本发明公开了一种硅橡胶挤出生产用挤出设备,喂料座上开设喂料进口和喂料出口,所述喂料出口连接螺旋机,所述喂料齿轮的传动杆件的一端连接在喂料齿轮上,另一端套设喂料辊后连接旋转接头,托板的设置在喂料座上,刮刀设置在喂料辊上所述螺旋杆套设在螺旋套筒内,螺旋套筒设有螺旋进料口、螺旋出料口,所述螺旋进料口上连接喂料机构的喂料出口,旋转接头连接螺旋杆的首端,螺旋杆的末端位于螺旋出料口,喂料齿轮连接减速箱。本发明能够有效的在高压母线上进行硅橡胶的冷缩包覆,设备简单,使用方便,能够有效的提高生产效率,增加高压母线上防护层的有效使用寿命。

Description

一种硅橡胶挤出生产用挤出设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种硅橡胶高压母线,尤其涉及的是一种硅橡胶挤出生产用挤出设备。
背景技术
在变电所高压配电装置的连接,以及变压器等电气设备和相应配电装置的连接,大都采用矩形或圆形截面的裸导线或绞线,这统称为母线。母线的作用是汇集、分配和传送电能。由于母线在运行中,有巨大的电能通过,短路时,承受着很大的发热和电动力效应,因此,必须合理的选用母线材料、截面形状和截面积以符合安全经济运行的要求。母线按结构分为硬母线和软母线。硬母线又分为矩形母线和管形母线。矩形母线一般使用于主变压器至配电室内,其优点是施工安装方便,运行中变化小,载流量大,但造价较高。软母线用于室外,因空间大,导线有所摆动也不致于造成线间距离不够。软母线施工简便,造价低廉。
硅橡胶是指主链由硅和氧原子交替构成,硅原子上通常连有两个有机基团的橡胶。普通的硅橡胶主要由含甲基和少量乙烯基的硅氧链节组成。苯基的引入可提高硅橡胶的耐高、低温性能,三氟丙基及氰基的引入则可提高硅橡胶的耐温及耐油性能。硅橡胶耐低温性能良好,一般在-55℃下仍能工作。引入苯基后,可达-73℃。硅橡胶的耐热性能也很突出,在180℃下可长期工作,稍高于200℃也能承受数周或更长时间仍有弹性,瞬时可耐300℃以上的高温。硅橡胶的透气性好,氧气透过率在合成聚合物中是最高的。
硅橡胶材料的电气性能优异,憎水性好,耐电。并且会自融合地反应形成硅橡胶一体化的绝缘层,耐击穿的能力突出,是变电站绝缘防护的更新材料。
硅橡胶在挤出生产时,由于摩擦产生的大量热量,容易导致硅橡胶在未挤出时就硫化,影响产品的质量。
进料挤出过程中,如何实现有序进料以及控制温度,是急需解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种硅橡胶挤出生产用挤出设备,实现硅橡胶的有效挤出。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的,本发明所述挤出设备包括喂料机构和螺旋机;所述喂料机构包括喂料座、喂料齿轮、旋转接头、与分别设置于喂料座内的喂料辊、刮刀和托板;所述喂料座上开设喂料进口和喂料出口,所述喂料辊位于喂料进口之下,喂料出口连接螺旋机,所述喂料齿轮的传动杆件的一端连接在喂料齿轮上,另一端套设喂料辊后连接旋转接头,托板的设置在喂料座上,刮刀设置在喂料辊上;
所述螺旋机包括减速箱、螺旋套筒、螺旋杆;所述螺旋杆套设在螺旋套筒内,螺旋套筒设有螺旋进料口、螺旋出料口,所述螺旋进料口上连接喂料机构的喂料出口,旋转接头连接螺旋杆的首端,螺旋杆的末端位于螺旋出料口,喂料齿轮连接减速箱。
所述喂料辊的两侧分别设有左轴承和右轴承,左轴承和右轴承套设在喂料齿轮的传动杆件上,左轴承和右轴承各自的轴承座分别通过连接螺钉连接在喂料座上,喂料座的底部和左右轴承的轴承座通过圆柱销连接,喂料座上设有压紧调节件,所述压紧调节件包括喂料连杆、调节弹簧和连杆铰链座,所述喂料连杆通过圆柱销连接喂料座,调节弹簧套设在喂料连杆上,连杆铰链座设置在喂料连杆上。作为本发明的优选方式之一,所述螺旋机外还设有冷水箱,螺旋杆为螺向单一的螺旋杆,螺旋杆内部中空,螺旋杆的中空部位连通冷水箱。
作为本发明的优选方式之一,所述螺旋套筒上设有多个进水口和出水口,螺旋套筒的筒壁上形成循环水路。
作为本发明的优选方式之一,所述循环水路上设有水温探测仪。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明能够有效的在高压母线上进行硅橡胶的冷缩包覆,设备简单,使用方便,能够有效的提高生产效率,增加高压母线上防护层的有效使用寿命,能够确保硅橡胶的有序进料以及在挤出过程中的温度控制。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
如图1~图5所示,挤出设备包括喂料机构310和螺旋机320;喂料机构310包括料斗3101、分流块3102、喂料座3103、喂料齿轮3104、旋转接头3105、与分别设置于喂料座3103内的左轴承3106、右轴承3107、喂料辊3108、刮刀3109和托板3110;所述喂料座3103喂料座3103上开设喂料进口和喂料出口,所述料斗3101设置于喂料进口上,分流块3102位于料斗3101之下,喂料辊3108位于分流块3102之下,喂料出口连接螺旋机320,所述喂料齿轮3104的传动杆件的一端连接在喂料齿轮3104上,另一端依次套设右轴承3107、喂料辊3108、左轴承3106后连接旋转接头3105,托板3110的设置在喂料座3103上,刮刀3109设置在喂料辊3108上;
左轴承3106和右轴承3107的各自的轴承座分别通过连接螺钉3115连接在喂料座3103,喂料座3103的底部和左右轴承的轴承座通过圆柱销3111连接,喂料座3103上设有压紧调节件,所述压紧调节件包括喂料连杆3112、调节弹簧3113和连杆铰链座3114,所述喂料连杆3112通过圆柱销3111连接喂料座3103,调节弹簧3113套设在喂料连杆3112上,连杆铰链座3114设置在喂料连杆3112上。
分流块3102的横截面为顶部圆弧过渡的三角形,分流块3102的顶部靠近料斗3101。
本实施例工作时,片状硅橡胶材料进入喂料机,喂料辊3108旋转,将物料投入螺旋机320内,使用刮刀3109能够及时清理喂料辊3108上的粘结物料。可以在需要清理或整修的时候,打开连接螺钉3115就可以拆开喂料机构310进行检修或清洁。
如果是粒状进料,设置料斗3101、分流块3102,能够有效的解决物料堆积的问题。
螺旋机320包括减速箱321、螺旋套筒322、螺旋杆323;所述螺旋杆323套设在螺旋套筒322内,螺旋套筒322设有螺旋进料口、螺旋出料口,所述螺旋进料口上连接喂料机构310的喂料出口,旋转接头3105连接螺旋杆323的首端,螺旋杆323的末端位于螺旋出料口,喂料齿轮3104连接减速箱321;
螺旋机320外还设有冷水箱330,螺旋杆323为螺向单一的螺旋杆323,螺旋杆323内部中空,螺旋杆323的中空部位连通冷水箱330。
螺旋套筒322上设有多个进水口324和出水口325,螺旋套筒322的筒壁上形成循环水路。
循环水路上设有水温探测仪326,便于对温度的控制,如果过高可以尽早降温。
由于在挤出送料时,摩擦作用下会产生热量,温度过高,导致有残余的硅橡胶留在螺旋杆323上发生硫化,从而影响了产品的整体质量,所以需要在工作时对螺旋机320进行整体降温,螺旋套筒322上采用水循环降温,螺旋杆323设置为中空,也可以接入冷水实现降温。以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种硅橡胶挤出生产用挤出设备,其特征在于,所述挤出设备包括喂料机构和螺旋机;所述喂料机构包括喂料座、喂料齿轮、旋转接头、与分别设置于喂料座内的喂料辊、刮刀和托板;所述喂料座上开设喂料进口和喂料出口,所述喂料辊位于喂料进口之下,喂料出口连接螺旋机,所述喂料齿轮的传动杆件的一端连接在喂料齿轮上,另一端套设喂料辊后连接旋转接头,托板的设置在喂料座上,刮刀设置在喂料辊上;
所述螺旋机包括减速箱、螺旋套筒、螺旋杆;所述螺旋杆套设在螺旋套筒内,螺旋套筒设有螺旋进料口、螺旋出料口,所述螺旋进料口上连接喂料机构的喂料出口,旋转接头连接螺旋杆的首端,螺旋杆的末端位于螺旋出料口,喂料齿轮连接减速箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅橡胶挤出生产用挤出设备,其特征在于,所述喂料辊的两侧分别设有左轴承和右轴承,左轴承和右轴承套设在喂料齿轮的传动杆件上,左轴承和右轴承各自的轴承座分别通过连接螺钉连接在喂料座上,喂料座的底部和左右轴承的轴承座通过圆柱销连接,喂料座上设有压紧调节件,所述压紧调节件包括喂料连杆、调节弹簧和连杆铰链座,所述喂料连杆通过圆柱销连接喂料座,调节弹簧套设在喂料连杆上,连杆铰链座设置在喂料连杆上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅橡胶挤出生产用挤出设备,其特征在于,所述螺旋机外还设有冷水箱,螺旋杆为螺向单一的螺旋杆,螺旋杆内部中空,螺旋杆的中空部位连通冷水箱。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅橡胶挤出生产用挤出设备,其特征在于,所述螺旋套筒上设有多个进水口和出水口,螺旋套筒的筒壁上形成循环水路。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种硅橡胶挤出生产用挤出设备,其特征在于,所述循环水路上设有水温探测仪。
