Abstract

本发明涉及防伪薄膜及其制备方法技术领域,具体地说是一种亮光的个性化打印转移塑封纸及其制备方法,包括自上而下依次复合的底纸(1)、不干胶层(2)、高透PET层(3)、树脂涂层(4)以及胶黏剂层(5);其制备方法包括以下步骤:先在高透PET层(3)的下表面涂上树脂涂层(4),再将高透PET层(3)的上表面通过不干胶与底纸(1)复合,然后在树脂涂层(4)的下表面涂上带有防静电处理的胶黏剂,最后裁切到指定大小即可;本发明同现有技术相比,不仅可以打印个性化信息以及图案,实现了塑封材料的个性化制作,而且具有一定的防伪力度,并具有亮光效果。

Description

一种亮光的个性化打印转移塑封纸及其制备方法
[技术领域]
本发明涉及防伪薄膜及其制备方法技术领域,具体地说是一种亮光的个性化打印转移塑封纸及其制备方法。
[背景技术]
目前,市场上现有的打印转移产品,主要有转移花膜、塑封膜等产品。其中,转移花膜无法进行个性化制作;而塑封膜比较厚重,且亮度不佳。尤其是用于证件的烫印膜制作过程复杂,成本高。因此,若能提供一种亮光的个性化打印转移塑封纸及其制备方法,将具有非常重要的意义。
[发明内容]
本发明的目的就是要解决上述的不足而提供一种亮光的个性化打印转移塑封纸及其制备方法,不仅可以打印个性化信息以及图案,实现了塑封材料的个性化制作,而且具有一定的防伪力度,并具有亮光效果。
为实现上述目的设计一种亮光的个性化打印转移塑封纸,包括自上而下依次复合的底纸1、不干胶层2、高透PET层3、树脂涂层4以及胶黏剂层5。
所述高透PET层3为高透PET聚酯薄膜。
所述树脂涂层4为丙烯酸树脂涂层,所述树脂涂层4与高透PET层3以可剥离的方式相结合。
一种亮光的个性化打印转移塑封纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:先在高透PET层3的下表面涂上树脂涂层4,再将高透PET层3的上表面通过不干胶与底纸1复合,然后在树脂涂层4的下表面涂上带有防静电处理的胶黏剂,最后裁切到指定大小即可。
所述高透PET层3为高透PET聚酯薄膜。
所述树脂涂层4为丙烯酸树脂涂层,所述树脂涂层4与高透PET层3以可剥离的方式相结合。
本发明同现有技术相比,由于个性化打印转移塑封纸采用高光树脂,通过与纸基复合的方式,提高挺度,并通过对塑封胶进行防静电处理,使胶面直接可以打印图像,从而可以打印个性化信息以及图案,实现了塑封材料的个性化打印的效果,具有一定的防伪力度,并具有亮光效果,解决了转移塑封纸的激光打印问题;此外,本发明所述的制备方法,不仅简化了制作流程,而且成本也比较低。

[具体实施方式]
下面结合附图对本发明作以下进一步说明:
如附图1所示,本发明所述的亮光的个性化打印转移塑封纸包括:自上而下依次复合的底纸1、不干胶层2、高透PET层3、树脂涂层4以及胶黏剂层5。其中,高透PET层3为高透PET聚酯薄膜;树脂涂层4为丙烯酸树脂涂层,树脂涂层4与高透PET层3以可剥离的方式相结合。
该亮光的个性化打印转移塑封纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:先在高透PET层3的下表面涂上树脂涂层4,再将高透PET层3的上表面通过不干胶与底纸1复合,然后在树脂涂层4的下表面涂上带有防静电处理的胶黏剂,最后裁切到指定大小即可。其中,高透PET层3为高透PET聚酯薄膜;树脂涂层4为丙烯酸树脂涂层,树脂涂层4与高透PET层3以可剥离的方式相结合。
本发明通过在PET薄膜上涂上树脂涂层,与底纸复合,再涂上带有防静电处理的胶黏剂,最后裁切到指定大小;其中,底纸应具有一定的厚度;不干胶应有一定的耐热性,以保证在激光打印时不受热蠕动;高透PET聚酯薄膜,表面高透高亮;树脂涂层可与PET薄膜剥离,并且具有亮光效果,该树脂可选用丙烯酸树脂;胶黏剂经过特殊处理,与被塑封的基材有很好的结合力,并有较低的表面电阻,保证在激光打印时不受静电影响。
本发明针对现有的问题,采用高光树脂,通过与纸基复合的方式,提高挺度,通过对塑封胶进行防静电处理,使胶面直接可以打印图像,从而实现个性化打印的效果,同时简化了制作流程,成本也比较低。打印完成后,通过塑封或者层压的方式将涂层转移至纸面(如护照的纸张表面),涂层的牢度较好,将无法撕揭,有较强的材料防伪力度,并且表面光亮,色层饱满,既满足了美观需求又具有唯一性。
本发明并不受上述实施方式的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种亮光的个性化打印转移塑封纸,其特征在于:包括自上而下依次复合的底纸(1)、不干胶层(2)、高透PET层(3)、树脂涂层(4)以及胶黏剂层(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的亮光的个性化打印转移塑封纸,其特征在于:所述高透PET层(3)为高透PET聚酯薄膜。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的亮光的个性化打印转移塑封纸,其特征在于:所述树脂涂层(4)为丙烯酸树脂涂层,所述树脂涂层(4)与高透PET层(3)以可剥离的方式相结合。
4.一种亮光的个性化打印转移塑封纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:先在高透PET层(3)的下表面涂上树脂涂层(4),再将高透PET层(3)的上表面通过不干胶与底纸(1)复合,然后在树脂涂层(4)的下表面涂上带有防静电处理的胶黏剂,最后裁切到指定大小即可。
5.如权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述高透PET层(3)为高透PET聚酯薄膜。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述树脂涂层(4)为丙烯酸树脂涂层,所述树脂涂层(4)与高透PET层(3)以可剥离的方式相结合。
