本发明涉及一种铣床,具体说是一种开槽用数控铣专用机床。
背景技术
目前冷头是低温制冷机构的关键零部件 ,同时也是制冷机与热载荷的接口部位。冷头工件的开槽工艺相对关键,直接影响整套制冷设备的性能。目前市场上普遍使用加工中心或线切割技术对冷头进行开槽加工,效率低而且成本昂贵,不适合大规模的批量生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种加工成本底、效率高,适用于大规模生产的专业开槽用数控专用机床。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案包括机座,其特征在于,所述机座左侧上方设有A轴电机组,所述A轴电机组右侧设有分度卡盘,所述分度卡盘下侧设有X   轴导轨,所述X轴导轨右侧设有X轴电机,所述X轴电机链接有X轴丝杠,所述X轴上侧设有X轴滑块,所述X轴滑块上侧设有Y轴导轨,所述Y轴导轨上侧设有Y轴滑块,所述Y轴滑块左上侧设有Z轴电机,所述Z轴电机左侧连接有铣刀组,所述Y轴轨道前侧设有Y轴电机,所述Y轴电机连接有Y轴丝杠,所述X轴导轨下侧机座外侧设有封装底板。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果:改造成本低廉、易于成本控制、易于操作、可靠耐用、工作效率高、产品合格率高的开槽用数控铣专用机床。
