Abstract
本发明涉及塑料制品的技术领域,具体地说是一种增强型塑料母粒。该塑料母粒所述各材料按以下重量百分比组成:滑石粉20-30%、硅灰石20-30%、三元共聚聚丙烯5-10%、无机颜料色粉1-10%、硬脂酸0.5-1%,硬脂酸钙0.5-1%,硅烷偶联剂1-2%、酯类抗氧剂1-2%。本发明的目的是在于提供一种性能理想、节能成本的增强型塑料母粒。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品的技术领域,具体地说是一种增强型塑料母粒。
背景技术
填充改性是聚合物改性的一个重要方面,一方面可以降低材料成本,另一方面还可能使材料的某些性能得到改善(如耐热性、尺寸稳定性等)。填充改性一般使用无机填料,主要有碳酸钙、滑石粉、硅灰石、硫酸钡等。而这些填料以粉末状形态存在,在称量、混合、造粒过程中容易产生大量的粉尘污染,恶化生产环境,对人体健康造成很大危害,而且会对加工设备造成一定程度的磨损。如果能将其变为像树脂一样的颗粒状,将从根本上解决这个问题。因此,采用树脂载体将高浓度的无机填料粘结包覆做成颗粒状的填料母粒吸引了人们的研究目光,并开发出了系列填料母粒产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种性能理想、节能成本的增强型塑料母粒。
本发明采用的技术方案是,一种增强型塑料母粒,所述各材料按以下重量百分比组成:滑石粉20-30%、硅灰石20-30%、三元共聚聚丙烯5-10%、无机颜料色粉1-10%、硬脂酸0.5-1%,硬脂酸钙0.5-1%,硅烷偶联剂1-2%、酯类抗氧剂1-2%。
本发明的优点是能降低能耗、节约成本,并可有效提高PP、PE、ABS、PA等注塑产品以及PP、PE、PVC管材、板材强度。

本发明结合以下实施例作进一步描述。
实施例1,一种增强型塑料母粒,所述各材料按以下重量百分比组成:滑石粉30%、硅灰石20%、三元共聚聚丙烯10%、无机颜料色粉1%、硬脂酸1%,硬脂酸钙0.5%,硅烷偶联剂2%、酯类抗氧剂1%。
实施例2,一种增强型塑料母粒,所述各材料按以下重量百分比组成:滑石粉30%、硅灰石30%、三元共聚聚丙烯5%、无机颜料色粉10%、硬脂酸0.5%,硬脂酸钙1%,硅烷偶联剂1%、酯类抗氧剂2%。
实施例3,一种增强型塑料母粒,所述各材料按以下重量百分比组成:滑石粉25%、硅灰石25%、三元共聚聚丙烯7%、无机颜料色粉6%、硬脂酸0.8%,硬脂酸钙0.7%,硅烷偶联剂1.5%、酯类抗氧剂1.5%。
