Abstract
本发明涉及一种锁紧轴承。其特征是所述轴承内圈内表面设有锁紧环,所述锁紧环两侧各设有锁紧环斜面,所述锁紧环截面为等腰梯形,所述锁紧环的外表面宽度小于内表面宽度,所述锁紧环上设有一个缺口,所述轴承内圈内表面一侧设有环形凸筋,所述环形凸筋设有与锁紧环的一个锁紧环斜面相对应的凸筋斜面,所述轴承内圈内表面另一侧设有圆环,所述圆环与轴承内圈内表面螺纹连接,所述圆环设有与锁紧环的另一个锁紧环斜面相对应的圆环斜面。本发明通过旋转圆环,使圆环缩入轴承内圈减少圆环与环形凸筋的间距,通过圆环的挤压将力通过斜面传到锁紧环上,由于锁紧环与圆环之间有斜面,使横向的力方向偏向轴心。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种锁紧轴承。
背景技术
轴承在机械设备中的作用是举足轻重的,它的主要功能是支撑旋转轴或其它运动体,引导转动或移动运动并承受由轴或轴上零件传递而来的载荷,轴承在装配时往往会有细微的间隙,由于存在间隙使轴承在运作时不会保持平稳从而使轴转动不稳定。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种锁紧轴承的技术方案。
所述的一种锁紧轴承,包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、滚动体,所述滚动体设置在轴承内圈与轴承外圈之间,其特征是所述轴承内圈内表面设有锁紧环,所述锁紧环两侧各设有锁紧环斜面,所述锁紧环截面为等腰梯形,所述锁紧环的外表面宽度小于内表面宽度,所述锁紧环上设有一个缺口,所述轴承内圈内表面一侧设有环形凸筋,所述环形凸筋设有与锁紧环的一个锁紧环斜面相对应的凸筋斜面,所述轴承内圈内表面另一侧设有圆环,所述圆环与轴承内圈内表面螺纹连接,所述圆环设有与锁紧环的另一个锁紧环斜面相对应的圆环斜面。
所述的锁紧轴承,其特征在于所述圆环斜面与轴承内圈表面的角度在 10 度至 30度之间。
所述的锁紧轴承,其特征在于所述锁紧环的内表面上设有环形凹纹。
本发明通过旋转圆环,使圆环缩入轴承内圈减少圆环与环形凸筋的间距,通过圆环的挤压将力通过斜面传到锁紧环上,由于锁紧环与圆环之间有斜面,使横向的力方向偏向轴心,由于锁紧环上有一个缺口,锁紧环受两边的向轴心的力,使锁紧环的缩小,由于锁紧环缩小,从而使轴承夹紧在轴上,由于锁紧环与轴为面接触,增加了轴承锁紧后的稳定性与强度。

下面结合说明书附图对本发明做进一步说明:
一种锁紧轴承,包括轴承内圈1、轴承外圈2、滚动体3,所述滚动体3设置在轴承内圈1与轴承外圈2之间,所述轴承内圈1内表面设有锁紧环5,所述锁紧环5两侧各设有锁紧环斜面8,所述锁紧环5截面为等腰梯形,所述锁紧环5的外表面宽度小于内表面宽度,所述锁紧环5上设有一个缺口6,所述轴承内圈1内表面一侧设有环形凸筋,所述环形凸筋设有与锁紧环5的一个锁紧环斜面8相对应的凸筋斜面11,所述轴承内圈1内表面另一侧设有圆环4,所述圆环4与轴承内圈1内表面螺纹连接,所述圆环4设有与锁紧环5的另一个锁紧环斜面 8 相对应的圆环斜面 7,通过旋转圆环 4,使圆环 4 缩入轴承内圈 1 减少圆环 4与环形凸筋的间距,通过圆环4的挤压将力通过斜面传到锁紧环5上,由于锁紧环5与圆环4之间有斜面,使横向的力方向偏向轴心,由于锁紧环5上有一个缺口6,锁紧环5受两边的向轴心的力,使锁紧环5的缩小,由于锁紧环5缩小,从而使轴承夹紧在轴上,由于锁紧环5与轴为面接触,增加了轴承锁紧后的稳定性与强度。
圆环斜面 7 与轴承内圈 1 表面的角度在 10 度至 30 度之间,由于轴承与轴的间距较小,只需微调即可夹紧,在 10 度与 30 度之间,斜面较缓使锁紧环 5 受较小的力就能将轴承锁紧,使轴承锁紧后不会因为斜面过大而造成偏移,有效保证轴承稳定性。
锁紧环5的内表面上设有环形凹纹10,使锁紧环5锁紧后与轴的摩擦力增加,不容易滑动。

1.一种锁紧轴承,包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、滚动体,所述滚动体设置在轴承内圈与轴承外圈之间,其特征是所述轴承内圈内表面设有锁紧环,所述锁紧环两侧各设有锁紧环斜面,所述锁紧环截面为等腰梯形,所述锁紧环的外表面宽度小于内表面宽度,所述锁紧环上设有一个缺口,所述轴承内圈内表面一侧设有环形凸筋,所述环形凸筋设有与锁紧环的一个锁紧环斜面相对应的凸筋斜面,所述轴承内圈内表面另一侧设有圆环,所述圆环与轴承内圈内表面螺纹连接,所述圆环设有与锁紧环的另一个锁紧环斜面相对应的圆环斜面。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的锁紧轴承,其特征在于所述圆环斜面与轴承内圈表面的角度在 10 度至 30度之间。
3.根据权利要求 1 或 2 所述的锁紧轴承,其特征在于所述锁紧环的内表面上设有环形凹纹。
