本发明公开了一种密封圈补强剂,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成:20-25份聚丙烯酰胺、15-20份聚丙烯酸钠、5-10份硬脂酸钙、25-30份聚乙烯粉、5-6份碳化硼、6-8份氟化石墨、6-8份碳化硅、3-5份硫酸铝钾、2-3份白矾、3-5份小苏打、5-6份亚硬脂酰胺、5-6份乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺、3-6份丙三醇、4-6份油酸乙酯。该密封圈补强剂可增加密封圈中各原料成分的结合力,硬度定伸应力都得到了明显的提高,且还能够改善橡胶成品的弹性,压缩永久变形性等,提高密封圈的整体品质。

技术领域
本发明涉及补强剂的技术领域,尤其涉及一种密封圈补强剂。
背景技术
   现有的密封圈各种各样,所采用的材料配方也是各种各样,达到的功能和目的有所不同,但现有的密封圈普片都存在着弹性不够优良,耐强氧化性效果不理想,未能长久保持良好的弹性,适合短期使用,耐臭氧性能也不够理想,抗撕裂强度也不足,容易被压缩变形。而现有技术是通过添加一定的补强剂来改善上述的各种缺陷,但效果不太理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种密封圈补强剂,该密封圈补强剂可增加密封圈中各原料成分的结合力,硬度定伸应力都得到了明显的提高,且还能够改善橡胶成品的弹性,压缩永久变形性等,提高密封圈的整体品质。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种密封圈补强剂,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成:20-25份聚丙烯酰胺、15-20份聚丙烯酸钠、5-10份硬脂酸钙、25-30份聚乙烯粉、5-6份碳化硼、6-8份氟化石墨、6-8份碳化硅、3-5份硫酸铝钾、2-3份白矾、3-5份小苏打、5-6份亚硬脂酰胺、5-6份乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺、3-6份丙三醇、4-6份油酸乙酯。
进一步的,包括20份聚丙烯酰胺、15份聚丙烯酸钠、5份硬脂酸钙、25份聚乙烯粉、5份碳化硼、6份氟化石墨、6份碳化硅、3份硫酸铝钾、2份白矾、3份小苏打、5份亚硬脂酰胺、5份乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺、3份丙三醇、4份油酸乙酯。
