本发明设计涂料领域,尤其是一种外墙紫外固化涂料,使用原料按重量份计包括:聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂55~65份、石墨烯10~15份、二氧化钛3~6份、芳纶纤维10~15份、氧化钇5~10份、光引发剂3~5份、活性稀释剂7~12份、流平剂0.3~0.6份、防沉剂0.2~0.5份、消泡剂1~1.5份。本发明产品涂料用作外墙涂料具有耐高温、耐酸碱、抗老化、抗裂纹、抗菌性能好、耐候性等特点,并且能有效的反射紫外线与红外线,具有良好的隔热保温效果。

Description

一种外墙紫外固化涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其是一种外墙紫外固化涂料。
背景技术
UV固化型涂料具有防止污染及节能效果,涂饰的化学性、物理性优秀、有快速固化的特性,正在多个领域被广泛地采纳使用。广泛用于生产塑胶、真空电镀、PVC地板、荫罩板、汽车头灯、木地板、橱柜面板等。UV作为一种新的加工技术在澳大利亚获得商业化已经有25年以上的时间了,而且现在行情继续看好。该项技术正以每年接近10%的速度稳步发展,尤其是在表面涂料和相关工业方面。UV光固化涂料具有不含挥发性有机化合物(VOC),对环境污染小,固化速度快,节省能源、固化产物性能好、适合于高速自动化生产等优点。而传统涂料易挥发、固化速度慢,不利于环境保护。因此,UV涂料是传统涂料的主要替代品。
外墙涂料,是用于涂刷建筑外立墙面的,所以最重要的一项指标就是抗紫外线照射,要求达到长时间照射不变色。2013年以来节能环保的液态石水性涂料越来越受到人们关注。外墙涂料还要求有抗水性能,要求有自涤性。漆膜要硬而平整,脏污一冲就掉。外墙涂料能用于内墙涂刷使用是因为它也具有抗水性能;而内墙涂料却不具备抗晒功能,所以不能把内墙涂料当外墙涂料用。除此之外外墙涂料还需要具有良好的耐候性、耐沾污性、耐水性、耐霉变性等。现有的外墙涂料往往加入大量的填料来实现对各个功能的保障,尤其是大量的纳米空心微珠等,提升了外墙涂料成本,且并不能保障外墙涂料所需要的功能。
发明内容
针对上诉问题本发明提出一种外墙紫外固化涂料,减少各种填料的使用,并保障外墙涂料的功能。
为了达到上诉目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下。
一种外墙紫外固化涂料其原料按重量份计包括:聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂55~65份、石墨烯10~15份、二氧化钛3~6份、芳纶纤维10~15份、氧化钇5~10份、光引发剂3~5份、活性稀释剂7~12份、流平剂0.3~0.6份、防沉剂0.2~0.5份、消泡剂1~1.5份。
所述的涂料原料还含有抗结皮剂、稳定剂、增韧剂等其他助剂。
所述的流平剂为烷基改性有机硅氧烷流平剂、丙烯酸酯流平剂或聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷流平剂。
所述的光引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、二苯基-(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧磷、二苯甲酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯中的一种或几种。
所述的防沉剂为气相二氧化硅防沉剂或改性聚脲的N一甲基吡咯烷酮防沉剂。
使用本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.使用芳纶纤维,使产品具有超高强度、高模量和耐高温、耐酸耐碱、重量轻、绝缘、抗老化、生命周期长等优良性能;
2.加入石墨烯,涂料的附着力更加牢固,更具有超耐久性,使得涂料耐擦洗,抗裂纹,同时对损坏砂浆的大气侵蚀因素形成一道不可逾越的屏障,在极端条件下,依然可以发挥其优良的性能,不会产生龟裂,由于石墨烯为优良热导体,散射99%红外线和85%的紫外线,可以达成节能降耗、保温隔热的功能;
3.加入氧化钇,进一步提升了涂料对抗紫外照射的能力、保障了涂料的隔热功能;
4.加入二氧化钛,抗菌效果明显。
具体实施方案
为进一步阐述本发明所达到的预定目的与技术手段及功效,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1:一种外墙紫外固化涂料其原料按重量份计包括:聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂55份、石墨烯10份、二氧化钛3份、芳纶纤维10份、氧化钇5份、活性稀释剂7份、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯2份、烷基改性有机硅氧烷流平剂0.3份、气相二氧化硅防沉剂0.3份、消泡剂1份、增韧剂3份。产品涂料用作外墙涂料具有耐高温、耐酸碱、抗老化、抗裂纹、抗菌性能好、耐候性等特点,并且能有效的反射紫外线与红外线,具有良好的隔热保温效果。
实施例2:一种外墙紫外固化涂料其原料按重量份计包括:聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂65份、石墨烯15份、二氧化钛6份、芳纶纤维15份、氧化钇10份、活性稀释剂12份、1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮4份、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷流平剂0.6份、改性聚脲的N一甲基吡咯烷酮防沉剂0.5份、消泡剂1.5份、稳定剂2份、增韧剂3份。产品涂料用作外墙涂料具有耐高温、耐酸碱、抗老化、抗裂纹、抗菌性能好、耐候性等特点,并且能有效的反射紫外线与红外线,具有良好的隔热保温效果。
实施3:一种外墙紫外固化涂料其原料按重量份计包括:聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂60份、石墨烯12份、二氧化钛4份、芳纶纤维12份、氧化钇7份、活性稀释剂10份、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯2份、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮2份、丙烯酸酯流平剂0.5份、气相二氧化硅防沉剂0.3份、消泡剂1.2份、抗结皮剂1.5份、增韧剂2份、稳定剂2份。产品涂料用作外墙涂料具有耐高温、耐酸碱、抗老化、抗裂纹、抗菌性能好、耐候性等特点,并且能有效的反射紫外线与红外线,具有良好的隔热保温效果。
实施4:一种外墙紫外固化涂料其原料按重量份计包括:聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂6265份、石墨烯13份、二氧化钛5份、芳纶纤维14份、氧化钇8份、活性稀释剂9份、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯1份、二苯甲酮2份、润湿分散剂6份、丙烯酸酯流平剂0.5份、气相二氧化硅防沉剂0.3份、消泡剂1.4份、。产品涂料用作外墙涂料具有耐高温、耐酸碱、抗老化、抗裂纹、抗菌性能好、耐候性等特点,并且能有效的反射紫外线与红外线,具有良好的隔热保温效果。

1.一种外墙紫外固化涂料,其特征在于:其原料按重量份计包括:聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂55~65份、石墨烯10~15份、二氧化钛3~6份、芳纶纤维10~15份、氧化钇5~10份、光引发剂3~5份、活性稀释剂7~12份、流平剂0.3~0.6份、防沉剂0.2~0.5份、消泡剂1~1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙紫外固化涂料,其特征在于:涂料原料还含有抗结皮剂、稳定剂、增韧剂中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述,一种外墙紫外固化涂料,其特征在于:流平剂为烷基改性有机硅氧烷流平剂、丙烯酸酯流平剂或聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷流平剂。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述,一种外墙紫外固化涂料,其特征在于:光引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、二苯基-(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧磷、二苯甲酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述,一种外墙紫外固化涂料,其特征在于:防沉剂为气相二氧化硅防沉剂或改性聚脲的N一甲基吡咯烷酮防沉剂。
