Abstract

一种彩色动态放大安全薄膜,包括微透镜阵列层(20)、基材层(21)和微图文层(22)。微图文层由背景区和图文区构成,图文区分布在背景区中。微图文层由上自下依次为半透半反金属层(223)、介质层(230)和金属薄膜层(231)。金属薄膜层为平面结构,图文区的介质层厚度大于背景区的介质层厚度。半透半反金属层厚度一致,在介质层上表面仿形设置,并嵌设在所述基材层的下表面(220)。半透半反金属层、介质层和金属薄膜层构成微腔干涉结构。该彩色动态放大安全薄膜可灵活实现微图文的彩色化输出,可利用压印方式作为大规模快速生产的有效手段,为光学安全薄膜器件提供一种重要的彩色化光学视读方案。
