Abstract
本发明提供了一种提高母猪生产性能的方法,包括妊娠舍的日常管理、妊娠期饲养、药物保健和妊娠期常规免疫,通过上述方法,特别是对妊娠期饲养和药物保健上进行精细化饲养管理,能够显著提高母猪的产活率和健仔率,产活率达到98%以上,母猪平均每胎都在12~14头,母猪在产仔后哺乳期泌乳能力强,奶水质量高,并且能够延长泌乳高峰期,增强初生仔猪的初生重和抗病能力,具有应用前景。

技术领域
本发明属于养殖技术领域。更具体地,涉及一种提高母猪生产性能的方法。
背景技术
母猪的生产性能对生猪生产有着决定性的影响,如何进一步提高母猪的生产性能意义重大。
妊娠母猪是指处于妊娠生理阶段的母猪。妊娠母猪养殖管理的目的:一是保证胎儿在母体内正常发育,防止死胎与流产现象的发生,从而获得数量多、初生重大而健壮的仔猪;二是保证母猪在妊娠期有良好的膘情;三是保证妊娠母猪的乳房发育,为哺乳期的泌乳进行营养贮备;四是保证初产青年母猪的正常生长发育。
目前妊娠母猪均是采用集中式饲养,饲养头数多,空间较窄,饲养环节需要对其生产特性提供有针对性的饲料喂养及免疫等等,涉及的可控步骤多且杂,任何一个环节处理不当,都会对妊娠母猪的生产导致不可挽回的影响,目前并没有一个统一的标准应用于妊娠母猪的养殖,现有养殖技术并不能保证每个批次妊娠母猪的产活率和健仔率,因而急需一种精细化管理技术适应养殖厂饲养妊娠母猪的需要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有妊娠母猪养殖技术的不足,提供一种提高母猪生产性能的方法。
本发明上述目的通过以下技术方案实现:
本发明提供了一种提高母猪生产性能的方法,包括妊娠舍的日常管理、妊娠期饲养、药物保健和妊娠期常规免疫。
优选地,所述妊娠舍的日常管理包括保证限位栏完整,定期检查、清理料槽水槽和粪沟尿沟,保持妊娠舍温度及湿度和定期消毒。
优选地,所述保持妊娠舍温度为15~21℃,湿度为45%~65%,定期消毒为间隔使用消毒灵、广消安或聚维酮碘,每周消毒两次。
优选地,所述妊娠期饲养包括妊娠前期、妊娠中期和妊娠后期的饲养;
所述妊娠前期的饲养为在母猪妊娠0~30天内,将配种前的高能量饲料转变成低能量饲料;饲喂量1.5~1.8kg/天,夏天降低饲料中碳水化合物使用量,增加脂肪含量;
在母猪配种18天后1周内母猪不表现发情征状,初步判断母猪已经妊娠;妊娠母猪达到26天后使用测孕仪检测,确定妊娠;没有检测出妊娠的母猪延迟一周再测一次;确定母猪妊娠后前期着床时,不随意驱赶或任其走动。
优选地,所述妊娠中期的饲养为在母猪妊娠31~85天内,饲喂量2.0~2.5kg/天,控制背膘厚度;并根据体况评分和背膘每15天调整饲养水平;正常体况:2.0~2.3公斤/天;瘦体况:2.7~3.6公斤/天,直到达正常体况;肥胖体况:1.8公斤/天,直到达正常体况;
在妊娠75~85d日龄,控制饲喂量,补充脂肪酸。
优选地,所述妊娠后期的饲养为在母猪妊娠86~110天内,使用高能量饲料,饲喂量2.5~3.5kg/天,加强母猪运动,补充青绿饲料和多维;
对体况和乳房发育较好的母猪,产前3~5天减料30~50%,停止供应青绿饲料和发酵饲料,瘦体况母猪不减料。
优选地,所述药物保健包括妊娠前期、妊娠中期和妊娠后期的药物保健;
所述妊娠前期的药物保健为在母猪妊娠0~30天内:按照0.5kg宝饲迪拌料2吨和0.3kg富铁拌料1吨饲喂;
按照0.5kg炎热清兑水0.15吨和0.5kg畜禽多维601兑水4吨,配种后第5天开始使用,连用7天,间隔7天后再连用7天。

优选地,所述妊娠后期的饲养包括产前驱虫,所述产前驱虫方法为使用新伊虫泰1kg拌料1吨,在产前10天饲喂,连喂三天;在使用新伊虫泰2天后使用敌百虫,进行养殖场内外喷洒灭杀。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点及有益效果:
本发明所提供的方法根据母猪妊娠不同时期进行分阶段饲养,尤其是妊娠前、中、后三个阶段在饲料量、种类及药物保健上加强管理,从而增强了母猪的产活率和健仔率,产活率达到98%以上,母猪平均每胎都在12~14头,母猪在产仔后哺乳期泌乳能力强,奶水质量高,并且能够延长泌乳高峰期,增强初生仔猪的初生重和抗病能力。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明,但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。除非特别说明,本发明采用的试剂、方法和设备为本技术领域常规试剂、方法和设备。
除非特别说明,本发明所用试剂和材料均为市购。
实施例1
一、妊娠舍的处理
1、检查妊娠舍的限位栏,如有损坏,立即进行修理。限位栏空间小,活动范围小很容易损坏限位栏,对母猪造成物理性创伤。
2、检查妊娠舍料槽水槽是否将要损坏,进行更新。
3、对粪沟尿沟彻底清洗干净并以消毒。
4、环境条件妊娠母猪最适宜的环境温度为15~21℃,湿度为45%~65%。妊娠母猪配种后,安静与休息是饲养管理的重点,有利于受精卵的着床,减少胚胎的损失和流产。
5、饲养人员要加强责任心,细心照顾,切不可粗暴对待。还要注意保持猪舍及猪体的清洁卫生。另外,每天都要观察母猪的吃食、饮水、粪尿和精神状态的变化,注意发现异常情况,做好防病治病等工作。
6、注意防寒防暑,有良好的通风换气设备,保证猪舍空气清新。
7、猪圈要平坦、干燥、清洁,保持冬暖夏凉。积肥坑要浅,上下坑的坡度不要太陡。
8、保证饲料质量妊娠母猪不能吃冰冻发霉变质和有毒饲料。
二、妊娠母猪的精细化饲养管理技术
(一)母猪妊娠前期(0-30)天的饲养管理技术
1、妊娠母猪前期配种前的高能量饲料转变成低能量饲料。高能量饲料造成激素不均匀,增加胎儿的死亡率,而低能量饲料提高孕酮浓度。
2、根据母猪膘情,饲喂量1.5-1.8kg/天,在14~18胚胎着床后,饲喂量可增加。受精之后受精卵往下移行到达子宫内约需要3d左右时间,并形成合子。合子在子宫内游离,在子宫壁上寻找一个合适的地方着床,约需要1周时间。着床后,和子宫壁紧密结合,形成胎盘约需要1周时间,此阶段约计17天左右。
3、在夏天,建议降低玉米使用量,增加脂肪含量。玉米和脂肪都能提供能量,因此根据预混料的配方增减豆粕(脂肪)、玉米量。因为玉米属于碳水化合物,碳水化合物在产生能量时会产生热量,在猪的生物学特性中叫做食后增热。这阶段的母猪如给过高玉米含量的饲料,会导致胚胎死亡,俗称胚胎被“烧死”。而脂肪(油类)是进入三羧酸循环后产生热能,无产后增热。
4、小群饲养或限位栏饲养。小群饲养的优点是妊娠母猪可以自由运动吃食时由于争抢可促进食欲;缺点是如果分群不当,胆小的母猪吃食少,影响胎儿的生长发育。限位饲养优点是吃食均匀,没有相互间碰撞;缺点是不能自由运动,肢蹄病较多。
5、妊娠确定:根据发情规律来判断母猪发情周期是18~23天,平均为2l天,在正常的情况下母猪妊娠后就不再表现发情征状。可从母猪配种后的l8天开始注意观察,如果在1周左右不见母猪表现发情征状,就可以初步判断母猪已经妊娠。
6、妊娠母猪达到26天以上能用超声波测孕仪检测母猪子宫部位,测孕仪图像显示有规律的黑圈,并且黑圈最少达到3个以上。对于没有检测出来的母猪记录延迟一周在测一遍。检查母猪是否怀孕可达98%以上。
7、对于连测三遍没有怀孕母猪,赶回配种舍观察。等待下一个发情周期。
8、母猪前期着床,不能随意驱赶,随意走动,以免造成着床失败。
9、药物保健:
目的:保证胎儿在母猪体内顺利着床并正常发育,提高配种分娩率。
方法:
(1)宝饲迪+富铁:宝饲迪1袋(500g)拌料2吨;富铁(300g)拌料1吨,全程使用。
(2)炎热清+畜禽多维601:配种后第5天开始使用连用7天,间隔7天后再连续使用7天:炎热清1瓶(500g)兑水300斤;畜禽多维601每包(500g)兑水4吨。保障受精卵顺利着床,强势清除机体病毒,迅速补能。
(二)母猪妊娠中期(31-85)天的饲养管理
1、饲喂量2.0-2.5kg/天,比前期增加饲料喂量。以恢复哺乳期损失的体重及满足母猪生长需求。建议使用低能量的饲料,如果母猪体况过肥会造成哺乳期饲料采食量下降现象,背膘厚度控制在25mm以下。
2、根据体况评分和背膘每15天调整饲养水平。正常体况:2.0-2.3公斤/天(日粮的质量、季节等);瘦体况:2.7-3.6公斤/天,直到达正常体况;肥胖体况:1.8公斤/天,直到达正常体况。在正常饲养管理情况下,整个妊娠期经产母猪可增重25-35kg,初产母猪可增重36-50kg。
3、妊娠75-85d日龄,此阶段,母猪的乳腺开始发育。适当控制饲料的饲喂量,过多的饲喂量会减少乳腺数。此外,此时适当补充脂肪酸,有利于母猪乳腺发育。如果这个时期饲喂不好,意味着母猪产仔之后产奶量会少,应该重视。
4、药物保健
目的:调整母猪的背膘厚度,提高机体免疫力,减少猪群呼吸道疾病,保胎并促进胎儿生长发育。
方法:
(1)宝饲迪+富铁:宝饲迪1袋(500g)拌料3吨;富铁(300g)拌料1吨,全程使用。饲料中长期添加宝饲迪促进肠道消化大量减少,氨气和臭味,刺激机体体液免疫,广谱对抗病原。增高疫苗抗体水平,清除机体体内病原;减少霉菌毒素中毒;增加仔猪出生重与均匀度。
(2)清肺止咳散:第32天开始使用,每袋(500g)拌料200公斤饲料,连用5天,间隔13天后连续使用5天。
(三)、母猪妊娠后期(86-110)天的饲养管理
1、转换饲料要使用高能量饲料。胎儿的2/3的体重在后1/3时间生长,即这15天内,平均每头胎儿增加900g体重,因此此时期要注重攻胎。
2、饲喂量2.5-3.5kg/天。高胎龄母猪,需通过增加饲喂量来提高仔猪初生体重,饲料营养不足时,母猪用自身沉积的营养来促进胎儿生长,这直接消耗母猪自身体能。
3、建议把母猪从限位栏中解放出来,让它们运动,并可以吃到青绿饲料,最好能够多补充一些维生素。如果缺乏营养,运动不足,母猪容易难产。如果这一个时期调理好,则母猪在分娩的时候一定会顺利很多。
4、对于体况和乳房发育较好的母猪,产前3-5天应减料,逐渐减到妊娠后期水平的一半或1/3,并停止喂给青绿饲料和发酵饲料,以防乳汁分泌过多引起乳房炎,或因乳汁过浓引起仔猪下痢。对比较瘦弱的母猪则不必减料。如果产前几天乳房膨胀不够,则应加喂一些富含蛋白质的催乳饲料。
5、药物保健
目的:提高仔猪出生重,仔猪整齐度,准时分娩。
方法:
(1)宝饲迪+富铁:宝饲迪1袋(500g)拌料3吨;富铁(300g)拌料1吨,全程使用。饲料中长期添加宝饲迪促进肠道消化大量减少,氨气和臭味,刺激机体体液免疫,广谱对抗病原;增高疫苗抗体水平,清除机体体内病原;减少霉菌毒素中毒;减少后期母猪便秘,增加仔猪出生重与均匀度。
(2)炎热清+畜禽多维601:第91天开始使用连用5天;炎热清1瓶(500g)兑水300斤;畜禽多维601每包(500g)兑水5000升。强势清除机体病毒;迅速补能。
(3)白头翁散500g拌料200公斤饲料,在使用炎热清和畜禽多维601后5天开始使用,连用5天。
目的是抗病原微生物与寄生虫,提高免疫功能,保护胃肠黏膜,减少肠道毒素的吸收,以减少“产后无乳综合征”的发生。
6、产前驱虫
目的:禁止母猪将寄生虫携带到产房,预防仔猪寄生虫腹泻。
方法:驱虫采用两个同步法,即:体内体外,场内场外同步驱虫。
(1)新伊虫泰:产前10天,1公斤拌料1吨,连喂三天。
(2)敌百虫:使用新伊虫泰2天后使用,猪舍围墙外3米内和围墙内喷洒灭杀。
三、妊娠期常规免疫程序
目的:保证仔猪通过吸食母猪初乳获得母源被动性免疫。注射的日期应安排在预产前,并隔开较长时间,以便母猪有足够时间产生和积累抗体。一般认为产前3~4周适合于大多数疫苗的免疫预防注射工作。
方法:母猪免疫程序需根据每个场种猪的抗体水平监测结果和免疫是否成功,再制定相关疫苗免疫种类,时间和次数。
四、消毒程序:
目的:保持舍内卫生,清除舍内的病原,保障猪群健康。
方法:猪舍一定要保持清洁卫生,每天最低清粪2次。
间隔使用不同的消毒水,以避免病原体对消毒水产生耐药性。(消毒灵、广消安、聚维酮碘等)。
(1)消毒灵:每周一 1:300倍稀释场地消毒一次(不可带猪消毒),所有设备器械表面需见湿淌水,并让其自然晾干;“消毒灵”能彻底清除场地环境中的所有病原,且长效达到一周。
(2)广消安:每周五 1:1500倍稀释所有空间场地消毒一次(可带猪消毒),所有设备器械表面需见湿淌水,并让其自然晾干。

1.一种提高母猪生产性能的方法,其特征在于,包括妊娠舍的日常管理、妊娠期饲养、药物保健和妊娠期常规免疫;所述妊娠期饲养包括妊娠前期、妊娠中期和妊娠后期的饲养;
所述妊娠前期的饲养为在母猪妊娠0~30天内,将配种前的高能量饲料转变成低能量饲料;饲喂量1.5~1.8kg/天,夏天降低饲料中碳水化合物使用量,增加脂肪含量;
在母猪配种18天后1周内母猪不表现发情征状,初步判断母猪已经妊娠;妊娠母猪达到26天后使用测孕仪检测,确定妊娠;没有检测出妊娠的母猪延迟一周再测一次;确定母猪妊娠后前期着床时,不随意驱赶或任其走动;

3.根据权利要求2所述的提高母猪生产性能的方法,其特征在于,所述保持妊娠舍温度为15~21℃,湿度为45%~65%,定期消毒为间隔使用消毒灵、广消安或聚维酮碘,每周消毒两次。
4.根据权利要求1所述的提高母猪生产性能的方法,其特征在于,所述妊娠后期的饲养包括产前驱虫,所述产前驱虫方法为使用新伊虫泰1kg拌料1吨,在产前10天饲喂,连喂三天;在使用新伊虫泰2天后使用敌百虫,进行养殖场内外喷洒灭杀。
