Abstract
本发明公开一种珍珠棉,包括珍珠棉本体、设于珍珠棉本体外表面的铝箔层,所述珍珠棉本体内复合有一层加强网层。本发明结构简单、易于制造,具有强度高、韧性好、材质轻、抗震性能好、耐冲击、使用寿命长等优点,可广泛应用于多种行业包装。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶包装材料,具体涉及一种珍珠棉。
背景技术
珍珠棉为聚乙烯发泡棉,是非交联闭孔结构,又称EPE珍珠棉,是一种新型环保的包装材料。它由低密度聚乙烯脂经物理发泡产生无数的独立气泡构成,克服了普通发泡胶易碎、变形、恢复性差的缺点。由于珍珠棉具有隔水防潮、防震、隔音、保温、可塑性能佳、韧性强、循环再造、环保、抗撞力强等诸多优点,亦具有很好的抗化学性能,被广泛应用于汽车坐垫、抱枕、电子电器、仪器仪表、电脑、音响、医疗器械、工控机箱、五金灯饰、工艺品、玻璃、陶瓷、家电、喷涂、家俱家私、酒类及树脂等高档易碎礼品包装、五金制品、玩具、瓜果、皮鞋的内包装、日用品等多种产品的包装。加入彩色防静电剂和阻燃剂后,更显其卓越的性能。珍珠棉还是各种车辆和居室的良好内装修材料,珍珠棉无抗紫外线性能,对人体会造成的伤害。
中国申请号为2014101514163的发明,公开了一种防紫外线的珍珠棉,包括珍珠棉本体,珍珠棉本体表面复合有一层铝箔层,珍珠棉本体与铝箔层通过轧制复合而成。与传统的珍珠棉相比,该发明将镀铝薄膜与珍珠棉复合,具有良好的抗紫外线能力,但仍存在以下缺陷:其一,珍珠棉没有设置加强保护装置,由于EPE珍珠棉材质轻薄,强度低、韧性差,极易受压变形和破碎,影响使用;其二,由于EPE珍珠棉本身材质轻薄且设为单一结构,减震性能差、不耐冲击。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种强度高、韧性好,不易变形破碎的珍珠棉。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案:
一种珍珠棉,包括珍珠棉本体、设于珍珠棉本体外表面的铝箔层,所述珍珠棉本体内复合有一层加强网层。
作为优选技术方案,为了保证珍珠棉的强度、韧性,同时有效控制真题的重量,所述加强网层为塑料网层,所述塑料网层与珍珠棉本体热合成一体。
作为优选技术方案,为了提高珍珠棉的整体减震性能和冲击强度,有效防止包装物品破损,所述铝箔层里侧且珍珠棉本体外表面周围包覆有一薄膜层,所述薄膜层与珍珠棉本体之间形成一冷却复合层。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果:
1、珍珠棉本体内复合有一层加强网层,提高了珍珠棉的强度和韧性,有效防止珍珠棉受压变形和破碎,延长使用寿命。
2、设置塑料的加强网层,且塑料网层与珍珠棉本热合成一体,进一步提高珍珠棉的强度和韧性,同时保证珍珠棉的轻度。
3、设置薄膜层,且薄膜层与珍珠棉本体之间形成一冷却复合层,提高珍珠棉的整体减震性能和冲击强度,有效防止包装物品破损。
4、本发明结构简单、易于实现,且使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1所示提出本发明一种具体实施例,一种珍珠棉,包括珍珠棉本体1、设于珍珠棉本体1外表面的铝箔层5,本实施例优选设置珍珠棉本体1外表面周围且位于铝箔层5里侧包覆有一薄膜层3,所述薄膜层3与珍珠棉本体1之间形成一冷却复合层4,有效提高珍珠棉的整体减震性能和冲击强度,有效防止包装物品破损。
所述珍珠棉本体1内复合有一层加强网层2,本实施例优选设置加强网层2为塑料网层,所述塑料网层2与珍珠棉本体1热合成一体,保证珍珠棉的强度、韧性,提高整体性能,同时有效控制整体的重量。
当然,上面只是结合附图对本发明优选的具体实施方式作了详细描述,并非以此限制本发明的实施范围,凡依本发明的原理、构造以及结构所作的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种珍珠棉,包括珍珠棉本体(1)、设于珍珠棉本体(1)外表面的铝箔层(1),其特征在于:所述珍珠棉本体(1)内复合有一层加强网层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种珍珠棉,其特征在于:所述加强网层(2)为塑料网层,所述塑料网层与珍珠棉本体(1)热合成一体。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种珍珠棉,其特征在于:所述珍珠棉本体(1)外表面周围且位于铝箔层(5)里侧包覆有一薄膜层(3),所述薄膜层(3)与珍珠棉本体(1)之间形成一冷却复合层(4)。
