Abstract
一种AAO-生物接触氧化强化脱氮除磷的一体化装置与方法,属于污水生物处理领域。该装置主要由AAO反应器,中间沉淀池,生物接触氧化池和沉淀区一体化耦合构建。AAO反应器的好氧区与中间沉淀池通过中心管相连,中间沉淀池连接生物接触氧化池,生物接触氧化池连接沉淀区;好氧区和生物接触氧化池内均设有曝气系统;沉淀区设有溢流口和斜板沉淀区,生物接触氧化池与沉淀区通过多孔布水板连通;污泥回流泵与AAO反应器的厌氧区底部连通,硝化液回流泵连接出水水箱和AAO反应器的缺氧区。本发明充分利用了生物接触氧化法的优点,将硝化过程从AAO中分离出去,同时利于反硝化聚磷菌成为优势菌,节能降耗,脱氮除磷效果稳定,管理维护方便。
Description
AAO-生物接触氧化强化脱氮除磷的一体化装置与方法
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种AAO与生物接触氧化工艺组合同步脱氮除磷的装置与方法,属于活性污泥法与生物膜法相结合的污水处理技术领域,适用于生活污水、工业废水,尤其是对低C/N的城市污水以及分散型农村生活污水的深度脱氮除磷。
背景技术
[0002] 随着我国水环境形式的日益严峻,控制水体富营养化、改善城市水环境已成为了举国瞩目的焦点,其关键就是控制污染物氮磷的排放量。氮磷的去除比较复杂,涉及硝化、反硝化、释磷和吸磷等多个生化反应过程,而上述每一个过程对微生物的组成、基质类型及环境条件的要求又各不相同。因此要在一个系统中同时完成脱氮和除磷过程,就不可避免地产生了各种矛盾关系,如碳源、污泥龄、硝酸盐、硝化反硝化容量、释磷吸磷容量等等,使得脱氮除磷在实际应用中存在一定的难度和局限。
[0003] AAO作为现有最简单最传统的同步脱氮除磷工艺,已广泛应用于国内外大型污水处理厂。然而,AAO工艺内在固有的缺欠就是硝化菌、反硝化菌和聚磷菌在有机负荷、泥龄以及碳源需求上存在着矛盾和竞争,很难在同一系统中同时获得氮、磷的高效去除,因而阻碍了生物脱氮除磷技术的推广和应用。
[0004] 生物接触氧化亦称淹没式生物滤池,兼有活性污泥法和生物膜法的特点,主要是在池内设置填料,通过池底曝气对污水进行充氧,并使池体内污水处于流动状态,以保证污水与填料的充分接触。其以处理负荷高、抗冲击能力强、不易堵塞、无需反冲洗、维护管理简单等优点而得到广泛应用。
[0005] AAO-生物接触氧化`一体化装置,正是在AAO现存问题的基础上,充分发挥生物接触氧化的优点,形成一种新型的耦合工艺。首先AAO在短泥龄(SRT〈20d)下运行,完成反硝化和除磷功能;其次,在生物接触氧化池中进行硝化,将硝化过程从AAO中分离出去,成功解决了传统工艺中各菌群间的竞争性矛盾;尤其是在低C/N条件下运行,利于DPAOs成为优势菌进行反硝化除磷,实现了 “一碳两用”,达到碳源的最高效利用。总水力停留时间不长,污泥产率低,节能降耗,卫生环保,管理简便,是一种很有发展前景的深度脱氮除磷工艺。
发明内容
[0006] 本发明是为了提供一种新型的一体化装置,针对当前污水处理中进水C/N低,脱氮除磷效率不高,能耗大等问题,给出了一套新工艺和新思路,保证出水水质稳定达一级A排放标准,是一种经济高效、可实现深度脱氮除磷的装置与方法。
[0007] AAO-生物接触氧化强化脱氮除磷的一体化装置,其特征在于:基于AAO反应器2,中间沉淀池3,生物接触氧化池4,沉淀区5 —体化耦合而构建,另设有原水水箱I和出水水箱6。所述AAO反应器2的好氧区11与中间沉淀池3通过中心管13相连,中间沉淀池3连接生物接触氧化池4 ;所述沉淀区5设有溢流口 18、斜板沉淀区19和排泥口 20,生物接触氧化池4与沉淀区5通过多孔布水板17连通。所述AAO反应器2的好氧区11和生物接触氧化池4内均设有曝气系统;所述AAO反应器2的厌氧区9和缺氧区10内设有搅拌装置8 ;污泥回流泵24与AAO反应器2的厌氧区9底部相连;硝化液回流泵15连接出水水箱6和AAO反应器2的缺氧区10。
[0008] AAO-生物接触氧化一体化装置强化脱氮除磷的方法,主要包括以下步骤:
[0009] I)原水进入AAO装置2的厌氧区9,同步进入的还有来自中间沉淀池3经污泥回流泵24送来的回流污泥,污泥回流比100%~200%,平均污泥浓度6000~10000mg/L,通过搅拌装置8充分混合反应;反硝化聚磷菌DPAOs利用原水中的有机物合成内碳源PHA储存于细胞体内,同时释放磷,原水中大约80%的COD可得到去除。
[0010] 2)混合液随后进入缺氧区10,同时进入的还有经生物接触氧化池4充分氧化并完成固液分离的硝化液,硝化液回流比200%~400% ;DPA0s以硝酸盐为最终电子受体,以PHA为电子供体,以“一碳两用”的方式同步反硝化除磷。
[0011] 3)混合液经缺氧区10进入好氧区11,水力停留时间为I~2h,溶解氧DO在2.5~
4.0mg/L。主要作用是进一步吸磷,同时吹脱反硝化过程产生的N2,便于后续的泥水分离。
[0012] 4)混合液在中间沉淀池3进行泥水分离,沉淀时间1.5~2.5h,含有氨氮的上清液进入生物接触氧化池4,沉淀污泥经污泥回流泵24回流到AAO反应器2的厌氧区9。
[0013] 5)生物接触氧化池4内设有悬浮填料16,填充率为35%~60%,水力负荷0.02~0.06m3/ Cm2.d);采用渐减曝气的方式运行,总气量为3.0~5.0L/min,三格溶解氧DO分另Ij控制在3.5~4.5mg/L, 2.0~3.0mg/L, 0.5~1.5mg/L,该阶段主要完成氨氮的氧化。
[0014] 6)经上述处理后进 入沉淀区5,脱落的生物膜经斜板沉淀区19分离后从底部排泥口 20排出,上清液经溢流口 18进入出水水箱6 ;出水一部分经硝化液回流泵15进入AAO反应器2的缺氧区10,另一部分直接排放。
[0015] 本发明的AAO-生物接触氧化强化脱氮除磷的一体化装置与方法跟现有技术相t匕,具有下列优点:
[0016] DAAO-生物接触氧化强化脱氮除磷的一体化耦合装置,操作管理简便,卫生环保。
[0017] 2)装置主体的合理分格,创造了反应区内的推流状态,提高反应速率,增加抗冲击负荷能力。
[0018] 3)由于AAO不承担硝化功能,中间沉淀池中不含硝态氮,污泥沉降性能好,不存在污泥上浮现象。
[0019] 4)结合生物接触氧化池生物量多、处理效率高、无需反冲洗等优点,通过合理控制DO浓度,系统可实现多种脱氮方式,处理效果稳定,节能降耗。
[0020] 5)装置内的高生物量缩短了水力停留时间,污泥产率低,节约基建费用和运行成本。
[0021] 6)解决了传统工艺中长短泥龄间矛盾,将除磷和反硝化两个独立过程耦合,实现了碳源和曝气量的节省以及剩余污泥的减量,尤其适用于低C/N条件下的深度脱氮除磷,保证出水水质稳定地达到国家一级A排放标准。
[0022] 7) 一体化构建,运行管理方便,利于实际工程的推广和应用。

具体实施方式
[0025] 下面结合附图和实施例对本申请专利作进一步的说明:
[0026] 如图1所示,AAO-生物接触氧化强化脱氮除磷的一体化装置,该系统主要由原水水箱1、AA0反应器池2、中间沉淀池3、生物接触氧化池4、沉淀区5和出水水箱6组成。反应器主体均由有机玻璃制成,其中AAO反应器2共五个格室,首格室是厌氧区9,随后的三格是缺氧区10,最后一格是好氧区11,总水力停留时间6.0~10.0h ;厌氧区9和缺氧区10内均安装搅拌装置8,好氧区溶解氧2.5~4.0mg/L。中间沉淀池3连接AAO装置2好氧区11的出水,通过中心管13进入,经反射板14流出,底部设有污泥漏斗和剩余污泥排放口 25,漏斗锥体与水平夹角为30°~45° ;由于不含硝态氮,不存在污泥上浮现象,污泥沉降性能较好,沉淀出水连接生物接触氧化池4。
[0027] 生物接触氧化池4共三格,内设聚乙烯悬浮填料16,填充率35%~60%,填料密度略低于水(0.96~0.98g/cm3),孔隙率大于95%,有效比表面积为500~700m2/m3,水力负荷
0.02~0.06m3/ Cm2.(!),沿程推流并采用渐减曝气的方式运行,三格溶解氧DO分别控制在
3.5~4.5mg/L, 2.0~3.0mg/L, 0.5~1.5mg/L。沉淀区5由上、下两部分组成,上部分装有溢流口 18,下部分是斜板沉淀区19,脱落的生物膜经斜板分离后从底部排泥口 20排出。
[0028] 利用该装置实现 强化脱氮除磷的目的,具体过程如下:
[0029] 步骤一:生物接触氧化池的挂膜启动。
[0030] 首先,对填料接种硝化污泥,污泥浓度为2500~3500mg/L,闷曝3_5天后,排空污泥;随后反应器连续进水,以动态的自然培养方法挂膜。根据挂膜进程逐渐加大进水负荷直至设计流量,当COD去除率>80%,NH4+-N去除率>85%标志生物膜挂膜基本完成。生物接触氧化池在长泥龄(SRT > 30d)条件下运行,该阶段主要完成硝化,出水NH/-N能稳定地达到国家一级A排放标准(NH4+-N〈5mg/L)。
[0031 ] 步骤二:启动AAO反应器。
[0032] 采用实验室中试SBR反应器中的硝化污泥,投加到AAO反应器,整个反应器平均污泥浓度为3000~3500mg/L,污泥龄10~15d ;由于AAO不承担硝化功能,此阶段主要完成有机物降解、反硝化和除磷。
[0033] 步骤三:ΑΑ0反应器与生物接触氧化池分别启动完成后,将其串联运行。
[0034] 生物接触氧化池挂膜成功后,将两段连接起来连续运行。通过调节硝化液回流比(200%~400%),增加进入缺氧区的硝态氮负荷,可充分发挥反硝化聚磷菌的潜力,有利于强化同步脱氮除磷。以某教工住宅小区化粪池的生活污水为原水,其水质特点见下表:

[0036] 试验条件:ΑΑ0反应器进水流量Q=5L/h,HRT=8h(其中厌氧区1.6h、缺氧区4.8h、好氧区1.6h),污泥回流比100%,SRT控制在12d左右,平均MLSS=2800mg/L。生物接触氧化池填充率45%,第一格溶解氧在4.0mg/L左右,第二格2.5mg/L左右,第三格1.0mg/L左右,总气量为4.0L/min,硝化液回流比300%,水力负荷0.03m3/ Cm2.(!),有效停留时间HRT=L 93h(空床停留时间 4.29h)。出水平均 COD、NH:-N、N03、N、TN、TP 等分别为 38.5、0.51、12.6、
13.5、0.23mg/L,以上出水各指标均达到一级A标准。
[0037] 该工艺不仅体现了污泥龄的分离,而且应用了反硝化除磷理论和技术,实现了碳源和曝气量的节省以及剩余污泥的减量,解决了传统污水处理中碳源不足的难题,出水C0D<50mg/L, TN<15mg/L, NH4+-N<5mg/L, ΤΡ〈0.5mg/L,实现了强化脱氮除磷的目的。
[0038] 以上是本发明第一个具体实施例,本发明的实施不限于此。
Claims (2)
1.AAO-生物接触氧化强化脱氮除磷的一体化装置,其特征在于: 包括顺序连接的原水水箱(1),AAO反应器(2),中间沉淀池(3),生物接触氧化池(4),沉淀区(5)和出水水箱(6);所述AAO反应器(2)的好氧区(11)与中间沉淀池(3)通过中心管(13)相连,中间沉淀池(3)连接生物接触氧化池(4);所述沉淀区(5)设有溢流口(18)、斜板沉淀区(19)和排泥口(20),生物接触氧化池(4)与沉淀区(5)通过多孔布水板(17)连通;所述AAO反应器(2)的好氧区(11)和生物接触氧化池(4)内均设有曝气系统;所述AAO反应器(2 )的厌氧区(9 )和缺氧区(IO )内设有搅拌装置(8 );污泥回流泵(24 )与AAO反应器(2)的厌氧区(9)底部相连;硝化液回流泵(15)连接出水水箱(6)和AAO反应器(2)的缺氧区(10); 所述沉淀区(5)底部的1/5~1/4水深区域为斜板沉淀区(19),由若干斜板组成,与水平的倾斜角度为20°~45°,溢流口(18)与生物接触氧化池(4)运行时的液面齐平,出水溢流进入出水水箱(6)。
2.应用权利要求1所述的AAO-生物接触氧化强化脱氮除磷的一体化装置的方法,其特征在于: 1)原水进入AAO装置(2)的厌氧区(9),同步进入的还有来自中间沉淀池(3)经污泥回流泵(24)送来的回流污泥,污泥回流比100%~200%,污泥浓度6000~10000mg/L,通过搅拌装置(8)充分混合反应; 2)混合液随后进入缺氧区(10),同时进入的还有经生物接触氧化池(4)充分氧化并完成固液分离的硝化液,硝化液回流比200%~400% ; 3)混合液经缺氧区(10)进入好氧区(11),水力停留时间为1.0~2.0h,溶解氧DO为`2.5 ~4.0mg/L ; 4)混合液在中间沉淀池(3)进行泥水分离,沉淀时间1.5~2.5h,含有氨氮的上清液进入生物接触氧化池(4),沉淀污泥经污泥回流泵(24)回流到AAO反应器(2)的厌氧区(9); 5)生物接触氧化池(4)沿程推流,设有悬浮填料(16),填充率为35%~60%,水力负荷0.02~0.06m3/ Cm2.d);采用渐减曝气的方式运行,三格溶解氧DO分别控制在3.5~`4.5mg/L, 2.0 ~3.0mg/L, 0.5 ~1.5mg/L,完成氨氮的氧化; 6)经上述处理后进入沉淀区(5),脱落的生物膜经斜板沉淀区(19)分离后从底部排泥口( 20 )排出,上清液经溢流口( 18 )进入出水水箱(6 )。
