Currently, a user generally logs in a website of an operator, dials a hotline, sends a short message, and so on to query, and the queried traffic information generally includes: total flow, used flow, remaining flow. The user sees how many M remain, often little feeling, and does not know that these remaining traffic can also send several microblogs, download several software, watch several videos, read several books, etc.

According to the embodiment, various internet surfing behaviors which can be supported by the current residual flow of the mobile user can be reminded to the user according to the flow proportion condition of various mobile phone internet surfing behaviors of the mobile user in the last month, so that the user experience is improved, the psychological burden of the mobile user on internet by using the mobile phone is relieved, the mobile user can reasonably utilize the mobile phone flow, the mobile user internet surfing behavior habit is developed, and the mobile phone internet surfing flow is promoted to be promoted.
