Abstract

本发明公开一种灯管泡沫包装结构，所述包装结构为长方形立体柱结构，其中间贯穿设有一个圆孔，用于容纳灯管，所述圆孔的内壁上均匀设有弧状的突起。本发明的灯管泡沫包装结构可以减少灯管在搬运过程中及保管过程中的损坏，突起的设置可以增强灯管与包装结构的接触稳定性，另外还可以减少灯管与包装结构的摩擦，避免损坏灯管。

本发明涉及一种灯管泡沫包装结构。
背景技术
现有的点钨灯管包装都是用纸盒包装，搬运过程中易损坏灯管，且在灯管使用过程中每次用完后收起来保管不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种灯管专用的灯管泡沫包装，可以克服现有的灯管纸盒包装在搬运过程中及保管过程中易损坏的缺陷。
本发明的技术方案是：一种灯管泡沫包装结构，所述包装结构为长方形立体柱结构，其中间贯穿设有一个圆孔，用于容纳灯管，所述圆孔的内壁上均匀设有弧状的突起。
优选地，所述圆孔内壁上相对设置的突起之间的距离大于等于灯管的直径。
优选地，所述突起交错设置。
本发明的有益效果：本发明的灯管泡沫包装结构可以减少灯管在搬运过程中及保管过程中的损坏，突起的设置可以增强灯管与包装结构的接触稳定性，另外还可以减少灯管与包装结构的摩擦，避免损坏灯管。

如图1、2所示，一种灯管泡沫包装结构，所述包装结构1为长方形立体柱结构，其中间贯穿设有一个圆孔2，用于容纳灯管，所述圆孔2的内壁上均匀设有弧状的突起3。
优选地，所述圆孔2内壁上相对设置的突起3之间的距离大于等于灯管的直径。
优选地，所述突起3交错设置。
本发明的灯管泡沫包装结构可以减少灯管在搬运过程中及保管过程中的损坏，突起的设置可以增强灯管与包装结构的接触稳定性，另外还可以减少灯管与包装结构的摩擦，避免损坏灯管。

2.根据权利要求1所述的灯管泡沫包装结构，其特征在于，所述圆孔内壁上相对设置的突起之间的距离大于等于灯管的直径。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的灯管泡沫包装结构，其特征在于，所述突起交错设置。
