[0002] 近十几年来,随着工农业的快速发展,排入河流、湖泊中的氮、磷等物质不断增多。例如,在农业生产中过量地使用化肥、农药而引发的农业面源污染以及工业的化学物质的污染已成为水体最重要的污染源,据统计,我国化肥利用率平均只有30%左右,使用的农药通常只有10% -20%的农药附着在农作物上,在灌水与降水等作用下,农业生产中的大量肥料和农药进入附近的河流,造成了水体的富营养化和藻类水华的频繁暴发。
[0003] 目前常用的污水处理一体化设备的处理过程如下:
[0004] (I)由提升泵从集水池提升污水进入厌氧池,污水穿梭于组合填料进行水解酸化,停留8小时〜12小时;
[0005] (2)从水解酸化池进入接触式好氧池,在组合填料及曝气系统的综合作用下停留8小时〜12小时进行好氧生化治理;
[0006] (3)好氧生化处理之后自流至斜管沉淀池进行泥水分离。
[0007] (4)沉滞于斜管沉淀池底部的污泥由污泥回流泵回流至厌氧池。
[0008] (5)经过泥水分离后的污水流入消毒池,使用化学药剂进行杀菌消毒后外排。

[0022] 本发明提供的污水治理一体化装置通过设置厌氧区、好氧区、沉淀区以及清水储存区,将厌氧区、好氧区以及沉淀区依次并排设置,并在好氧区以及沉淀区上方设置浮床用以种植具有根系的适水植物,通过将污水通过厌氧区进行水解后,进入好氧区内进行分解,并同时通过适水植物的根系对污水中的N、P等污染物进行吸附,然后将经过分解后的污水进入沉淀区内进行污泥沉淀,并通过设于沉淀区上方的适水植物的根系对污水中的污染物进一步进行吸附,最后进入清水储存区进行储存。通过适水植物进一步将污水中的污染物吸附,并且适水植物的根系能够分泌具有杀菌消毒效果的分泌物,能够对污水中的污染物进行杀菌消毒,从而替代了现有的采用化学药剂进行除磷脱氮、杀菌消毒后外排的做法,减少了大气污染的同时,也能够固碳减排,减少二氧化碳的排放,并且减少了采用化学药剂带来的二次污染。此外,采用清水储存区将最终净化后的水储存起来,能够用于二次生活用水,从而节约了水资源。

1.一种污水治理一体化装置,其特征在于,其包括一敞口箱体,所述箱体包括内部以及敞口部,所述内部分隔成依次并排设置的厌氧区、好氧区、沉淀区以及清水储存区,所述厌氧区内设置有第一填料,用以对所述污水进行水解,所述好氧区内设置有第二填料,用以对所述污水进行分解,所述沉淀区内设置有第三填料,用以对所述污水进行泥水分离,并将污泥沉淀于所述沉淀区内,所述清水储存区内设置有第四填料,用以对所述污水进行过滤,并储存于所述清水储存区内;所述敞口部设置有浮床,所述浮床浮动设于所述好氧区以及所述沉淀区上,用以种植具有根系的适水植物,并且所述适水植物的根系伸入所述好氧区以及所述沉淀区。
2.根据权利要求1所述的污水治理一体化装置,其特征在于,所述厌氧区分隔形成一级厌氧区以及二级厌氧区,所述第一填料由组合填料、纤维草多孔颗粒流离球以及有机流离球的一种或者多种组成,所述一级厌氧区内填充有组合填料,所述一级厌氧区内还设置有支撑杆,所述组合填料固定于所述支撑杆上,所述组合填料用以滞留所述污水中的悬浮物,所述二级厌氧区内填充有纤维草多孔颗粒流离球以及有机流离球,并且所述纤维草多孔颗粒流离球与所述有机流离球的比例为1: 2〜1: 4,用以将污水进行水解酸化。
3.根据权利要求1所述的污水治理一体化装置,其特征在于,所述第二填料由组合填料、纤维草多孔颗粒流离球、有机流离球组成,并且所述纤维草多孔颗粒流离球以及所述有机流离球的比例为I: I〜1: 3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的污水治理一体化装置,其特征在于,所述污水治理一体化装置还包括曝气管以及曝气头,所述曝气管的一端伸入所述好氧区内,用以将空气输送至所述好氧区内,所述曝气头安装于所述曝气管伸入所述好氧区内的一端,以将空气扩散至所述好氧区。
5.根据权利要求4所述的污水治理一体化装置,其特征在于,所述污水治理一体化装置还包括风机,所述风机与所述曝气管的远离所述好氧区的一端连接,所述风机用以将空气输送至所述曝气管内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的污水治理一体化装置,其特征在于,所述第三填料为有机填料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的污水治理一体化装置,其特征在于,所述沉淀区的边角处设置有斜面,用以将所述污水沉淀的污泥聚集至所述沉淀区的中心区。
8.根据权利要求1所述的污水治理一体化装置,其特征在于,所述清水储存区分隔为过滤区以及储存区,所述过滤区内设置有所述第四填料,并且所述第四填料为过滤材料,所述过滤区与所述储存区的连接处设置有出水孔,所述污水经由所述第四填料过滤后,通过所述出水孔进入所述储存区进行储存。
9.根据权利要求1所述的污水治理一体化装置,其特征在于,所述浮床由有机流离球、高分子材料、陶粒、粉粒以及沙粒中的一种或者多种组成。
10.根据权利要求1所述的污水治理一体化装置,其特征在于,所述污水治理一体化装置还包括温室构筑物,所述温室构筑物罩设于所述适水植物上方,用以对所述适水植物提供温室环境。
