For example, when the user is at home, the mobile terminal 10 may establish a connection with the indoor extension 3012 through a wifi signal, so that the security monitoring module 106 of the mobile terminal 10 may set related parameters of the security monitoring device 303, and similarly, when the monitoring module 3014 monitors a dangerous situation, the monitoring data (such as a picture) is sent to the mobile terminal 10 through the wifi signal, and after receiving the monitoring data, the security monitoring module 106 of the mobile terminal 10 parses the monitoring data, and notifies the user in a form of light flashing or alarm sound.
For example, when the user goes out, the indoor extension 3012 may send the obtained monitoring data information, such as a monitoring screen, to the mobile terminal 10 of the user through the third party platform 40, and similarly, the user may also establish a connection with the indoor extension 3012 through the third party platform 40 by using the security monitoring module 106 of the mobile terminal 10, so as to obtain the monitoring condition of the security monitoring device 303.
In this embodiment, in view of the convenience of disposing the indoor extension 3012 in the room of the user, and at the same time, the indoor extension 3012 can be connected to the third party platform 40, so that the indoor extension 3012 can be integrated with more hardware to support more service functions. For example, the security device in the user room can be managed and controlled. Meanwhile, since the third party platform 40 can be externally connected, when the user is not at home, the security monitoring device 303 can be remotely monitored and related parameters of the security monitoring device 303 can be remotely set and controlled through the security monitoring module 106 on the mobile terminal 10 in a mobile communication signal connection mode through the third party platform 40.
Further, referring to fig. 7-10, fig. 7 is a first exemplary diagram of interaction between a mobile terminal and a community server; FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating a second example of interaction between a mobile terminal and a community server; FIG. 9 is a third exemplary diagram of interaction between a mobile terminal and a community server; fig. 10 is a diagram illustrating a fourth example of interaction between a mobile terminal and a community server. The community server 304 includes many terminals with community service functions, and for convenience of illustration, in this embodiment, the community server 304 preferably includes an e-commerce server 3041.
The e-commerce server 3041 is applicable to a community store, and is used to implement online commodity transactions, group purchases, and the like between users and merchants. The e-commerce server 3041 is preferably a seller mobile terminal 10. The following description specifically illustrates the e-commerce service 3041 as the mobile terminal 10 of the seller.
Optionally, the buyer mobile terminal 10 may browse online commodities in the community store through the community service module 107, then place an order after selecting the commodities, at this time, commodity order information or commodity group purchase information may be directly sent to the seller's indoor extension 3012 through the buyer's indoor extension 3012 in a wifi signal form, and finally enter the community service module 107 corresponding to the seller mobile terminal 10;
optionally, the commodity order information or the commodity group purchase information may also be sent to the indoor extension 3012 through the third party platform 40 in a mobile communication signal (e.g., GSM) form, and forwarded to the seller mobile terminal 10;
optionally, the commodity order information or the commodity group purchase information may also be directly issued to the seller mobile terminal 10 in a mobile communication signal (e.g., GSM) form;
alternatively, the user and the shop may directly place an order by performing audio-video communication via the respective indoor units 3012. In addition, the seller may also publish commodity information, such as group purchase information, to the buyer through the community service module 107 on the mobile terminal 10.
Further, referring to fig. 11-12, fig. 11 is a first exemplary diagram of interaction between a mobile terminal and a property server; fig. 12 is a diagram illustrating a second example of interaction between a mobile terminal and a property server. The property service end 305 includes many property service function terminals, and for convenience of illustration, in this embodiment, the property service end 305 preferably includes: a bill issuing service module 3051, a payment service module 3052 and an express receiving and dispatching management service module 3053.
For example, the bill issuing service module 3051 is configured to forward the property bill of the user, such as the utility bill, the property bill, and the like, to the mobile terminal 10 through the third party platform 40 in an electronic format; for another example, the bill issuing service module 3051 may issue the property bill of the user to the mobile terminal 10 of the user through the indoor extension 3012, so as to notify the user more conveniently and effectively.
In addition, the user can also use the property service module 108 of the mobile terminal 10 to log in the networking control system through the indoor extension 3012 to check the personal property bill, and meanwhile, the mobile terminal 10 can also directly interface with the payment service module 3052 through the property service module 108, and can realize the online payment of the property bill cost through the third-party platform 40. To illustrate, the payment service module 3052 can interface with the external third party platform 40 via the wide area internet to support and effect transfer payment of the user property charges. When the user is at home, the user can also connect with the property server 305 in the form of wifi connection indoor extension 3012 and forward the service request (such as checking bills, paying property fees, checking express receiving and sending information) to the corresponding function module of the property server 305 for processing.
The existing property expense payment is generally carried out by binding a bank card instead of a buckle, but in such a mode, a user cannot clearly know the bill condition of the user; or cash is paid directly, which is troublesome and cannot be realized if the user goes on a business trip. In this embodiment, the property service terminal 305 may forward the property bill of the user to the mobile terminal 10 of the user through the third party platform 40 or the indoor extension 3012, and meanwhile, the user may also check the personal property bill and perform self-service payment in the property service module 108 of the mobile terminal 10, so as to provide more convenience for the user and improve user experience.
The express delivery receiving and dispatching management service module 3053 is applicable to a community receiving and dispatching room, and is used for receiving and dispatching the express delivery of the user and feeding back the result to the user. When the user's express delivery arrives or is sent out, the express delivery receiving and sending management service module 3053 feeds back the receiving and sending result information of the express delivery to the property service module 108 on the user mobile terminal 10 through the third party platform 40 or the indoor extension 3012, and reminds the user of the result in the form of information or voice. For example, when a user needs to send and receive an express, the user only needs to inform the networking control system account or the mobile phone number corresponding to the send-receive room staff, and when the express is sent out or signed, the send-receive room staff can send relevant information for confirming sending out or signing out to the system account or the mobile phone of the user through the express sending-receiving management service module 3053.

Claims (11)

1. A networking control method based on a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a mobile terminal obtains processing information of a networking object selected by a user on an operation interface of the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal sends a service request to the transfer equipment according to the processing information of the networking object selected by the user;
when the service request is a control request, the transfer equipment controls the networking object to operate according to the control parameters corresponding to the control request;
when the service request is a service request, the transfer device forwards the service request to the networking object for processing and returns a service processing result to the mobile terminal.
2. The networking control method according to claim 1, wherein the networking object is an intelligent home device, and the service request is a control request; the control request comprises control parameters of the intelligent home equipment, and the step of controlling the networking object to operate according to the control parameters corresponding to the control request by the transfer equipment comprises the following steps:
and the transfer equipment controls the intelligent household equipment to operate according to the control parameters of the intelligent household equipment sent by the mobile terminal.
3. The networking control method according to claim 1, wherein the networking object is a security monitoring device, and the service request is a control request and/or a service request; the control request comprises control parameters of the security monitoring equipment, and/or the service request comprises monitoring state information;
the step of the transit device controlling the operation of the networking object according to the control parameters corresponding to the control request comprises the following steps: the transfer equipment controls the security monitoring equipment to operate according to the control parameters of the security monitoring equipment sent by the mobile terminal; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the forwarding device forwards the service request to the networking object for processing and returns a service processing result to the mobile terminal, and the forwarding device comprises: the transfer equipment sends an instruction for acquiring monitoring state information to the security monitoring equipment and returns the monitoring state information of the security monitoring equipment to the mobile terminal.
4. The networking control method according to claim 1, wherein the networking object is an e-commerce server, and the service request is a service request; the service request comprises commodity order information and/or commodity group purchase information, the transfer equipment forwards the service request to the networking object for processing and returns a service processing result to the mobile terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
and the transfer equipment transfers the commodity order information and/or the commodity group purchase information to an electronic commerce server for processing and returns a processing result to the mobile terminal.

The networking control method according to claim 1, wherein the networking object is a property service end, and the service request is a service request; the service request comprises property expense settlement information and/or express delivery request receiving and sending information, the transfer device transfers the service request to the networking object for processing and returns a service processing result to the mobile terminal, and the transfer device comprises:
the transfer equipment forwards the property expense settlement information to the property server for processing and returns a processing result to the mobile terminal; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the transfer equipment forwards the express delivery request receiving and sending information to the property service terminal for processing, and returns a processing result to the mobile terminal.
6. A networking control system, the networking control system comprising: the system comprises a mobile terminal, a transfer device and a plurality of networking objects; wherein,
the mobile terminal is used for acquiring processing information of the networking object selected by the user on the mobile terminal operation interface and sending a control request and/or a service request to the transfer equipment according to the processing information;
the transfer device is used for controlling the networking object to operate according to the control parameters corresponding to the control request, and/or forwarding the service request to the networking object for processing and returning a service processing result to the mobile terminal;
the networking object is used for processing a control request and/or a service request sent by the mobile terminal to the transfer device.
7. The networking control system of claim 6, wherein the networking object is a smart home device, and the service request is a control request; the control request comprises control parameters of the intelligent household equipment, and the transfer equipment is further used for:
and controlling the intelligent household equipment to operate according to the control parameters of the intelligent household equipment sent by the mobile terminal.

The networking control system of claim 6, wherein the networking object is a security monitoring device, and the service request is a control request and/or a service request; the control request comprises control parameters of the security monitoring equipment, and/or the service request comprises monitoring state information;
the transfer device is further configured to: controlling the intelligent household equipment to operate according to the control parameters of the intelligent household equipment sent by the mobile terminal; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the transfer device is further configured to: and sending an instruction for acquiring monitoring state information to the security monitoring equipment and returning the monitoring state information of the security monitoring equipment to the mobile terminal.
9. The networking control system of claim 6 wherein said networking object is an e-commerce server and said service request is a service request; the service request comprises commodity order information and/or commodity group purchase information, and the transfer equipment is further used for:
and forwarding the commodity order information and/or the commodity group purchase information to an electronic commerce server for processing, and returning a processing result to the mobile terminal.
10. The networking control system of claim 6, wherein the networking object is a property service, and the service request is a service request; the service request comprises property expense settlement information and/or express delivery request receiving and sending information;
the transfer device is further configured to: forwarding the property expense settlement information to the property server for processing, and returning a processing result to the mobile terminal; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the transfer equipment forwards the express delivery request receiving and sending information to the property service terminal for processing, and returns a processing result to the mobile terminal.
11. The networking control system according to any one of claims 6-10, wherein the communication mode of the mobile terminal includes UDP, TCP/IP, HTTP, Zigbee, wifi, bluetooth, mobile communication network, and the mobile terminal can select a corresponding communication mode according to the current environment where the mobile terminal is located;
the networking control system also comprises a third-party platform, wherein the third-party platform is used for supporting the settlement of property expenses between the mobile terminal and the property service terminal; or the third-party platform is used for forwarding the control request and/or the service request sent by the mobile terminal to the transit equipment or the networking object through the mobile communication network.
