Abstract

本发明公开了一种圆周回转出水装置，其包括主体、上盖、下盖、出水组件和回转摆件，所述进水腔内设有叶轮、减速双联齿轮和输出齿轮，所述输出齿轮的轴心部设有与其同步转动的第一转动轴，所述第一转动轴由进水腔延伸出下盖，并与回转摆件的一端固定连接；所述回转摆件的另一端与出水座的上端面转动连接，回转摆件在输出齿轮的驱动下带动出水组件做回转运动。本发明结构简单，使用方便，能够给使用者带来轻松、畅快的淋浴感受。

一种圆周回转出水装置
技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴技术领域，尤其涉及一种圆周回转出水装置。
背景技术
目前花洒已经广泛应用于日常生活中，一般包括顶部固定花洒（俗称莲蓬头）和手持花洒，随着人们对生活质量的提高，人们对花洒的出水功能要求也越来越多，市场上出现了多功能花洒。然而，花洒的功能水花越多，对花洒结构的要求也越高。但是现有的花洒其出水口的方向都是固定的，出水方式呆板，功能单一，无法达到按摩的功能。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种使用方便，能够达到按摩效果的圆周回转出水装置。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种圆周回转出水装置，其包括主体、上盖、下盖、出水组件和回转摆件，所述上盖和下盖分别盖合在主体的上端面和下端面，且内部形成进水腔，所述主体上设有进水口，该进水口与进水腔连通，
所述进水腔内设有叶轮、减速双联齿轮和输出齿轮，所述叶轮的一轴向端面上设有与其同步转动的主动齿轮，主动齿轮与减速双联齿轮的大齿轮啮合连接，减速双联齿轮的小齿轮与输出齿轮啮合连接，所述输出齿轮的轴心部设有与其同步转动的第一转动轴，所述第一转动轴由进水腔延伸出下盖，并与回转摆件的一端固定连接；
所述出水组件包括出水座和出水嘴，所述出水嘴盖合在出水座上，且内部形成出水腔，所述出水座上端面的中部设有圆柱形的凸台，该凸台穿过下盖并延伸入进水腔内，所述凸台的轴心部设有贯通其两端的进水通道，所述进水通道的轴心部设有第二转动轴，第二转动轴的外圆柱壁和进水通道的内壁之间通过圆周方向间隔设置的筋板连接形成一体，所第二转动轴的上端穿过下盖并与主体转动连接；
所述回转摆件的另一端与出水座的上端面转动连接，回转摆件在输出齿轮的驱动下带动出水组件做回转运动。
所述回转摆件包括旋转臂和连杆，所述旋转臂的一端与第一转动轴固定连接，所述旋转臂的另一端与连杆的一端转动连接，连杆的另一端与水座的上端面转动连接。
所述下盖上对应第一转动轴处设有第一密封凹槽，该第一密封凹槽内设有第一密封圈，且第一密封圈套设在第一转动轴上。
所述下盖上对应第二转动轴处设有第二密封凹槽，该第二密封凹槽内设有第二密封圈，且第二密封圈套设在第二转动轴上。
所述出水组件还包括盖合在出水嘴下端面的出水面板。
本发明采用以上技术方案，水通过主体的进水口进入进水腔内，在水压及水速的推动下使叶轮高速旋转，叶轮通过主动齿轮带动减速双联齿轮旋转，再进而带动输出齿轮旋转，输出齿轮再带动回转摆件旋转，从而带动出水组件旋转，因而实现出水组件的圆周回转出水，达到动态的按摩效果。本发明结构简单，使用方便，能够给使用者带来轻松、畅快的淋浴感受。

具体实施方式
如图1或图2所示，本发明包括主体1、上盖2、下盖3、出水组件4和回转摆件5，所述上盖2和下盖3分别盖合在主体1的上端面和下端面，且内部形成进水腔，所述主体1上设有进水口11，该进水口11与进水腔连通，
所述进水腔内设有叶轮6、减速双联齿轮7和输出齿轮8，所述叶轮6的一轴向端面上设有与其同步转动的主动齿轮61，主动齿轮61与减速双联齿轮7的大齿轮啮合连接，减速双联齿轮7的小齿轮与输出齿轮8啮合连接，所述输出齿轮8的轴心部设有与其同步转动的第一转动轴81，所述第一转动轴81由进水腔延伸出下盖3，并与回转摆件5的一端固定连接；
所述出水组件4包括出水座41和出水嘴42，所述出水嘴42盖合在出水座41上，且内部形成出水腔，所述出水座41上端面的中部设有圆柱形的凸台411，该凸台411穿过下盖3并延伸入进水腔内，所述凸台411的轴心部设有贯通其两端的进水通道412，所述进水通道412的轴心部设有第二转动轴413，第二转动轴413的外圆柱壁和进水通道412的内壁之间通过圆周方向间隔设置的筋板414连接形成一体，所第二转动轴413的上端穿过下盖3并与主体1转动连接；
所述回转摆件5的另一端与出水座41的上端面转动连接，回转摆件5在输出齿轮8的驱动下带动出水组件4做回转运动。
所述回转摆件5包括旋转臂51和连杆52，所述旋转臂51的一端与第一转动轴81固定连接，所述旋转臂51的另一端与连杆52的一端转动连接，连杆52的另一端与水座的上端面转动连接。
所述下盖3上对应第一转动轴81处设有第一密封凹槽9，该第一密封凹槽9内设有第一密封圈，且第一密封圈套设在第一转动轴81上。
所述下盖3上对应第二转动轴413处设有第二密封凹槽，该第二密封凹槽内设有第二密封圈10，且第二密封圈10套设在第二转动轴413上。
所述出水组件4还包括盖合在出水嘴42下端面的出水面板43。
本发明的工作原理：水通过主体1的进水口11进入进水腔内，在水压及水速的推动下使叶轮6高速旋转，叶轮6通过主动齿轮61带动减速双联齿轮7旋转，再进而带动输出齿轮8旋转，输出齿轮8再带动回转摆件5旋转，从而带动出水组件4旋转，因而实现出水组件4的圆周回转出水，达到动态的按摩效果。本发明结构简单，使用方便，能够给使用者带来轻松、畅快的淋浴感受。

Claims (5)

1.一种圆周回转出水装置，其特征在于：其包括主体、上盖、下盖、出水组件和回转摆件，所述上盖和下盖分别盖合在主体的上端面和下端面，且内部形成进水腔，所述主体上设有进水口，该进水口与进水腔连通，
所述进水腔内设有叶轮、减速双联齿轮和输出齿轮，所述叶轮的一轴向端面上设有与其同步转动的主动齿轮，主动齿轮与减速双联齿轮的大齿轮啮合连接，减速双联齿轮的小齿轮与输出齿轮啮合连接，所述输出齿轮的轴心部设有与其同步转动的第一转动轴，所述第一转动轴由进水腔延伸出下盖，并与回转摆件的一端固定连接；
所述出水组件包括出水座和出水嘴，所述出水嘴盖合在出水座上，且内部形成出水腔，所述出水座上端面的中部设有圆柱形的凸台，该凸台穿过下盖并延伸入进水腔内，所述凸台的轴心部设有贯通其两端的进水通道，所述进水通道的轴心部设有第二转动轴，第二转动轴的外圆柱壁和进水通道的内壁之间通过圆周方向间隔设置的筋板连接形成一体，所第二转动轴的上端穿过下盖并与主体转动连接；
所述回转摆件的另一端与出水座的上端面转动连接，回转摆件在输出齿轮的驱动下带动出水组件做回转运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆周回转出水装置，其特征在于：所述回转摆件包括旋转臂和连杆，所述旋转臂的一端与第一转动轴固定连接，所述旋转臂的另一端与连杆的一端转动连接，连杆的另一端与水座的上端面转动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆周回转出水装置，其特征在于：所述下盖上对应第一转动轴处设有第一密封凹槽，该第一密封凹槽内设有第一密封圈，且第一密封圈套设在第一转动轴上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种圆周回转出水装置，其特征在于：所述下盖上对应第二转动轴处设有第二密封凹槽，该第二密封凹槽内设有第二密封圈，且第二密封圈套设在第二转动轴上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆周回转出水装置，其特征在于：所述出水组件还包括盖合在出水嘴下端面的出水面板。
