Abstract

本发明公开了一种碳纤维管,包括由内至外层层包裹的碳纤维模块层、玄武岩纤维模块层以及第八纤维布层,所述玄武岩纤维模块层包括至少两层玄武岩纤维布层,所述第八纤维布层的碳纤维丝束呈交错设置,形成交错网孔;通过上述的结构设置,提高了碳纤维管的成品率,提高了碳纤维管的强度,还使碳纤维管的外观纹路更加清晰、美观。

一种碳纤维管
技术领域
本发明涉碳纤维材料应用领域,尤其涉及一种碳纤维管。
背景技术
参照图1,现有的碳纤维管一般包括有八层,由内至外依次为碳纤维丝束呈0度的第一碳纤维布层101、呈45度的第二碳纤维布层102、呈135度的第三碳纤维布层103、呈90度的第四碳纤维布层104、呈0度的第五碳纤维布层105、呈90度的第六碳纤维布层106、呈45度的第七碳纤维布层107以及呈交错设置的第八碳纤维布层108。由于第八碳纤维布层108通过交错设置的碳纤维丝束形成网孔1081,使第七碳纤维布层107经网孔1081外露,则第七碳纤维布层107和第八碳纤维布层108呈现为碳纤维管的外观。
上述结构的碳纤维管在制备过程中,需要将层叠好的碳纤维布卷制于模具上,并通过包覆膜包覆,然后固化成型;而固化成型后的碳纤维管还需要经过研磨、裁切等工序才能成为成品。在此过程中,由于碳纤维布未固化时为软质状态,卷制时,容易造成各碳纤维布层之间结合不紧密,使碳纤维布上形成局部凸起;此时的碳纤维布经包覆膜包覆,容易在第七碳纤维布层和第八碳纤维布层上形成折痕,影响碳纤维管的性能及外观。
同时,由于碳纤维材料材质较硬,即使在包覆膜包覆的作用下,第七碳纤维布层也难以陷入第八碳纤维布层的网孔中,一方面导致第七碳纤维布层与第八碳纤维布层之间的结合程度较低,影响碳纤维管的强度;另一方面,参照图2,使第七碳纤维布层与第八碳纤维布层存在较大的高度差,导致在研磨的过程中,第七层碳纤维布层的折痕无法消除;如若强行消除第七层碳纤维布层的折痕,则会导致第八碳纤维布层大量的碳纤维丝束被磨断,破坏了碳纤维管的结构,造成碳纤维管报废。并且,由于第七碳纤维布层和第八碳纤维布层为同类型材料,其光泽度、颜色等均相同,导致碳纤维管的外观纹路模糊,影响碳纤维管的外观纹路呈现。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术问题,本发明的是提供一种碳纤维管。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种碳纤维管,包括由内至外层层包裹的碳纤维模块层、玄武岩纤维模块层以及第八纤维布层,所述玄武岩纤维模块层包括至少两层玄武岩纤维布层,所述第八纤维布层的碳纤维丝束呈交错设置,形成交错网孔。
所述玄武岩纤维布层的玄武岩纤维丝束呈平行设置。
所述玄武岩纤维布层的玄武岩纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈90度设置。
所述第八纤维布层的碳纤维丝束呈45度和135度交叉。
所述玄武岩纤维模块层包括两层玄武岩纤维布层,分别为第六玄武岩纤维布层和第七玄武岩纤维布层,所述碳纤维模块层包括五层碳纤维布层,分别为第一碳纤维布层、第二碳纤维布层、第三碳纤维布层、第四碳纤维布层和第五碳纤维布层,各所述碳纤维布层的碳纤维丝束呈平行设置。
所述第一碳纤维布层的碳纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈0度设置,所述第二碳纤维布层的碳纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈45度设置,所述第三碳纤维布层的碳纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈135度设置,所述第四碳纤维布层的碳纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈90度设置,所述第五碳纤维布层的碳纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈0度设置。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明由内至外层层包裹依次为碳纤维模块层、玄武岩纤维模块层以及第八纤维布层,则第八纤维布层紧贴于玄武岩纤维模块层中的玄武岩纤维布层,由于玄武岩纤维材料具有更佳的柔软性,即使在卷制过程中,碳纤维布上形成有局部凸起,在包覆膜的包覆作用下,紧贴于第八纤维布层的玄武岩纤维布层会陷入至第八纤维布层的交错网孔中,一方面将局部凸起分散于大量的交错网孔中,大大地降低了出现折痕的概率,提高了碳纤维管的成品率;另一方面提高了该玄武岩纤维布层与第八纤维布层的结合程度,从而增强了碳纤维管的强度;再一方面,即使该玄武岩纤维布层上出现了折痕,由于该玄武岩纤维布层已陷入至第八纤维布层的交错网孔中,减少了该玄武岩纤维布层与第八纤维布层之间的高度差,只需微量研磨即可将折痕消除,进一步提高了碳纤维管的成品率。并且,本发明的碳纤维管中还设置有至少两层的玄武岩纤维布层,在包覆膜的包覆作用下,其余的玄武岩纤维布层会推动紧贴于第八纤维布层的玄武岩纤维布层,使紧贴于第八纤维布层的玄武岩纤维布层能够充分地陷入至第八纤维布层的交错网孔中,增强结合程度以及减少出现折痕时的研磨量。同时,由于玄武岩纤维布层与第八纤维布层的光泽度、颜色等存在一定的差异,使碳纤维管的外观纹路更加清晰、美观。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述:
参照图3,一种碳纤维管,包括由内至外层层包裹的碳纤维模块层1、玄武岩纤维模块层2以及第八纤维布层3,所述玄武岩纤维模块层2包括至少两层玄武岩纤维布层,所述第八纤维布层3的碳纤维丝束呈交错设置,形成交错网孔31。
本发明由内至外层层包裹依次为碳纤维模块层、玄武岩纤维模块层以及第八纤维布层,则第八纤维布层紧贴于玄武岩纤维模块层中的第七玄武岩纤维布层,参照图4,由于玄武岩纤维材料具有更佳的柔软性,即使在卷制过程中,碳纤维布上形成有局部凸起,在包覆膜(OPP膜)的包覆作用下,第七玄武岩纤维布层会陷入至第八纤维布层的交错网孔中,一方面将局部凸起分散于大量的交错网孔中,大大地降低了出现折痕的概率,提高了碳纤维管的成品率;另一方面提高了第七玄武岩纤维布层与第八纤维布层的结合程度,从而增强了碳纤维管的强度;再一方面,即使第七玄武岩纤维布层上出现了折痕,由于第七玄武岩纤维布层已陷入至第八纤维布层的交错网孔中,减少了第七玄武岩纤维布层与第八纤维布层之间的高度差,只需微量研磨即可将折痕消除,进一步提高了碳纤维管的成品率。
并且,本发明的碳纤维管中还设置有至少两层的玄武岩纤维布层,在包覆膜的包覆作用下,第六玄武岩纤维布层会推动第七玄武岩纤维布层,使第七玄武岩纤维布层能够充分地陷入至第八纤维布层的交错网孔中,增强结合程度以及减少出现折痕时的研磨量。而玄武岩纤维布层的分层设置是为了使紧第七玄武岩纤维布层具有足够强度的同时,还具有足够的柔软度能够充分地陷入至第八纤维布层的交错网孔中。
同时,由于第七玄武岩纤维布层与第八纤维布层的光泽度、颜色等存在一定的差异,使碳纤维管的外观纹路更加清晰、美观。
玄武岩纤维布层的玄武岩纤维丝束的构造方式可以有多种,作为本发明的优选实施例,所述玄武岩纤维布层的玄武岩纤维丝束呈平行设置,使玄武岩纤维布层的结构更加简单,利于第七玄武岩纤维布层充分地陷入至第八纤维布层的交错网孔中。
进一步地,所述玄武岩纤维布层的玄武岩纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈90度设置。由于研磨方向一般为90度,将玄武岩纤维布层的玄武岩纤维丝束呈90度设置,与研磨方向一致,能够减少玄武岩纤维布层的研磨量,保护碳纤维管的结构不被破坏,提高成品率。
本实施例中,所述第八纤维布层3的碳纤维丝束呈45度和135度交叉,结构简单,使碳纤维管的外观纹路更加清晰、美观。
本实施例中,所述玄武岩纤维模块层2包括两层玄武岩纤维布层,分别为第六玄武岩纤维布层21和第七玄武岩纤维布层22,确保第六玄武岩纤维布层21能够推动第七玄武岩纤维布层22充分地陷入至第八纤维布层的交错网孔的同时,还确保本发明的碳纤维管具有足够的强度。
而且,碳纤维模块层1配合玄武岩纤维模块层2设置,所述碳纤维模块层1包括五层碳纤维布层,分别为第一碳纤维布层11、第二碳纤维布层12、第三碳纤维布层13、第四碳纤维布层14和第五碳纤维布层15,各所述碳纤维布层的碳纤维丝束呈平行设置。
具体地,所述第一碳纤维布层11的碳纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈0度设置,所述第二碳纤维布层12的碳纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈45度设置,所述第三碳纤维布层13的碳纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈135度设置,所述第四碳纤维布层14的碳纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈90度设置,所述第五碳纤维布层15的碳纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈0度设置,所述第六玄武岩纤维布层21的玄武岩纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈90度设置,所述第七玄武岩纤维布层21的玄武岩纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈90度设置,所述第八纤维布层3的碳纤维丝束呈45度和135度交错设置。

1.一种碳纤维管,其特征在于,包括由内至外层层包裹的碳纤维模块层(1)、玄武岩纤维模块层(2)以及第八纤维布层(3),所述玄武岩纤维模块层(2)包括至少两层玄武岩纤维布层,所述第八纤维布层(3)的碳纤维丝束呈交错设置,形成交错网孔(31)。
2.如权利要求1所述的碳纤维管,其特征在于,所述玄武岩纤维布层的玄武岩纤维丝束呈平行设置。
3.如权利要求2所述的碳纤维管,其特征在于,所述玄武岩纤维布层的玄武岩纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈90度设置。
4.如权利要求1所述的碳纤维管,其特征在于,所述第八纤维布层(3)的碳纤维丝束呈45度和135度交叉。
5.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的碳纤维管,其特征在于,所述玄武岩纤维模块层(2)包括两层玄武岩纤维布层,分别为第六玄武岩纤维布层(21)和第七玄武岩纤维布层(22),所述碳纤维模块层(1)包括五层碳纤维布层,分别为第一碳纤维布层(11)、第二碳纤维布层(12)、第三碳纤维布层(13)、第四碳纤维布层(14)和第五碳纤维布层(15),各所述碳纤维布层的碳纤维丝束呈平行设置。
6.如权利要求5所述的碳纤维管,其特征在于,所述第一碳纤维布层(11)的碳纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈0度设置,所述第二碳纤维布层(12)的碳纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈45度设置,所述第三碳纤维布层(13)的碳纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈135度设置,所述第四碳纤维布层(14)的碳纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈90度设置,所述第五碳纤维布层(15)的碳纤维丝束与碳纤维管的纵轴呈0度设置。
