Abstract
本发明涉及一种绝缘穿刺式线夹,其包括铜铝线夹、连接线夹、穿刺丝杠及过渡绝缘线,过渡绝缘线的两端分别连接有铜铝线夹,铜铝线夹与连接线夹的一侧相连,连接线夹的另一侧为开口侧,穿刺丝杠安装在连接线夹的上、下两面。本发明通过绝缘操作杆的旋转带动穿刺丝杠旋转,便能快速穿过铜铝排绝缘层,可随时更换绝缘导线;保证了线路不停电的情况下即可悬挂接地线,减少停电,提高经济效益。

技术领域
本发明属于电力输变电技术领域,涉及一种绝缘穿刺式线夹,适用于接点过热时悬挂接地线。
背景技术
东北地区温差大,铜铝的膨胀系数又很高,因此经常造成螺栓松动,螺栓在松动的状态下,长时间运行会造成接点过热放电碳化,铜铝排碳化严重如果不及时处理就会造成爆炸事故发生,为了预防事故的发生,在电力系统运行与检修过程中,经常需要作业人员在接点过热的情况下悬挂接地线,变压器出线绝缘排没有专用的接地端,为了避免过热无法操作,所以经常需要停电悬挂接地线。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,提供了一种绝缘穿刺式线夹,解决了现有技术中接点过热需要停电悬挂接地线的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
包括铜铝线夹、连接线夹、穿刺丝杠及过渡绝缘线,过渡绝缘线的两端分别连接有铜铝线夹,铜铝线夹与连接线夹的一侧相连,连接线夹的另一侧为开口侧,穿刺丝杠安装在连接线夹的上、下两面。
所述的连接线夹的形状为直角U形。
所述的穿刺丝杠的一端设有连接环,穿刺丝杠的另一端设有穿刺丝杠尖,穿刺丝杠尖设置在连接线夹的内部。
所述的连接线夹的上端面设有6个穿刺丝杠,连接线夹的下端面设有1个穿刺丝杠。
所述的铜铝线夹通过螺栓与连接线夹相连。
本发明的优点效果如下:
在U型连接线夹上加装针式穿刺丝杠,通过绝缘操作杆的旋转带动穿刺丝杠旋转,便能快速穿过铜铝排绝缘层,可随时更换绝缘导线;保证了线路不停电的情况下即可悬挂接地线,减少停电,提高经济效益。

具体实施方式
实施例
如图1-2所示,包括铜铝线夹1、直角U形连接线夹2、穿刺丝杠3及过渡绝缘线6,过渡绝缘线6的两端分别连接有铜铝线夹1,铜铝线夹1与连接线夹的一侧通过螺栓螺孔7相连,连接线夹的另一侧为开口侧,穿刺丝杠安装在连接线夹的上、下两面。所述的穿刺丝杠的一端设有连接环4,穿刺丝杠的另一端设有穿刺丝杠尖5,穿刺丝杠尖设置在连接线夹的内部。所述的连接线夹的上端面设有6个穿刺丝杠,连接线夹的下端面设有1个穿刺丝杠。
使用时,用绝缘操作杆锁住穿刺丝杠的连接环,利用绝缘操作杆举起线夹放在线路上待连接的铜鋁排一平位置,将铜铝排对准直角U形连接线夹的开口侧,待铜鋁排全部进入连接线夹后,紧固操作杆,等上下穿刺丝杠扎入铜鋁排绝缘层后,拆下绝缘操作杆。

1.绝缘穿刺式线夹,其特征是包括铜铝线夹、连接线夹、穿刺丝杠及过渡绝缘线,过渡绝缘线的两端分别连接有铜铝线夹,铜铝线夹与连接线夹的一侧相连,连接线夹的另一侧为开口侧,穿刺丝杠安装在连接线夹的上、下两面;所述的连接线夹的形状为直角U形;所述的穿刺丝杠的一端设有连接环,穿刺丝杠的另一端设有穿刺丝杠尖,穿刺丝杠尖设置在连接线夹的内部;所述的连接线夹的上端面设有6个穿刺丝杠,连接线夹的下端面设有1个穿刺丝杠;所述的铜铝线夹通过螺栓与连接线夹相连。
