本发明涉及一种高性能塑料袋,属于塑料袋制造领域,所述高性能塑料袋的生产原料包括聚烯烃、聚丙烯相容剂、纳米氧化钬、低密度聚乙烯、丙烯酸树脂,所述的各原料的重量百分比为:聚烯烃10-30%、聚丙烯相容剂10-15%、纳米氧化钬10-15%、低密度聚乙烯20-40%、丙烯酸树脂20-30%。本发明所述的一种高性能塑料袋,通过在原料中加入聚丙烯相容剂、纳米氧化钬等原料,可以提高塑料袋的拉伸度,同时在低温下使用时,避免了塑料袋的破损,并且柔韧性会更好,方便了日常的使用。

本发明涉及一种塑料袋,尤其涉及一种高性能塑料袋,属于塑料袋制造领域。
背景技术
塑料袋的原料为聚乙烯,在我们生活中无时无刻我们都在用塑料袋,例如上街买菜、电器包装、食品包装等等,都在使用塑料袋,塑料袋的种类有很多,常用的食品塑料袋多为聚乙烯薄膜制成,该薄膜无毒,故可用于盛装食品。还有一种薄膜为聚氯乙烯制成,聚氯乙烯本身也无毒性,但根据薄膜的用途所加入的添加剂往往是对人体有害的物质,具有一定的毒性。所以这类薄膜及由该薄膜做的塑料袋均不宜用来盛装食品。

本发明正是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种高性能塑料袋。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种高性能塑料袋,所述高性能塑料袋的生产原料包括聚烯烃、聚丙烯相容剂、纳米氧化钬、低密度聚乙烯、丙烯酸树脂,所述的各原料的重量百分比为:聚烯烃10-30%、聚丙烯相容剂10-15%、纳米氧化钬10-15%、低密度聚乙烯20-40%、丙烯酸树脂20-30%。
进一步地,所述的各原料的重量百分比为:聚烯烃15-25%、聚丙烯相容剂12-14%、纳米氧化钬12-14%、低密度聚乙烯23-35%、丙烯酸树脂22-28%。
进一步地,所述的各原料的重量百分比为:聚烯烃20%、聚丙烯相容剂13%、纳米氧化钬13%、低密度聚乙烯30%、丙烯酸树脂24%。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
本发明所述的一种高性能塑料袋,通过在原料中加入聚丙烯相容剂、纳米氧化钬等原料,可以提高塑料袋的拉伸度,同时在低温下使用时,避免了塑料袋的破损,并且柔韧性会更好,方便了日常的使用。

实施例2:所述的各原料的重量百分比为:聚烯烃25%、聚丙烯相容剂14%、纳米氧化钬14%、低密度聚乙烯25%、丙烯酸树脂22%。
实施例3:所述的各原料的重量百分比为:聚烯烃20%、聚丙烯相容剂13%、纳米氧化钬13%、低密度聚乙烯30%、丙烯酸树脂24%。
实施例4:所述的各原料的重量百分比为:聚烯烃20%、聚丙烯相容剂14%、纳米氧化钬12%、低密度聚乙烯30%、丙烯酸树脂24%。
