本发明公开了一种加酸中盖包括中盖本体,所述中盖本体上对应酸格开设有加酸口,上述加酸口的底部具有一向下延伸的凸部。发明人经过长期的生产实践发现,当酸液由加酸口进入酸格的过程接近终了时,壳体中总有部分气体无法及时排出,此时在加酸口和酸格的酸液间会被气体充满,导致加酸口的酸液无法向下进入酸格,从而导致酸格无法充分充满,本发明是在加酸口底部设计一个向下延伸的凸部,则总会有酸液沿着该凸部下流进入酸格,使得酸格内只要气体存在就不会形成上下压力的平衡,从而达到酸液充满酸格的目的。具有结构简单、效果显著的特点。

本发明涉及蓄电池技术领域,尤其涉及一种自动加酸中盖。
背景技术
   蓄电池组是由多个单只蓄电池串联组成的,在蓄电池组初次加酸中或者长时间使用酸浓度减少时都需要加酸,在加酸过程中酸格中的气体会由加酸口或排气口排出壳体,在加酸接近终了时,壳体中总有部分气体无法及时排出,此时由加酸口继续加酸,酸液常常由于酸格内气体的存在而无法流入酸格,导致酸格无法充分充满,影响电池的品质。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术中所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种利于酸液充分充满酸格的加酸中盖。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
本发明的加酸中盖,包括中盖本体,所述中盖本体上对应酸格开设有加酸口,上述加酸口的底部具有一向下延伸的凸部。

本发明通过一个细节的变化达到了突出的有益效果,上述凸部可以为三角形等各种适宜的形状,其在加酸口底部可以根据需要设置多个。
