一种快开闸阀,包括阀体、阀盖、密封垫、左闸板、右闸板、阀杆、连接杆、密封圈、压紧帽、手柄和固定螺钉,其中阀体上设有介质进入通道、介质流出通道、左阀座、右阀座、阀杆孔和中间腔;所述阀体中间腔设置有摆动通道,使闸板可以在摆动通道内上下往复滑移,使闸板的启闭方式由传统的直线运动变化为摆动,加快了阀门的启闭速度;通过闸板背部的不对称球面挤压,使两个闸板能够自动复合阀座密封角度,降低了阀座的加工精度,提高了产品的加工合格率,降低了产品的生产成本。

本发明涉及一种阀门,特别涉及一种快开闸阀。
背景技术
现有的闸阀主要包括阀体、阀座、闸板、阀杆和传动机构,阀座设在阀体内,闸板夹在两阀座之间,通过传动机构带动闸板的上下移动来实现阀门的开启和关闭,因此将阀门全开或全闭时,需要将闸板整体全部上下移动,开关力矩大,启闭时间较长。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种开关力矩小,启闭时间短的快开闸阀。
本发明实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种快开闸阀,包括阀体、阀盖、密封垫、左闸板、右闸板、阀杆、连接杆、密封圈、压紧帽、手柄和固定螺钉,其中阀体上设有介质进入通道、介质流出通道、左阀座、右阀座、阀杆孔和中间腔,阀体上部连接阀盖,阀体与阀盖之间通过密封垫密封,左闸板和右闸板设置在阀体中间腔内,阀杆放置在阀杆孔内,阀杆与闸板之间由连接杆相连,阀杆伸出阀体部分连接有手柄,手柄与阀杆之间通过固定螺钉固定,其特征在于:所述阀杆与阀体之间通过密封圈密封,用所述压紧帽对密封圈进行压紧固定。
作为改进,所述左阀座、右阀座平面之间呈一定的角度,两平面之间的角度为5-10度。
作为改进,所述左闸板背部有一凹球面;对应的,所述右闸板背部有一凸球面,两个闸板背部的球面相互挤压,使两闸板可以自动旋转角度与阀座实现密封。
作为改进,所述阀体中间腔设有朝向阀体上部延伸的摆动通道,闸板可以沿摆动通道上下往复滑移。
采用上述技术方案,本发明所述阀体中间腔摆动通道的设置,使闸板可以在摆动通道内上下往复滑移,使闸板的启闭方式由传统的直线运动变化为摆动,加快了阀门的启闭速度;另外,通过闸板背部的不对称球面挤压,使两个闸板能够自动复合阀座密封角度,降低了阀座的加工精度,提高了产品的加工合格率,降低了产品的生产成本。

如图所示,一种快开闸阀,包括阀体1、阀盖2、密封垫3、左闸板4、右闸板5、阀杆6、连接杆7、密封圈8、压紧帽9、手柄10和固定螺钉11,其中阀体1上设有介质进入通道12、介质流出通道13、左阀座14、右阀座15、阀杆孔16和中间腔17,所述阀体1上部连接阀盖2,阀体与阀盖之间通过密封垫3密封,左闸板4和右闸板5设置在阀体中间腔17内,阀杆6放置在阀杆孔16内,阀杆6与闸板之间由连接杆7相连,阀杆6伸出阀体1部分连接有手柄10,手柄10与阀杆6之间通过固定螺钉11固定,其特征在于:所述阀杆6与阀体1之间通过密封圈8密封,用所述压紧帽9对密封圈8进行压紧固定。所述左阀座14、右阀座15平面之间呈一定的角度,两平面之间的角度为5-10度。所述左闸板4背部有一凹球面41;对应的,所述右闸板5背部有一凸球面51,两个闸板背部的球面相互挤压,使两闸板可以自动旋转角度与阀座实现密封。所述阀体中间腔17设有朝向阀体上部延伸的摆动通道18,闸板可以沿摆动通道18上下往复滑移。

1.一种快开闸阀,包括阀体、阀盖、密封垫、左闸板、右闸板、阀杆、连接杆、密封圈、压紧帽、手柄和固定螺钉,其中阀体上设有介质进入通道、介质流出通道、左阀座、右阀座、阀杆孔和中间腔,阀体上部连接阀盖,阀体与阀盖之间通过密封垫密封,左闸板和右闸板设置在阀体中间腔内,阀杆放置在阀杆孔内,阀杆与闸板之间由连接杆相连,阀杆伸出阀体部分连接有手柄,手柄与阀杆之间通过固定螺钉固定,其特征在于:所述阀杆与阀体之间通过密封圈密封,用所述压紧帽对密封圈进行压紧固定;所述左阀座、右阀座平面之间呈一定的角度,两平面之间的角度为5-10度;所述左闸板背部有一凹球面;对应的,所述右闸板背部有一凸球面,两个闸板背部的球面相互挤压,使两闸板可以自动旋转角度与阀座实现密封。
