本发明提供一种气泡膜的生产工艺,其主要步骤包括原料配比-挤出-气泡成型,本制造工艺简单易行,生产出的气泡膜体轻,富有弹性,具有隔音,防震,防磨的性能,防水,防潮,抗压。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及膜材料工艺,特别是涉及一种气泡膜的生产工艺。
背景技术
气泡膜是当前普遍使用的一种透明包装材料,用途广泛。其原理是以薄膜包含空气使之形成气泡来防止产品撞击,确保产品受到震动时起到保护作用,同时亦有保温隔热的作用,适合各行各业的不同产品包装或周转之用!由于气垫中间层充满空气,所以体轻,富有弹性,具有隔音,防震,防磨的性能,防水,防潮,抗压。气泡袋有分单面和双面两种,单面气泡袋适宜保护自身重量较轻的产品,双面气泡袋防震强适合体积较大较重的物品包装。单、双气泡袋均适合各行各业的包装如做袋、切片。单、双面气泡袋可设防静电气泡袋,以及不同颜色、印刷、还可复合其它材料增加保护性及美观。
发明内容
本发明提供一种气泡膜的生产工艺。为实现本发明的目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种气泡膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,其具体步骤为:
(1)原料配比
将原料聚乙烯树膜和HDPE树脂和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物按照17.5-20:1的比例进行配比;
(2)挤出
挤出成型使用PE料挤塑用通用型挤出机,挤出机螺杆直径为Ф45mm,成型模具口为100~500mm,挤塑原料机筒各段工艺温度:加料段130~150℃,塑化段170~190℃,均化段200~220℃,成型模具与机筒连接段160~180℃,成型模具160~170℃;
(3)气泡成型
气垫薄膜成型采用吹塑成型,泡径4-15mm,泡高3-7mm;
优选的,步骤(1)中使用的是低密度聚乙烯树膜,其密度为1.5g/cm3.。
优选的,步骤(2)中吸塑气泡辊真空度为0.04MPa。
有益效果:本发明提供一种气泡膜的生产工艺,其主要步骤包括原料配比-挤出-气泡成型,本制造工艺简单易行,生产出的气泡膜体轻,富有弹性,具有隔音,防震,防磨的性能,防水,防潮,抗压。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
一种气泡膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,其具体步骤为:
(1)原料配比
将原料聚乙烯树膜和HDPE树脂和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物按照20:1的比例进行配比;
(2)挤出
挤出成型使用PE料挤塑用通用型挤出机,挤出机螺杆直径为Ф45mm,成型模具口为300mm,挤塑原料机筒各段工艺温度:加料段130℃,塑化段170℃,均化段200℃,成型模具与机筒连接段180℃,成型模具160;
(3)气泡成型
气垫薄膜成型采用吹塑成型,泡径8mm,泡高5mm;
其中,步骤(1)中使用的是低密度聚乙烯树膜,其密度为1.5g/cm3..,步骤(2)中吸塑气泡辊真空度为0.04MPa。
本发明提供一种气泡膜的生产工艺,其主要步骤包括原料配比-挤出-气泡成型,本制造工艺简单易行,生产出的气泡膜体轻,富有弹性,具有隔音,防震,防磨的性能,防水,防潮,抗压。

1.一种气泡膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,其具体步骤为:
(1)原料配比
将原料聚乙烯树膜和HDPE树脂和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物按照17.5-20:1的比例进行配比;
(2)挤出
挤出成型使用PE料挤塑用通用型挤出机,挤出机螺杆直径为Ф45mm,成型模具口为100~500mm,挤塑原料机筒各段工艺温度:加料段130~150℃,塑化段170~190℃,均化段200~220℃,成型模具与机筒连接段160~180℃,成型模具160~170℃;
(3)气泡成型
气垫薄膜成型采用吹塑成型,泡径4-15mm,泡高3-7mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气泡膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中使用的是低密度聚乙烯树膜,其密度为1.5g/cm3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种气泡膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中吸塑气泡辊真空度为0.04MPa。
