Abstract

本发明涉及空调保温板领域,具体涉及一种无铆钉无冷桥保温板及其生产工艺。它包括外板、内板、发泡层,外板和内板内侧四周都装有折边,外板折边和内板折边中间装有隔热条,外板和内板中间形成料腔,内板折边两侧装有注料孔,料腔内装有发泡层。优点是设计简单巧妙,结构科学合理,通过本工艺形成固态发泡层外侧形成一个凹槽,凹槽能够有效的把外板折边、隔热条和内板折边夹紧,无需铆钉连接,能都有效阻断热传导,加工工艺简单完善,节省时间,减少了生产成本。

一种无铆钉无冷桥保温板及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及空调保温板领域,具体涉及一种无铆钉无冷桥保温板及其生产工艺。
背景技术
以往的空调保温板通过铆钉使外板和内板连接一起,需要使用很多铆钉,操作工序繁琐,加工工艺复杂,而且制造出的保温板不能有效的阻断热传导。
发明内容
    为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种无铆钉无冷桥保温板及其生产工艺,设计简单巧妙,结构科学合理,无需铆钉连接,能都有效阻断热传导,加工工艺简单完善,节省时间,减少了生产成本。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明提出了以下技术方案:
  一种无铆钉无冷桥保温板,它包括外板、内板、发泡层,外板和内板内侧四周都装有折边,外板折边和内板折边中间装有隔热条,外板和内板中间形成料腔,内板折边两侧装有注料孔,料腔内装有发泡层。
所述的折边是向内折的倒“L”型折边。
所述的隔热条上下两侧装有粘胶层。
一种无铆钉无冷桥保温板生产工艺,具体在于以下步骤,
1)  把钣金折弯成盒装,把外板和内板的边折弯成折边形状且外板和内板是对称结构;
2)  对内板折边两侧位置分别进行钻孔,钻出注料孔;
3)  把隔热条放在外板折边和内板折边之间,通过隔热条两侧的粘胶层使外板折边、隔热条和内板折边三者粘结形成一体,三者内部构成料腔;
4)  把粘接好的外板、隔热层和内板放入发泡机床的发泡限位工装内,通过发泡机床的发泡限位工装的上模和下模限制外板和内板上下膨胀,通过发泡限位工装限制外板和内板左右移动;
5)  通过注料孔向料腔内注入液态发泡剂;
6)  等发泡剂在料腔内反应变成固态形状的发泡层,发泡层四周形成凹槽,凹槽能够有效把外板折边、隔热条和内板折边三者固定夹紧一起;
7)  产品成型从工装内取出产品。
所述的发泡机床包括发泡机床上模、发泡机床下模、发泡板和发泡限位工装,发泡板和发泡限位工装位于发泡机床上模和发泡机床下模之间,且发泡限位工装装在发泡板两端,所述的发泡限位工装包括限位主体和橡胶棒,限位主体上开有凹槽,橡胶棒装在凹槽里;所述的限位主体是铝合金材料;所述的限位主体是长方体形状;所述的凹槽是圆柱形状。
本发明的优点是设计简单巧妙,结构科学合理,通过本工艺形成固态发泡层外侧形成一个凹槽,凹槽能够有效的把外板折边、隔热条和内板折边夹紧,无需铆钉连接,能都有效阻断热传导,加工工艺简单完善,节省时间,减少了生产成本。

具体实施方式
    为了对本发明进一步的说明,下面结合说明书附图来介绍:
参照附图,一种无铆钉无冷桥保温板,它包括外板1、内板2、发泡层3,外板1和内板2内侧四周都装有折边4,外板折边4和内板折边4中间装有隔热条5,外板1和内板2中间形成料腔,内板折边4两侧装有注料孔6,料腔内装有发泡层3。
所述的折边4是向内折的倒“L”型折边。
所述的隔热条5上下两侧装有粘胶层7。
一种无铆钉无冷桥保温板生产工艺,具体在于以下步骤,
1)  把钣金折弯成盒装,把外板和内板的边折弯成折边形状且外板和内板是对称结构;
2)  对内板折边两侧位置分别进行钻孔,钻出注料孔;
3)  把隔热条放在外板折边和内板折边之间,通过隔热条两侧的粘胶层使外板折边、隔热条和内板折边三者粘结形成一体,三者内部构成料腔;
4)  把粘接好的外板、隔热层和内板放入发泡机床的发泡限位工装内,通过发泡机床的发泡限位工装的上模和下模限制外板和内板上下膨胀,通过发泡限位工装限制外板和内板左右移动;
5)  通过注料孔向料腔内注入液态发泡剂;
6)  等发泡剂在料腔内反应变成固态形状的发泡层,发泡层四周形成凹槽,凹槽能够有效把外板折边、隔热条和内板折边三者固定夹紧一起;
7)  产品成型从工装内取出产品。
所述的发泡机床包括发泡机床上模11、发泡机床下模12、发泡板13和发泡限位工装14,发泡板13和发泡限位工装14位于发泡机床上模11和发泡机床下模12之间,且发泡限位工装14装在发泡板13两端,所述的发泡限位工装14包括限位主体15和橡胶棒16,限位主体15上开有凹槽17,橡胶棒16装在凹槽17里。橡胶棒16的设计成功克服发泡板13向外的膨胀力,保证了发泡板13的形状。所述的限位主体15是铝合金材料。所述的限位主体15是长方体形状。所述的凹槽17是圆柱形状。

Claims (5)

1.一种无铆钉无冷桥保温板,其特征是它包括外板、内板、发泡层,外板和内板内侧四周都装有折边,外板折边和内板折边中间装有隔热条,外板和内板中间形成料腔,内板折边两侧装有注料孔,料腔内装有发泡层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无铆钉无冷桥保温板,其特征是所述的折边是向内折的倒“L”型折边。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无铆钉无冷桥保温板,其特征是所述的隔热条上下两侧装有粘胶层。
4.一种无铆钉无冷桥保温板生产工艺,其特征在于以下步骤,

5.根据权利要求4所述的一种无铆钉无冷桥保温板生产工艺,其特征是所述的发泡机床包括发泡机床上模、发泡机床下模、发泡板和发泡限位工装,发泡板和发泡限位工装位于发泡机床上模和发泡机床下模之间,且发泡限位工装装在发泡板两端,所述的发泡限位工装包括限位主体和橡胶棒,限位主体上开有凹槽,橡胶棒装在凹槽里;所述的限位主体是铝合金材料;所述的限位主体是长方体形状;所述的凹槽是圆柱形状。
