本。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：一种不断带换网装置，包括机头，机头与固定架相连接，固定架上设有液压缸，液压缸与固定架活动连接，液压缸可以在固定架上移动。
优选的是，固定架上安装有多个换网块，换网块可以在固定架和机头内移动更换，所述换网块上设置有过滤网。
优选的是，换网块数量为三块。
综上所述，本发明具有以下优点：可以连续不断的快速换网，同时大大降低了对挤出效果的波动影响，减少了换网过程中的压力降低值，避免了熔融物料温度的下降，保证了挤出机挤出质量的稳定性。挤出机通过不断带换网技术，能够不中断生产更换过滤网，省工省时，产品性能稳定，增加有效的过滤时间，降低生产成本。

如图1所示一种不断带换网装置，包括由三块换网块4，过滤网5设于换网块4上，换网块4置于机头1内，固定架2安装在机头1上，液压缸3设于固定架2上，换网块4置于固定架2上。
换网块4置于固定架2上和机头1内，通过液压缸3作用可以使换网块4快速移动实现自动更换。
综上所述，本发明具有以下优点：可以连续不断的快速换网，同时大大降低了对挤出效果的波动影响，减少了换网过程中的压力降低值，避免了熔融物料温度的下降，保证了挤出机挤出质量的稳定性。挤出机通过不断带换网技术，能够不中断生产更换过滤网，省工省时，产品性能稳定，增加有效的过滤时间，降低生产成本。

1.一种不断带换网装置，包括机头（1），所述机头（1）与固定架（2）相连接，其特征在于：所述固定架（2）上设有液压缸（3），所述液压缸（3）与固定架（2）活动连接，液压缸（3）可以在固定架（2）上移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不断带换网装置，其特征在于：所述固定架（2）上安装有多个换网块（4），所述换网块（4）可以在固定架（2）和机头（1）内移动更换，所述换网块（4）上设置有过滤网（5）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种不断带换网装置，其特征在于：所述换网块（4）数量为三块。
