Abstract

本发明公开了一种内部充油式电加热辊,包括外筒体及位于外筒体左右两端的轴承座,外筒体内设有与外筒体同轴向的内筒体,内筒体内设有与内筒体同轴向的远红外电热管,远红外电热管悬空于一种内部充油式电加热辊内部由两头电热管支架固定于轴承座上,外筒体与内筒体之间形成导油面,导油面内充满导热油,外筒体左右两端上侧设有第一螺孔和第二螺孔,内筒体一端设有电热偶,电热偶通过滑环与碳刷组件将信号输出。本发明设计新颖,结构简单,加热辊内直接注油无需外部设施,温度均匀度达到1℃以下。

一种内部充油式电加热辊
技术领域
本发明涉及加工机械领域,具体涉及的是一种内部充油式电加热辊。
背景技术
原有各类电加热辊(加热、压花、涂胶等)分两类:一种是电热元件放在辊内部直接加热,此种方案的最大缺陷是辊面温度不均匀;另外一种是导热油式的,就是辊是中空的,外置一导热油锅炉通过旋转接头把加热好的导热油经过辊内部循环达到辊表面升温的目的。此种方案基本解决了辊表面温度不均匀的缺陷,却生出好多弊端:1、导热油要通过油泵不停循环,增加了电能消耗。2、旋转接头时间久了会渗漏,维修昂贵,热的油漏出来也不安全。3、导热油炉和管路在保温做得好的情况下的热能散失量将近百分之四十,假如操作人员疏于维护散失量将更大,浪费能源。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种内部充油式电加热辊,辊内直接注油无需外部设施,达到温度均匀。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种内部充油式电加热辊,包括外筒体及位于外筒体左右两端的轴承座,所述外筒体内设有与所述外筒体同轴向的内筒体,所述内筒体内设有与所述内筒体同轴向的远红外电热管,所述远红外电热管悬空于所述一种内部充油式电加热辊内部由两头电热管支架固定于所述轴承座上,所述外筒体与所述内筒体之间形成导油面,所述导油面内充满导热油,所述外筒体左右两端上侧设有第一螺孔和第二螺孔,所述内筒体一端设有电热偶,所述电热偶通过滑环与碳刷组件将信号输出。
进一步的,所述第一螺孔用于安装安全阀,所述第二螺孔用于注导热油,所述第一螺孔和所述第二螺孔的螺纹型号为M12。
进一步的,所述外筒体内壁设有若干根扁铁条。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明设计新颖,结构简单,加热辊内直接注油无需外部设施,温度均匀度达到1℃以下,而且无需外部设施,生产成本大幅度下降,并且维护方便,更换电热器件仅需几分钟,导热油封闭其内不与空气接触几乎不老化,长年无需更换。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
参照图1所示,一种内部充油式电加热辊,包括外筒体3及位于外筒体左右两端的轴承座6,所述外筒体3内设有与所述外筒体3同轴向的内筒体12,所述内筒体12内设有与所述内筒体12同轴向的远红外电热管2,所述远红外电热管2悬空于所述一种内部充油式电加热辊内部由两头电热管支架1固定于所述轴承座6上,所述外筒体3与所述内筒体12之间形成导油面5,所述导油面5内充满导热油,所述外筒体3左右两端上侧设有第一螺孔9和第二螺孔10,所述内筒体12一端设有电热偶8,所述电热偶8通过滑环与碳刷组件7将信号输出。
进一步的,所述第一螺孔9用于安装安全阀,所述第二螺孔10用于注导热油,所述第一螺孔9和所述第二螺孔10的螺纹型号为M12。
进一步的,所述外筒体3内壁设有若干根扁铁条4。
本发明的工作原理如下:
从所述第二螺孔10内注入导热油,将导热油加热到180℃并保温一小时后再封闭所述第二螺孔,以排除导热油里水份。通过扁铁条对导热油的搅动使得辊面温度相差在1摄氏度以内。

1.一种内部充油式电加热辊,包括外筒体(3)及位于外筒体左右两端的轴承座(6),其特征在于:所述外筒体(3)内设有与所述外筒体(3)同轴向的内筒体(12),所述内筒体(12)内设有与所述内筒体(12)同轴向的远红外电热管(2),所述远红外电热管(2)悬空于所述一种内部充油式电加热辊内部由两头电热管支架(1)固定于所述轴承座(6)上,所述外筒体(3)与所述内筒体(12)之间形成导油面(5),所述导油面(5)内充满导热油,所述外筒体(3)左右两端上侧设有第一螺孔(9)和第二螺孔(10),所述内筒体(12)一端设有电热偶(8),所述电热偶(8)通过滑环与碳刷组件(7)将信号输出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内部充油式电加热辊,其特征在于:所述第一螺孔(9)用于安装安全阀,所述第二螺孔(10)用于注导热油,所述第一螺孔(9)和所述第二螺孔(10)的螺纹型号为M12。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种内部充油式电加热辊,其特征在于:所述外筒体(3)内壁设有若干根扁铁条(4)。
