Abstract
本发明属于纤维板领域,公开了一种浮雕用纤维板,包括模压基材,所述模压基材的第一侧设置有芳纶层,所述芳纶层的外侧设置有实木皮层,所述芳纶层在靠近实木皮层的面上设有多个凹坑,至少一个凹坑中设有温度传感器,所述温度传感器连接一根引线;所述模压基材的第二侧设置有碳纤维层、树脂层、玻璃纤维层和纳米涂层,所述树脂层位于芳纶层和玻璃纤维层之间,所述玻璃纤维层上设置有纳米涂层。本发明在靠近实木皮层的面上设有多个凹坑,至少一个凹坑中设有温度传感器,从而可以测量纤维板的温度,有利于温度的实时测量。

技术领域
本发明涉及纤维板领域,具体是一种浮雕用纤维板。
背景技术
纤维板是以木质纤维或其他植物纤维为原料,经打碎、纤维分离、干燥后施加脲醛树脂或其他适用的胶粘剂,再经热压后制成的一种人造板材。
现有的纤维板保温效果不好,在一些情况下不利于应用。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是:现有的纤维板不能够检测温度。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种浮雕用纤维板,包括模压基材,所述模压基材的第一侧设置有芳纶层,所述芳纶层的外侧设置有实木皮层,所述芳纶层在靠近实木皮层的面上设有多个凹坑,至少一个凹坑中设有温度传感器,所述温度传感器连接一根引线;所述模压基材的第二侧设置有碳纤维层、树脂层、玻璃纤维层和纳米涂层,所述树脂层位于芳纶层和玻璃纤维层之间,所述玻璃纤维层上设置有纳米涂层。
优选地,所述树脂层包含纳米级无机材料或者微米级无机材料,所述实木皮层上贴有保护膜。
优选地,所述纳米涂层上设有荧光层。
优选地,所述芳纶层和实木皮层之间设置有环氧树脂。
优选地,所述凹槽中还设有活性炭。
(三)有益效果
上述技术方案具有如下优点:本发明在靠近实木皮层的面上设有多个凹坑,至少一个凹坑中设有温度传感器,从而可以测量纤维板的温度,有利于温度的实时测量。而且,采用了碳纤维层,由于碳纤维质量比金属铝轻,但强度却高于钢铁,并且具有耐腐蚀、高模量的特性,从而具有轻质耐腐蚀的特点。进一步,本发明采用了芳纶层,具有超高强度、高模量和耐高温、耐酸耐碱、重量轻、绝缘、抗老化、生命周期长等优良性能,而且永久阻燃纤维,不会因使用时间和洗涤次数降低或丧失阻燃性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,为本发明的一种实施例的结构示意图,该浮雕用纤维板包括模压基材1,所述模压基材1的第一侧设有芳纶层2,所述芳纶层的外侧设置有实木皮层3,所述实木皮层3的外部设置有保护膜4,所述芳纶层2在靠近实木皮层的面上设有多个凹坑21,至少一个凹坑中设有温度传感器22,所述温度传感器22连接一根引线;所述模压基材1的第二侧设置有碳纤维层5、树脂层6、玻璃纤维层7和纳米涂层8,所述树脂层6位于碳纤维层5和玻璃纤维层7之间,所述玻璃纤维层7外部设置有纳米涂层8。
本发明在靠近实木皮层的面上设有多个凹坑,至少一个凹坑中设有温度传感器,从而可以测量纤维板的温度,有利于温度的实时测量。
本发明碳纤维层在靠近实木皮层的面上设有多个凹坑,至少一个凹坑中设有活性炭,从而可以提高纤维板的保温效果,而且可以降低空气污染,特别是针对PM2.5逐渐增加的情况下,不需要额外的电器就可以实现降低污染。
本发明的浮雕用纤维板采用了碳纤维,由于碳纤维质量比金属铝轻,但强度却高于钢铁,并且具有耐腐蚀、高模量的特性,从而具有轻质耐腐蚀的特点。而且,模压基材的表面设置有实木皮层,使得纤维板外表具有实木真实强烈,但是价格远低于实木价格。
本发明的树脂层6位于碳纤维层5和玻璃纤维层7之间,通过增加树脂层来减少碳纤维层5和玻璃纤维层7之间由于密度悬殊所产生的分离现象。其中,树脂层包含树脂、纳米级无机材料以及微米级无机材料,或者包含纳米级和微米级的混合无机材料,单一组分或者多组分无机材料,所述组分可以是胶水或者是树脂,或者是含有纳米无机材料的胶水或者树脂。
本发明的模压基材的表面具有凹槽和/或突起,使得该纤维板符合浮雕模压专用。优选地,所述树脂层包含纳米级无机材料或者微米级无机材料,所述实木皮层上贴有保护膜。优选地,所述纳米涂层上设有荧光层。
本发明的芳纶层2和实木皮层3设有环氧树脂层,环氧树脂结合了聚氨酯与环氧树脂的优点,具有较好的粘接强度和耐化学性能。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种浮雕用纤维板,其特征在于,包括模压基材,所述模压基材的第一侧设置有芳纶层,所述芳纶层的外侧设置有实木皮层,所述芳纶层在靠近实木皮层的面上设有多个凹坑,至少一个凹坑中设有温度传感器,所述温度传感器连接一根引线;所述模压基材的第二侧设置有碳纤维层、树脂层、玻璃纤维层和纳米涂层,所述树脂层位于芳纶层和玻璃纤维层之间,所述玻璃纤维层上设置有纳米涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浮雕用纤维板,其特征在于,所述树脂层包含纳米级无机材料或者微米级无机材料,所述实木皮层上贴有保护膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的浮雕用纤维板,其特征在于,所述纳米涂层上设有荧光层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的浮雕用纤维板,其特征在于,所述芳纶层和实木皮层之间设置有环氧树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的浮雕用纤维板,其特征在于,所述凹槽中还设有活性炭。
