Abstract
The invention provides a sealing structure for sealing a cavity with an irregular end face, which comprises a first sealing part and a second sealing part, wherein the outline of the first sealing part and the outline of the second sealing part are matched with the outline of the end face of the cavity; the first sealing part and the second sealing part are sequentially arranged at a first preset position and a second preset position in the cavity, so that an inner space limited by the first sealing part, the second sealing part and the cavity is formed; and the inner space is filled with adhesive, and the first sealing part, the second sealing part and the cavity are bonded with each other through the adhesive, so that the cavity is sealed. The invention also provides a sealing method for sealing the cavity with the irregular end surface, and the cavity with the irregular end surface can be sealed by the sealing structure and the sealing method, so that the end surface of the cavity can reach the required IP protection grade through the sealing structure. The invention also provides a lighting lamp with the sealing structure.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sealing structure for sealing a cavity with an irregular end face, a lighting lamp with the sealing structure and a sealing method.
Background
The sealing structure is a common structure in the mechanism design, when the end face of a cavity needing to be sealed is more regular, the sealing ring is extruded, and the sealing effect is achieved by controlling the plastic deformation of the sealing ring.
However, sealing by means of a sealing ring alone is often less than desirable when sealing irregular end surfaces. Therefore, how to provide a sealing structure for sealing an irregular end surface, a lighting fixture with the sealing structure and a sealing method becomes an urgent problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the technical defects, the invention aims to provide a sealing structure for sealing a cavity with an irregular end face, a lighting lamp with the sealing structure and a sealing method.
The invention discloses a sealing structure for sealing a cavity with an irregular end face, which comprises a first sealing part and a second sealing part, wherein the outline of the first sealing part and the outline of the second sealing part are matched with the outline of the end face of the cavity; the first sealing part and the second sealing part are sequentially arranged at a first preset position and a second preset position in the cavity, so that an inner space defined by the first sealing part, the second sealing part and the cavity is formed; and the inner space is filled with an adhesive, and the first sealing part, the second sealing part and the cavity are bonded to each other by the adhesive, thereby sealing the cavity.
Preferably, the cavity is integrally formed or consists of a receiving part and a cover plate.
Preferably, the second sealing part has a vent hole.
Preferably, the sealing portion is a gasket.
Preferably, the adhesive is silicone.
Preferably, the cavity is an electrical box or a lamp body.
Preferably, the second sealing portion has a grip portion.
Preferably, an end surface of the cavity has a protruding portion and a recessed portion, and the first and second seal portions have a recessed portion corresponding to the protruding portion of the end surface and a protruding portion corresponding to the recessed portion of the end surface, so that the first and second seal portions are engaged with the cavity.
The invention also discloses an illuminating lamp which comprises a lamp body, wherein the lamp body of the illuminating lamp is provided with the sealing structure.
Preferably, the lighting fixture is a linear lamp, and the lamp body is elongated.
The invention also discloses a sealing method for sealing a cavity with an irregular end surface, wherein the cavity with the irregular end surface is sealed by a sealing structure consisting of a first sealing part and a second sealing part, the outline of the first sealing part and the outline of the second sealing part are matched with the outline of the end surface of the cavity, the second sealing part is provided with a vent hole, and the sealing method comprises the following steps:
pushing the first sealing part into a preset position of the end face of the cavity to be sealed;
injecting adhesive along the joint line of the first sealing part and the end face of the cavity;
thirdly, the second sealing part is pushed in again, under the extrusion action of the second sealing part, air in the internal space defined by the first sealing part, the second sealing part and the cavity is discharged through the air holes of the second sealing part, the internal space is reduced, and the adhesive flows in the internal space; and
and fourthly, the adhesive fills the inner space and finally overflows from the air holes, and sealing is finished.
After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the method has the following beneficial effects:
1. by the sealing structure and the sealing method according to the preferred embodiment of the invention, the cavity with irregular end faces can be sealed, so that the end faces of the cavity can reach the required IP protection grade through the sealing structure.
2. The sealing structure according to the preferred embodiment of the invention has simple structure, simple and convenient operation of the sealing method and good sealing effect.
3. The sealing structure according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention can be widely applied to various lighting fixtures such as a floodlight, a wall washer, and the like.

Detailed Description
The advantages of the invention are further illustrated in the following description of specific embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a cavity 1 with an irregular end surface 11, and the cavity 1 may be integrally formed, or may be composed of a receiving portion 12 and a cover plate 13 as shown in fig. 1, and the cavity 1 is, for example, an electrical box or a lamp body. For the electrical box, the cover plate 13 is an upper cover body, and for the lamp body, the cover plate 13 is a glass cover plate. Specifically, the cavity 1 is a hollow object, and the end surface 11 thereof has a complicated shape and is not a regular geometric figure (for example, a rectangle, a square, a circle, etc.). When the end face 11 of the cavity 1 needs to be sealed, the traditional extrusion sealing ring is adopted, and the effect of sealing by controlling the plastic deformation of the sealing ring is not ideal.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the invention discloses a sealing structure for sealing a cavity 1 with an irregular end surface 11, which comprises a first sealing part 2 and a second sealing part 3, wherein the outline of the first sealing part 2 and the outline of the second sealing part 3 are matched with the outline of the end surface 11 of the cavity 1, and preferably, the first sealing part 2 and the second sealing part 3 are gaskets. The first and second sealing parts 2 and 3 are sequentially disposed at first and second predetermined positions within the chamber 1, thereby forming an inner space defined by the first and second sealing parts 2 and 3 and the chamber 1. As shown in fig. 3, the inner space is filled with an adhesive 4, the adhesive 4 is preferably silica gel, and the first sealing part 2, the second sealing part 3 and the cavity 1 are bonded to each other by the adhesive 4, so as to seal the cavity 1, isolate the inside of the cavity 1 from the outside, perform the functions of water resistance, moisture resistance and the like, and achieve the required IP protection level.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the second sealing part 3 has a vent hole 31, and the vent hole 31 is preferably provided at a position near the upper edge in the middle of the second sealing part 3, through which the air and the adhesive 4 in the inner space are overflowed.
Preferably, the second sealing portion 3 has a holding portion 32 for facilitating the holding operation of the second sealing portion 3 to apply a pressing force in a direction perpendicular to the second sealing portion 3.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the end face 11 of the cavity 1 has a protruding portion and a recessed portion, and the first sealing portion 2 and the second sealing portion 3 have a recessed portion corresponding to the protruding portion of the end face 11 and a protruding portion corresponding to the recessed portion of the end face 11, respectively, so that when the first sealing portion 2 and the second sealing portion 3 are pushed into the cavity 1 along the longitudinal direction of the cavity 1, the first sealing portion 2 and the second sealing portion 3 are engaged with the cavity 1 and positioned.
The invention also discloses a lighting lamp which comprises a lamp body, wherein the lamp body is provided with the sealing structure according to the preferred embodiment of the invention.
Preferably, the lighting fixture is a linear lamp such as a spot light, a wall washer, or the like, and the lamp body is elongated.
The invention also discloses a sealing method for sealing the cavity 1 with the irregular end surface 11 by adopting the sealing structure according to the preferred embodiment of the invention, which comprises the following steps:
pushing a first sealing part 2 into a preset position of an end face 11 of a cavity 1 to be sealed;
injecting an adhesive 4 along a joint line of the first sealing part 2 and the end surface 11 of the cavity 1;
thirdly, the second sealing part 3 is pushed in again, under the extrusion action of the second sealing part 3, air in an internal space formed by the first sealing part 2, the second sealing part 3 and the cavity 1 is exhausted through the air vent 31 of the second sealing part 3, the internal space is reduced, and the adhesive 4 flows in the internal space; and
and fourthly, the adhesive 4 is filled in the whole inner space and finally overflows from the air vent 31, and sealing is finished.
It should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention have been described in terms of preferred embodiments, and not by way of limitation, and that those skilled in the art can make modifications and variations of the embodiments described above without departing from the spirit of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A sealing method for sealing a cavity with an irregular end face, which is characterized in that the cavity with the irregular end face is sealed by a sealing structure consisting of a first sealing part and a second sealing part, wherein the outline of the first sealing part and the outline of the second sealing part are matched with the outline of the end face of the cavity, the second sealing part is provided with a vent hole, and the method comprises the following steps:
pushing the first sealing part into a first preset position of the end face of the cavity to be sealed;
injecting adhesive along the joint line of the first sealing part and the end face of the cavity;
thirdly, the second sealing part is pushed in again, under the extrusion action of the second sealing part, air in the internal space defined by the first sealing part, the second sealing part and the cavity is discharged through the air holes of the second sealing part, the internal space is reduced, and the adhesive flows in the internal space; and
and fourthly, the adhesive fills the inner space and finally overflows from the air holes, sealing is completed, the second sealing part is located at a second preset position, and the first preset position and the second preset position are both arranged in the cavity.
2. A sealing method for sealing a cavity having an irregular end surface as defined in claim 1, wherein the completion of the sealing until the adhesive fills the inner space and eventually overflows the vent hole comprises:
and when the adhesive fills the inner space and finally overflows from the air holes, the first sealing part, the second sealing part and the cavity are bonded with each other through the adhesive, and sealing is completed, so that the inside of the cavity is isolated from the outside.
3. A sealing method for sealing a cavity with an irregular end face as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cavity is integrally formed or consists of a receiving part and a cover plate.
4. A sealing method for sealing a cavity having an irregular end surface as set forth in claim 1, wherein the ventilation hole is provided in the middle of the second sealing portion near the upper edge.
5. A sealing method for sealing a cavity having an irregular end face as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first and second sealing portions are gaskets.
6. A sealing method for sealing a cavity having an irregular end face as in claim 1, wherein the adhesive is silicone.
7. A sealing method for sealing cavities with irregular end faces as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cavity is an electrical box or a lamp body.
8. A sealing method for sealing a cavity having an irregular end face as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cover plate is an upper cover plate when the cavity is an electrical box, and the cover plate is a glass cover plate when the cavity is a lamp body.
9. A sealing method for sealing a cavity having an irregular end face as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second sealing portion has a gripping portion.
10. A sealing method for sealing a cavity having an irregular end face as claimed in claim 1, wherein the end face of the cavity has a protrusion and a recess, and the first and second sealing portions have a recess corresponding to the protrusion of the end face and a protrusion corresponding to the recess of the end face, so that the first and second sealing portions are engaged with the cavity.
