背景技术
患有颈椎病的人越来越多。但是人为什么会患颈椎病，我认为还是人头的位置不正造成的。而造成位置不正最根本的原因还是人体的结构特征（人体有中轴线，即脊柱颈椎一线）和生活习惯的不匹配所造成的，具体表现在：人头的重心大多时间都是偏离人体的中轴线的，并且人头前倾的时间居多，因此，颈椎向前变形的状况也更加严重，所以，颈椎病大都是由上述原因引起的。用于恢复颈椎自然曲线的颈椎枕，就是一个很好的事实说明。
发明内容
本申请的目的是要提供一种简便式头部平衡器的组成和使用方法，用它平衡人头前倾所引起的颈椎变形，以便及时纠正人头习惯前倾的不良习惯。该平衡器由提包和配重物组成。提包的选用形状为扁平的提包。提包的包带的长度要求能够满足人们将包带套在头上后提包处在肩至腰部之间的位置。提包的包带选用扁平的柔性包带，以此达到柔和、透气、带着感觉舒服的要求，如无纺布袋就是优选之一。在提包内放置配重物，配重物选用柔软的物体，配重物的重量根据个人的需要确定，以感觉带着舒服而又有效为最佳重量。
