齿套作为一种常用的五金件,应用范围扩,数量多,但目前的齿套的机械性能和硬度达不到理想的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种叉叉车平衡重验收方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种齿套,其特征在于:包括如下化学成分:
按重量百分比计:C:0.25%-0.33%,Si:0.4%-0.8%,Mn:0.85%-1.25%,Cr:0.45%-0.75%,Mo:0.25%-0.40%, P≤0.035%,S≤0.035%,Ni≤0.30%,Cu≤0.30%,V≤0.02%。
    本发明齿套,抗拉强度≥1350MPa,冲击韧性≥35J/cm2,面硬度:HRC 46-54,硬化层厚度:距表面20mm处,其硬度为45-48HRC。
