Abstract
本发明公开了一种分隔式酶反应传感器系统,涉及酶反应传感器领域。为了使酶反应可以分隔开从而测定过程简洁有效,本发明中:磷酸盐缓冲液所在的器皿置于水浴池中,固定抗体反应器通过注入部件、三通活塞与磷酸盐缓冲液所在的器皿相连,流通池通过三通活塞、蠕动泵与固定抗体反应器相连,氧电极位于流通池内,氧电极与安培计相连,安培计与记录器相连。本发明采用了分子识别元件和转换器完全分开的方式,使酶反应可以分隔开,使得测定过程简洁有效。

技术领域
本发明涉及酶反应传感器领域,尤其涉及一种分隔式酶反应传感器系统。
背景技术
自从免疫传感器问世以来,许多生物有机物质在以前是无法测量的,现在逐一得到解决。免疫传感器是利用抗体与相应抗原的识别功能和结合功能而设计的一种检测装置,利用这种原理设计出来的装置或系统可对许多有机物进行检测。
发明内容
本发明要解决以上的技术问题,提供一种分隔式酶反应传感器系统,使酶反应可以分隔开从而测定过程简洁有效。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种分隔式酶反应传感器系统,包括水浴池、磷酸盐缓冲液、三通活塞、注入部件、固定抗体反应器、蠕动泵、流通池、氧电极、安培计、记录器,磷酸盐缓冲液所在的器皿置于水浴池中,固定抗体反应器通过注入部件、三通活塞与磷酸盐缓冲液所在的器皿相连,流通池通过三通活塞、蠕动泵与固定抗体反应器相连,氧电极位于流通池内,氧电极与安培计相连,安培计与记录器相连。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用了分子识别元件和转换器完全分开的方式,使酶反应可以分隔开,使得测定过程简洁有效。

本发明提供一种分隔式酶反应传感器系统,包括水浴池、磷酸盐缓冲液、三通活塞、注入部件、固定抗体反应器、蠕动泵、流通池、氧电极、安培计、记录器,磷酸盐缓冲液所在的器皿置于水浴池中,固定抗体反应器通过注入部件、三通活塞与磷酸盐缓冲液所在的器皿相连,流通池通过三通活塞、蠕动泵与固定抗体反应器相连,氧电极位于流通池内,氧电极与安培计相连,安培计与记录器相连。

1.一种分隔式酶反应传感器系统,包括水浴池、磷酸盐缓冲液、三通活塞、注入部件、固定抗体反应器、蠕动泵、流通池、氧电极、安培计、记录器,其特征在于,磷酸盐缓冲液所在的器皿置于水浴池中,固定抗体反应器通过注入部件、三通活塞与磷酸盐缓冲液所在的器皿相连,流通池通过三通活塞、蠕动泵与固定抗体反应器相连,氧电极位于流通池内,氧电极与安培计相连,安培计与记录器相连。
