Description

本发明涉及一种包装好的电灯,它包含:
一个轴对称、装有灯壳和装在所述灯壳上与所述轴线同轴的灯头的电灯,
一种装有挂耳和供检查灯壳用窗孔以及第一和第二端部的硬纸条,
该硬纸条沿灯泡轴线方向折叠在灯泡周围,而所述第一和第二端部则相互固定。
从美国专利4,385,694A中已知这种包装好的电灯。
电灯的包装可以使用一种称为泡形罩的,即衬在硬纸板上的合成材料箔,灯泡装在其中。这种包装易于悬挂展示并提供检查包装物中灯泡的可能性,其缺点是塑料废物造成环境污染。
根据所引述美国专利的包装电灯也能不使用合成包装材料、提供悬挂式展示和在包装条件下进行内部检查(这在自助零售点销售情况下是重要的)。然而,该包装有灯泡侧向固定不充分的缺点。另外主要缺点是当灯泡处于包装好状态时,不能将其插入一般插座上以便检查其工作情况。再一个缺点就是在机械化包装时难以握持住该灯泡。
类似的缺点亦为根据美国专利4,390,097-A的包装电灯,其硬纸板条上具有纬向折叠纹线,和根据美国专利4,194,623-A的包装灯所固有,况且,根据后者专利及其引述的法国专利1,065,227以及相应的英国专利702024,它们所用之板条其前部不具备通过其可检查灯泡的窗孔。
根据美国专利2,619,227-A,将几个灯泡包装在第一套筒内,灯泡的颈部和灯头伸出套筒外,该第一套筒有一次可将含有一个灯泡的部分与其它部分分开的穿孔线。含有灯泡的第一套筒完全包含在装有悬挂孔的第二套筒之中。这种包装的大部分是双层壁的,因而需要很多材料。从前面看,灯是完全看不清的。不从第二个套筒中取出,就不能检查灯泡的工作情况。且没有使筒内灯泡相互免于碰撞的措施。
从联邦德国专利公开说明书29  23  228中已知含有几个其灯头伸在外面的灯泡的角形体壳。该体壳沿长度再分为几个部分,每个部分借助开孔可装一个灯泡。预定该体壳为直立型式并通过向内扣合底座将泡横向固定。该体壳不适合悬挂。从它的前面完全看不清包装好的灯的灯壳。该体壳具有凹凸折叠、复杂的造型,在把包装物加在灯泡周围时也是复杂的。这是因为当把一张空白纸板围绕灯泡进行折叠时,纸板中有待完成的凸折痕构成体壳本身形状,同时凹折痕必须用来向内扣合底座部分。这需要相互反向的力。另一方面,当体壳已由纸板形成后,如果底座向内进行扣合,有关部分必然被迫受力,这将引起凹陷从而使这些部分变得薄弱,并易于失去固定作用。
本发明的目的是提供如第一段所描述类型的包装好的电灯,除其它种种特性外,它具有能以简单、方便的方法加以应用的包装,它保持灯泡安全固定,并还允许在包装条件下检测灯泡。
根据本发明,硬纸条有一个可将灯头沿轴向伸出的孔,在窗任一边,有伸入内部横向包围灯泡的簧片,从而实现了本发明的目的。
灯泡在该包装中可以得到相当充分的固定,由于灯头孔在小的一头定尺寸。伸入内部的簧片起到进一步固定和缓冲的作用。
如果簧片从窗孔向里弯曲,则制造该包装物就方便。这样它们就可以占包装物整个窗孔的空位,或者基本占有这个窗孔。不过将簧片另行固定到硬给条上也是可能的。
该硬纸条的端头可以位于各种地方。在最佳实施例中,它们在紧靠灯头孔的地方。在这个实施例中,挂耳可与硬纸条连成一体。
然而,建议该硬纸条的端头与灯头孔有一定的距离,例如在孔的另一端。在该实施例中,灯头可通过灯头孔,从而产生固定灯头的装置。然后,硬纸条可围绕灯壳加以弯曲,并接着可将端头部分互相连接。该实施列有一优点,当一端压在其上并例如用胶水加以固定时,灯泡对硬纸条的另一端头提供支撑。此外在这个实施例中,挂耳可与硬纸条连成一体。在这个和以前实施例的变型中,其挂耳是附着上的。这种变型具有这样的优点,就是对各种工作电压和额定功率而且、例如各种形状和(或)颜色的灯泡可以使用同一形状和印刷的硬纸条,并且可在挂耳上显示特定产品信息。
包装好的电灯在对着具有挂耳一端最好有一底座,尤其是一平面底座。这不但能使该包装适用于直立式陈列,而且也为接纳产品标识条形码提供了可能性。由于同样的原因,在与挂耳连接中,最好附有底座。在别的方面都相同的包装对于包装灯仍具有其特殊性。
在另一个实施例中,在挂耳上有足够的地方来接纳包装电灯特有的条形码。另一方面,挂耳也可以带有一粘条用以固定到硬纸条上和带有条形码。
硬纸条中的用于灯头轴向伸出的开孔和从窗孔向内弯曲的簧片把灯泡固定在硬纸条中。因此,窗孔的形状可有效地效仿包装电灯的灯壳形状。其优越性在于从窗孔向同弯曲的簧片可以沿着折痕与硬纸条连接,折痕长度是沿灯轴方向的窗口尺寸的,例如,大于0.2倍,例如,0.4到0.7倍之间。结果是簧片的张力,簧片固定灯泡的程度可加以选择。
硬纸条可以用例如重量为200~400克/米2的小波形瓦楞纸弧或多层纸板制成。这种材料在某一个方向比与其垂直的另一方向具有更大的刚性。这种差别是分别由材料中波形的方向和纤维的朝向引起的。
簧片的张力和其对硬纸条中灯泡的固定强度,如果将硬纸条材料最大刚性方向取为与灯轴垂直则甚至可以更大。
一个实现这种可能的实施例中,使用具有与灯轴垂直的外凸皱痕的硬纸条也使得包装变得很容易。由于在轴线方向的较低刚性使得硬纸条在折痕周围易于弯折,所以它使硬纸条在灯泡包装期间很容易地围绕灯泡折叠。其优越性在于,处理方法与用弯曲方法在灯之周围包硬纸条的情形一样容易。能够形成一个与灯头相对的平坦部分。于是,该灯泡就可以直立陈列。
使用户通过纸板上的窗孔看见包装的电灯,并在包装的同一面辅以信息来说明该灯的各种特性,这些做法的重要意义在于反映电灯所提供的尺寸形状、额定功率、工作电压,以及象光的会聚性,光的颜色,光的散射性等等其它特性。在包装电灯的朝向顾客一面提供这些信息,这一点亦重要,特别是,当这些灯靠着档板一个靠着一个并排悬挂陈列时,或是不可能从边侧看到包在灯之周围的纸板条内部情况时,尤其如此。
不言而喻,垂直于轴线方向的硬纸条中凸出的折痕的数目以及它们之间的相互位置决定于灯泡灯壳的形状和大小。另一方面,可将具有相似尺寸的各种形状的灯用同一形状的硬纸条加以包装,且由于硬纸条上的窗孔可以被效仿则更是如此。本领域的技术人员一定能设计出适合给定灯泡的硬纸条的变型。
在最佳实施例中,两个灯泡被包装在一个同样等分的硬纸条中。在这种情况下,硬纸条可以有一个对称平面,使硬纸条两等分互成镜象,或有一个对称轴,而在这样情况下,一半硬纸条上的窗孔正对着另一半硬纸条上的窗孔。于是,该包装灯就有相同的正面和背面。

在图1中,一个双包装装有两个电灯泡1各自含有一个灯壳2,一根轴3,和沿所述轴的灯头4。硬纸条10分别备置有:含悬挂孔12的挂耳11,供检验每个灯泡1的灯壳2用的窗口13,以及第一、第二端部14和15。该硬纸条10沿灯泡1的轴3的方向折叠在灯泡1的周围,而与孔16相对的端部14、15则互相固定。
硬纸壳10上有为每个灯泡1所开的孔16(可参见图2a),通过该孔有关灯头4轴向伸出,在有关窗孔13的任一边,簧片17、18伸进内部横向围绕有关灯泡1。在实施例中簧片17、18组成灯泡间的缓冲装置。簧片从窗孔13弯曲进去。硬纸壳10有两个一样的部分10a和10b,并有与灯轴3平行的对称平面19。一个分离的基座20附加在硬纸条10上,象挂耳11一样。
硬纸条10使灯泡1安全地固定。窗孔13使检验灯泡的灯壳2成为可能。孔16不但使灯头能够看见,而且使它们能够靠近插座触点,使灯头能插入以检查灯的性能。为这个目的,挂耳11可沿折缝21向前或后折。
图2a示出通过窗孔13构成簧片17、18,并共同完全占有窗孔。窗孔13基本上与灯壳12的轮廓一致(图1)。因此,使簧片17、18得以与硬纸条10相连接的折痕29与灯壳2的轴3方向(图1),即硬纸条10的纵向方向窗孔13的尺寸相比是短的。
从图2b可以清楚看出挂耳11由于两部分之间的折痕是双层设计。挂耳带有一用于固定到硬纸条10的粘条22,该粘条沿着折痕21连接销钉11。
图2C中示出的基座有一底部24,直立部分25和粘条26。
图3中,与图2相对应的部分具有比图2中的标号高出20的标号。具有悬挂孔32的挂耳31与硬纸条30是整体且沿折痕41与后者相连。
图4中,与图2相对应的部分具有比图2的标号高40的标号。硬纸条50有一对称轴67,从而使包装的灯前后一样。
图5中的硬纸条70适合于包装单个灯泡。该图中与图2对应的部分相比其标号高出60。该实施例的端部74和75靠近灯头孔76。端部不但可通过挂耳71各部分相互固定,而且可通过保留簧片88使其相互连接。
图6中,与图2相对应的部分相比其标号要高出80。在硬纸条90中,灯1、1′用相同的灯头4,但用形状不同的灯壳2和2′进行包装。硬纸条90在很多方面与以前的不同。窗孔93有同样效仿的形状。结果,簧片97、98沿着折痕109与硬纸条90相连接,折痕109相对于窗93在灯壳1的轴线3方向的尺寸有较大的长度(纸0.65倍)。这意味着簧片用力支承着灯壳1。硬纸条90以这样的方式从材料上切割:即,使材料的最大刚性方向垂直于轴线3。
硬纸条90(也可参见图7)有很多向外凸出的折痕110,110′,它们垂直于轴线3并且固定该硬纸条。从图7易于看出两上折痕100、100′组成正对着灯头4,用以承放灯泡的基座。
簧片97和98(参见图8)具有圆滑的角,这样它们仅是基本上填满了窗孔93。比较图7和图8可以看出不同形状的灯泡能够用一种同样的硬纸条来进行包装。
图9中对应于图6-8中具有悬挂孔的挂耳91的部件其标号比图2b高出80。粘性条102′,102″有足够大的表面面积以供条形码之用。粘条102也可以按相同的尺寸设计并如粘条102′″延伸到窗孔93(图6)附近,以便容纳关于印刷在其上的包装灯的信息。
图10示出一个硬纸条90′,与图6-8中的硬纸条相比,由于灯壳2″的尺寸有显著的不同,该硬纸条在尺寸上有相当大的差别。
