本发明属于直埋保温管道领域,具体讲是涉及一种直埋式热水补偿器保温防护装置。一种直埋式热水补偿器保温防护装置包括补偿器本体、补偿器活动端、绝热支撑架、高密度聚乙烯外护、塑料密封套、热收缩带、保温层和硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料层;多个等高的绝热支撑架位于补偿器活动端与补偿器本体连接处;硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料层设置于补偿器本体和高密度聚乙烯外护之间;塑料密封套通过热收缩带连接补偿器活动端锥形外护和管道外护;保温层包裹于补偿器活动端。本发明提高直埋式补偿器保温防护装置结构整体质量,柔性可拉伸式密封满足补偿器工作状态下活动端防水目的,可工厂预制也可现场制作,安装简便。

技术领域
本发明属于直埋保温管道领域,具体讲是涉及直埋式热水补偿器保温防护装置。
背景技术
目前,直埋式补偿器的保温和防护是直埋式热水保温管道的薄弱环节,由于补偿器活动端需要往复运动以吸收管道运行时产生的热膨胀量,补偿器活动端保温采用软质可压缩的保温材料最合理,且保温材料的绝热性能应等同或接近直埋式热水管道采用的硬质聚氨酯,而软质保温材料不能给予其外保护层足够的支撑,易于回填后受压塌陷造成防护失效,影响补偿器的保温和防护性能。补偿器的主体外护直径大于管道的直径,外护之间的连接、密封防水目前没有较为简便和耐用的方法。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的问题和措施的空缺,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于直埋式热水补偿器的保温和防护装置,其结构合理、安装方便,保证补偿器活动端外护受压不变形,同时防止外部水份进入活动端处保温层,整体保温防护装置性能与管道同等级,直埋式热水补偿器在工作寿命内正常运行。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提出一种用于直埋式热水补偿器的保温和防护装置,包括补偿器本体、补偿器活动端、绝热支撑架、高密度聚乙烯外护、塑料密封套、热收缩带、保温层和硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料层;多个等高的绝热支撑架位于补偿器活动端与补偿器本体连接处;硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料层设置于补偿器本体和高密度聚乙烯外护之间;塑料密封套通过热收缩带连接补偿器活动端锥形外护和管道外护;保温层包裹于补偿器活动端。高密度聚乙烯外护包括:两个锥形外护、补偿器最大直径处的圆筒的管道外护和连接补偿器相邻圆筒的管道外护。塑料密封套与锥形外护内壁、管道外护外壁采用热收缩带胶合连接,塑料密封套柔性折弯结构。绝热支撑架的高度不小于管道保温厚度,多个绝热支撑架环形均分布置,绝热支撑架是支撑锥形外护,材质为聚四氟乙烯。保温层包裹于补偿器活动端,包裹长度大于补偿量。保温层是离心玻璃棉层或者气凝胶层。
本发明的有益效果是:设置绝热支撑架保证补偿器活动端锥形外护内有足够的支撑力,防止回填后外部压力造成锥形外护变形破坏,同时补偿器本体和外护的同心度等到保证,保温层厚度均匀;塑料密封套、热收缩带连接补偿器活动端锥形外护和管道外护,形成严密的防水措施,塑料密封套折弯柔性处理保证补偿器活动端运动时,锥形外护相对管道外护运动,密封防水效果不失效;采用接近等同于硬质聚氨酯泡沫绝热性能的软质超细离心玻璃棉,补偿器活动端保温性能得以保证,同时不影响活动端工作位移。本发明提高直埋式补偿器保温防护装置结构整体质量,柔性可拉伸式密封满足补偿器工作状态下活动端防水目的,可工厂预制也可现场制作,安装简便。

一种用于直埋式热水补偿器的保温和防护装置,包括补偿器本体1、补偿器活动端9、绝热支撑架5、高密度聚乙烯外护2、塑料密封套7、热收缩带8、离心玻璃棉层6和硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料层4;多个等高的绝热支撑架5位于补偿器活动端9与补偿器本体1连接处;硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料层4设置于补偿器本体1和高密度聚乙烯外护2之间;塑料密封套7通过热收缩带8连接补偿器活动端9锥形外护3和管道外护10;离心玻璃棉6包裹于补偿器活动端9。高密度聚乙烯外护2包括:两个锥形外护3、补偿器最大直径处的圆筒的管道外护10和连接补偿器相邻圆筒的管道外护10。塑料密封套7与锥形外护3内壁、管道外护10外壁采用热收缩带8胶合连接,塑料密封套7柔性折弯结构。绝热支撑架5的高度不小于管道保温厚度,多个绝热支撑架5环形均分布置,材质为聚四氟乙烯。离心玻璃棉层6包裹于补偿器活动端9,包裹长度大于补偿量。离心玻璃棉层6可替换为气凝胶层。

1.直埋式热水补偿器保温防护装置,其特征在于:包括补偿器本体、补偿器活动端、绝热支撑架、高密度聚乙烯外护、塑料密封套、热收缩带、保温层和硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料层;多个等高的绝热支撑架位于补偿器活动端与补偿器本体连接处;硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料层设置于补偿器本体和高密度聚乙烯外护之间;塑料密封套通过热收缩带连接补偿器活动端锥形外护和管道外护;保温层包裹于补偿器活动端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直埋式热水补偿器保温防护装置,其特征在于:所述高密度聚乙烯外护包括两个锥形外护、补偿器最大直径处的圆筒的管道外护和连接补偿器相邻圆筒的管道外护。
3.根据权利要求1所述的直埋式热水补偿器保温防护装置,其特征在于:所述塑料密封套与锥形外护内壁、管道外护外壁采用热收缩带胶合连接,塑料密封套柔性折弯结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的直埋式热水补偿器保温防护装置,其特征在于:所述绝热支撑架的高度不小于管道保温厚度,多个绝热支撑架环形均分布置,绝热支撑架是支撑锥形外护,材质为聚四氟乙烯。
