本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其是一种防治苔藓的地面涂料。其原料包括按重量份为:树脂35~45份,石墨烯2~4份,季铵盐10~20份、异噻唑啉酮10~20份,分散剂1~3份,流平剂1~2份,消泡剂0.5~2.5份,溶剂35~50份。在生产过程中树脂、50%的溶剂、石墨烯、分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂混合,搅拌均匀得到组分A,将季铵盐、异噻唑啉酮加入剩余50%的溶剂搅拌至均匀得到组分B,将组分A与组分B混合,搅拌均匀得到所述产品。产品具有良好的杀菌灭藓功能,能有效的除去施工表面的残留苔藓,并能有效的预防苔藓的生成,更耐擦洗、抗裂纹、附着力强。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其是一种防治苔藓的涂料。
背景技术
当空置较久的室内装修或室外装修及市政工程在进行涂料使用时,某些地方往往存在着苔藓,这对涂料使用有较大的影响,即使经过处理后仍有可能存在着一定的残留,对涂料效果可能会造成较大的影响。
发明内容
本发明针对上诉问题提出了一种防治苔藓的地面涂料,为了达到上诉目的,本发明采用以下技术方案。
一种防治苔藓的地面涂料其原料包括按重量份为:树脂35~45份,石墨烯2~4份,季铵盐10~20份、异噻唑啉酮10~20份,分散剂1~3份,流平剂1~2份,消泡剂0.5~2.5份,溶剂35~50份。
所述的一种防治苔藓的地面涂料的制作步骤为:树脂、50%的溶剂、石墨烯、分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂混合,搅拌均匀得到组分A,将季铵盐、异噻唑啉酮加入剩余50%的溶剂搅拌至均匀得到组分B,将组分A与组分B混合,搅拌均匀得到所述产品。
所述的涂料中还可以包含颜料,颜料在生产时加入A组分。
采用本发明制取的涂料较普通涂料而言具有良好的杀菌灭藓功能,能有效的除去施工表面的残留苔藓,并能有效的预防苔藓的生成,更耐擦洗、抗裂纹、附着力强。
具体实施方案
为进一步阐述本发明所达到的预定目的与技术手段及功效,以下结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1:一种防治苔藓的地面涂料其原料包括按重量份为:树脂45份,石墨烯4份,季铵盐15份、异噻唑啉酮20份,分散剂2份,流平剂2份,消泡剂2.5份,溶剂50份,钛白粉10份。生产时将树脂、25份的溶剂、钛白粉、石墨烯、分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂混合,搅拌均匀得到组分A,将季铵盐、异噻唑啉酮加入剩余25份的溶剂搅拌至均匀得到组分B,将组分A与组分B混合,搅拌均匀得到所述产品。产品具有良好的杀菌灭藓功能,能有效的除去施工表面的残留苔藓,并能有效的预防苔藓的生成,更耐擦洗、抗裂纹、附着力强。
实施例2:一种防治苔藓的地面涂料其原料包括按重量份为:树脂35份,石墨烯2份,季铵盐10份、异噻唑啉酮10份,分散剂2份,流平剂1份,消泡剂1份,溶剂40份。生产时将树脂、20份的溶剂、石墨烯、分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂混合,搅拌均匀得到组分A,将季铵盐、异噻唑啉酮加入剩余20份的溶剂搅拌至均匀得到组分B,将组分A与组分B混合,搅拌均匀得到所述产品。产品具有良好的杀菌灭藓功能,能有效的除去施工表面的残留苔藓,并能有效的预防苔藓的生成,更耐擦洗、抗裂纹、附着力强。
实施例3:一种防治苔藓的地面涂料其原料包括按重量份为:树脂38份,石墨烯3份,季铵盐15份、异噻唑啉酮15份,分散剂2份,流平剂1.6份,消泡剂1.5份,溶剂35份。生产时将树脂、17.5份的溶剂、石墨烯、分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂混合,搅拌均匀得到组分A,将季铵盐、异噻唑啉酮加入剩余17.5份的溶剂搅拌至均匀得到组分B,将组分A与组分B混合,搅拌均匀得到所述产品。产品具有良好的杀菌灭藓功能,能有效的除去施工表面的残留苔藓,并能有效的预防苔藓的生成,更耐擦洗、抗裂纹、附着力强。

1.一种防治苔藓的地面涂料,其特征在于,原料包括按重量份为:树脂35~45份,石墨烯2~4份,季铵盐10~20份、异噻唑啉酮10~20份,分散剂1~3份,流平剂1~2份,消泡剂0.5~2.5份,溶剂35~50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治苔藓的地面涂料,其特征在于,其生产步骤为:树脂、50%的溶剂、石墨烯、分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂混合,搅拌均匀得到组分A,将季铵盐、异噻唑啉酮加入剩余50%的溶剂搅拌至均匀得到组分B,将组分A与组分B混合,搅拌均匀得到所述产品。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种防治苔藓的地面涂料,其特征在于,所述的涂料中还可以包含颜料,颜料在生产时加入A组分进行生产。
