Abstract

本发明公开了一种电动割草机,包括底盘及设于底盘上的行走装置、割草装置、动力装置、把手装置、后排草装置,所述动力装置驱动行走装置及割草装置工作,所述后排草装置将割草装置割出的草排出,所述把手装置对电动割草机进行控制,本发明电动割草机的动力装置采用直流电源和交流电源组成的混合动力系统,实现动力供电的多元化,满足不同客户的使用需求。

一种电动割草机
技术领域
本发明涉及割草机,尤其涉及电动割草机。
背景技术
目前市场上的电动割草机动力供电单一,不能灵活调整,不能满足部分使用者的操作要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种电动割草机,实现动力供电的多元化,满足不同客户的使用需求。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种电动割草机,包括底盘及设于底盘上的行走装置、割草装置、动力装置、把手装置、后排草装置,所述动力装置驱动行走装置及割草装置工作,所述后排草装置将割草装置割出的草排出,所述把手装置对电动割草机进行控制,所述动力装置采用直流电源和交流电源组成的混合动力系统。
优选的,所述直流电源采用电池包,所述交流电源是将交流电转换为直流电为电机供电。
优选的,在只插入电池包的情况下开机,驱动控制板会检测到供电来自于电池包而启动电机,当只接入交流电时,驱动控制板会将交流电转化为电压与电池包相等的直流电,再经过驱动控制板后启动电机。
优选的,所述行走装置包括万向轮行走系统和不可变向行走系统。
优选的,所述把手装置包括上把手与下把手,所述上把手与下把手之间设有把手调节机构,所述把手调节机构包括销轴及压簧,所述下把手上设有销孔,所述上把手上设有档位孔,所述销轴在压簧作用下通过销孔插入档位孔。
优选的,所述销轴由按钮进行控制,所述按钮与销轴之间设有驱动块,所述驱动块上设有斜楔面,所述按钮与斜楔面作用驱动销轴与上把手上的档位孔脱开。
优选的,所述上把手下端设有上套管,所述下把手上端设有下套管,下套管内套于上套管内,当销轴达到最高档时,下套管顶住上套管。
优选的,所述后排草装置包括设于后排草口上的后盖板,所述后盖板上侧与机壳铰接,所述后盖板与机壳之间设有调节后盖板角度的后盖板调节机构。
优选的,所述后盖板调节机构包括调节杆,所述调节杆为伸缩拉杆结构。
优选的,所述后盖板上设有收纳腔,所述调节杆在缩短后收纳于收纳腔内。
本发明割草机的动力装置采用直流电源和交流电源组成的混合动力系统,实现动力供电的多元化,满足不同客户的使用需求。

具体实施方式
如图1至图5所示,一种电动割草机,包括机体1,所述机体包括底盘10,所述底盘10上设有行走装置、割草装置、动力装置2、把手装置3、后排草装置4,所述动力装置2驱动行走装置及割草装置工作,所述后排草装置4将割草装置割出的草排出,所述把手装置3对电动割草机进行控制。
其中,如图2所示,所述动力装置采用直流电源和交流电源组成的混合动力系统,驱动控制板21对混合动力进行驱动控制,所述直流电源采用电池包20,所述交流电源包括变压器23及整流器,变压器23及整流器将交流电转换为电压与电池包20相等的直流电为电机22供电。
在只插入电池包20的情况下开机,驱动控制板21会检测到供电来自于电池包20而启动电机22,当只接入交流电时,驱动控制板21会将交流电转化为电压与电池包20相等的直流电,再经过驱动控制板21后启动电机22。
如图1和图2所示,所述行走装置包括设于底盘10上的前轮组件11和后轮组件12。
如图1所示,前轮组件11为万向轮行走系统,包括三轮前底盖111和安装在三轮前底盖上的万向轮112,三轮前底盖111固定在底盘10上,后轮组件为不可变向行走系统,万向轮行走系统和不可变向行走系统组成一个系统,推行时转向灵活。
如图2所示,前轮组件11为不可变向行走系统,包括四轮前底盖113和安装在四轮前底盖上的双轮114,四轮前底盖113固定在底盘10上,这是传统割草机的结构,推行可以变向但不方便,后轮组件为万向轮行走系统。
四轮前底盖113、双轮114组成的前轮组件11与三轮前底盖111、万向轮112组成的前轮组件11可以互换结构安装在底盘上,可以实现两个系统的快换。
如图3所示,所述把手装置包括上把手34与下把手31,所述上把手34与下把手31之间设有把手调节机构,所述把手调节机构包括调节面板301,调节面板由上面板和下面板38组合而成(图中所示是将上面板去掉后结构),在下面板38上设有销轴定位座32,销轴定位座32上设有销轴39,在下把手31上设有销孔,在上把手上设有档位孔,(上把手上设有多个档位孔,每个档位孔都对应一个档高度)。所述销轴39在压簧36作用下通过销孔插入档位孔。
所述销轴39由按钮37进行控制,所述按钮37与销轴39之间设有驱动块35,所述驱动块上设有斜楔面,所述按钮37与斜楔面作用驱动销轴与上把手34上的档位孔脱开。
所述上把手下端设有上套管33,所述下把手上端设有下套管30,下套管内套于上套管内,当销轴达到最高档时,下套管顶住上套管。
如图3所示,操作者按下按钮37,按钮37的两端面作用到2个驱动块35的斜楔面上,给驱动块35一个沿销轴39轴向的力,使得2个驱动块35沿着销轴39的轴线方向向中间移动,并压缩压簧36,进一步的讲,当按钮37按到底时,销轴39与上把手34脱开。进一步的讲,当销轴39与上把手34完全脱开后,操作者可以上拉或者下压上把手34,然后松开按钮37,按钮37在压簧36的作用下复位,销轴39在压簧36的压力下顶住上把手34,继续上拉或下压上把手34,当销轴39对应到相应的档位孔后,压簧36迅速顶着销轴39插进上把手34的档位孔,已达到要调节的高度档。
进一步的讲,当销轴39已经达到最高档的位置时候,下套管30顶住上套管33,以防止将上、下把手分离。
如图4和图5所示,所述后排草装置4包括设于后排草口上的后盖板41,所述后盖板上侧与机壳43铰接,所述后盖板41与机壳43之间设有调节后盖板41角度的后盖板调节机构。
具体的,所述后盖板调节机构包括调节杆42,所述调节杆42为与拉杆箱拉杆类似的伸缩拉杆结构,可以自由伸缩,在后盖板41上设有收纳腔44,所述调节杆42在缩短后收纳于收纳腔44内。
如图4所示,调节杆42从后盖板41面里面立起,调节杆42的一端抵住机壳43,后盖板41与机壳43之间有一个大的夹角,此时排草量很大。
如图5所示,调节杆42收在后盖板41里面时,后盖板41可以贴平机壳43,此时的排草量很小。

1.一种电动割草机,包括底盘及设于底盘上的行走装置、割草装置、动力装置、把手装置、后排草装置,所述动力装置驱动行走装置及割草装置工作,所述后排草装置将割草装置割出的草排出,所述把手装置对电动割草机进行控制,其特征在于:所述动力装置采用直流电源和交流电源组成的混合动力系统;所述把手装置包括上把手与下把手,所述上把手与下把手之间设有把手调节机构,所述把手调节机构包括销轴及压簧,所述下把手上设有销孔,所述上把手上设有档位孔,所述销轴在压簧作用下通过销孔插入档位孔,所述销轴由按钮进行控制,所述按钮与销轴之间设有驱动块,所述驱动块上设有斜楔面,所述按钮与斜楔面作用驱动销轴与上把手上的档位孔脱开,所述上把手下端设有上套管,所述下把手上端设有下套管,下套管内套于上套管内,当销轴达到最高档时,下套管顶住上套管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动割草机,其特征在于:所述直流电源采用电池包,所述交流电源是将交流电转换为直流电为电机供电。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电动割草机,其特征在于:在只插入电池包的情况下开机,驱动控制板会检测到供电来自于电池包而启动电机,当只接入交流电时,驱动控制板会将交流电转化为电压与电池包相等的直流电,再经过驱动控制板后启动电机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动割草机,其特征在于:所述行走装置包括万向轮行走系统和不可变向行走系统。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动割草机,其特征在于:所述后排草装置包括设于后排草口上的后盖板,所述后盖板上侧与机壳铰接,所述后盖板与机壳之间设有调节后盖板角度的后盖板调节机构。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种电动割草机,其特征在于:所述后盖板调节机构包括调节杆,所述调节杆为伸缩拉杆结构。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种电动割草机,其特征在于:所述后盖板上设有收纳腔,所述调节杆在缩短后收纳于收纳腔内。
