Abstract

本发明提供一种门框角接件，用于连接相互垂直的两相邻边框，由多个分立的部件构成组合式结构，部件形成的框侧面直角组件与框背面直角组件以及框正面直角组件紧固连接，从而将相邻的水平和竖直两个边框固定，解决了现有的焊接打磨式门框角接件安装复杂及平整度差的技术问题。

本发明涉及一种门框角连接结构，尤其是涉及一种拉铆门框角接件。
背景技术
焊接加强板是常见的门框角部连接形式，在框直角侧边使用，用于连接固定上框和侧框。做角件焊接是另一种较为常见的连接方式，属于角接结构，可在侧边焊接，因为不能准确定位，常用于连接不便在正面焊接打磨的门框结构。
现有的门框连接结构属于焊接打磨连接结构，分别固定于门框的直角对接处，通过加强焊接定位，导致内口精度和表面不平度及整体美观度极其不规范，同时加工工艺复杂对环境和人员的职业危害较大，从而不利于可持续发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可以提升产品质量、工艺精良，有效降低职业危害的新型门框角接件。
本发明提供一种门框角接件结构，用于连接相互垂直的两相邻边框，包括水平框组件2，竖直框组件3，L形角接件1，竖直框端组件4，水平框端组件5，框背面内角板6，框背面外角板7，框正面内角板8，框正面外角板9，其中，水平框组件2与竖直框组件3通过L形角接件1连接固定形成框侧面直角组件，从而将相邻的水平和竖直两个边框固定，框背面内角板6与框背面外角板7呈相同的直角L形形状并重叠固定形成框背面直角组件，框正面内角板8与框正面外角板9呈相同的直角L形形状并重叠固定形成框正面直角组件，框侧面直角组件与框背面直角组件以及框正面直角组件连接形成L形槽组件，竖直框端组件4与水平框端组件5分别设置于L形槽组件的竖直与水平末端，从而将框侧面直角组件与框背面直角组件以及框正面直角组件紧固连接。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中水平框组件2、竖直框组件3、竖直框端组件4、水平框端组件5、框背面内角板6、框背面外角板7、框正面内角板8以及框正面外角板9分别在两侧设置相同高度的加强筋，从而形成截面呈直角U形的槽型结构。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中水平框组件2，竖直框组件3、L形角接件1，竖直框端组件4、水平框端组件5、框背面内角板6、框背面外角板7、框正面内角板8、框正面外角板9分别设置多个铆孔用于铆接固定。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中L形角接件1与水平框组件2的接触面上开有多个用于安装门合页的孔。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示，门框A，门框角接件B，门框角接件结构用于连接相互垂直的两相邻边框，包括水平框组件2，竖直框组件3，L形角接件1，竖直框端组件4，水平框端组件5，框背面内角板6，框背面外角板7，框正面内角板8，框正面外角板9，其中，水平框组件2与竖直框组件3通过L形角接件1连接固定形成框侧面直角组件，从而将相邻的水平和竖直两个边框固定，框背面内角板6与框背面外角板7呈相同的直角L形形状并重叠固定形成框背面直角组件，框正面内角板8与框正面外角板9呈相同的直角L形形状并重叠固定形成框正面直角组件，框侧面直角组件与框背面直角组件以及框正面直角组件连接形成L形槽组件，竖直框端组件4与水平框端组件5分别设置于L形槽组件的竖直与水平末端，从而将框侧面直角组件与框背面直角组件以及框正面直角组件紧固连接。
水平框组件2、竖直框组件3、竖直框端组件4、水平框端组件5、框背面内角板6、框背面外角板7、框正面内角板8以及框正面外角板9分别在两侧设置相同高度的加强筋，从而形成截面呈直角U形的槽型结构。

L形角接件1与水平框组件2的接触面上开有多个用于安装门合页的孔。

1.一种门框角接件，用于连接相互垂直的两相邻边框，其特征在于：包括水平框组件(2)，竖直框组件(3)，L形角接件(1)，竖直框端组件(4)，水平框端组件(5)，框背面内角板(6)，框背面外角板(7)，框正面内角板(8)，框正面外角板(9)，其中，水平框组件(2)与竖直框组件(3)通过L形角接件(1)连接固定形成框侧面直角组件，从而将相邻的水平和竖直两个边框固定，框背面内角板(6)与框背面外角板(7)呈相同的直角L形形状并重叠固定形成框背面直角组件，框正面内角板(8)与框正面外角板(9)呈相同的直角L形形状并重叠固定形成框正面直角组件，框侧面直角组件与框背面直角组件以及框正面直角组件连接形成L形槽组件，竖直框端组件(4)与水平框端组件(5)分别设置于L形槽组件的竖直与水平末端，从而将框侧面直角组件与框背面直角组件以及框正面直角组件紧固连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的门框角接件，其特征在于：水平框组件(2)、竖直框组件(3)、竖直框端组件(4)、水平框端组件(5)、框背面内角板(6)、框背面外角板(7)、框正面内角板(8)以及框正面外角板(9)分别在两侧设置相同高度的加强筋，分别形成截面呈直角U形的槽型结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的门框角接件，其特征在于：水平框组件(2)，竖直框组件(3)、L形角接件(1)，竖直框端组件(4)、水平框端组件(5)、框背面内角板(6)、框背面外角板(7)、框正面内角板(8)、框正面外角板(9)分别设置多个用于铆接固定的铆孔。
