本发明公开了一种螺旋锥齿轮减速机传动组件,包含一驱动转轴,在所述的驱动转轴上套接一控制套管,在所述的控制套管上设有一次级控制套管,在所述的次级控制套管上设有一驱动齿轮,所述的控制套管和次级控制套管间为螺纹连接,所述的驱动转轴由铸钢制成。由于本发明的螺旋锥齿轮减速机传动组件在本体上设置了一个驱动转轴,在驱动转轴上设置了一个控制套管,控制套管的外部又套接了一个次级控制套管,次级套管上设置了一个驱动齿轮,从而大大提高了螺旋锥齿轮减速机传动组件的可操控性。

本发明涉及一种传动组件,更确切地说,是一种螺旋锥齿轮减速机传动组件。
背景技术
螺旋锥齿轮减速机是一种在工业生产上使用比较普遍的工业设备,具有较为广阔的应用前景。但是,目前普遍使用的螺旋锥齿轮减速机的传动组件可操控性不好。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种具有较好操控性的螺旋锥齿轮减速机传动组件。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种螺旋锥齿轮减速机传动组件,包含一驱动转轴,在所述的驱动转轴上套接一控制套管,在所述的控制套管上设有一次级控制套管,在所述的次级控制套管上设有一驱动齿轮。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的控制套管和次级控制套管间为螺纹连接。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的驱动转轴由铸钢制成。
由于本发明的螺旋锥齿轮减速机传动组件在本体上设置了一个驱动转轴,在驱动转轴上设置了一个控制套管,控制套管的外部又套接了一个次级控制套管,次级套管上设置了一个驱动齿轮,从而大大提高了螺旋锥齿轮减速机传动组件的可操控性。

如图1、图2所示,一种螺旋锥齿轮减速机传动组件1,包含一驱动转轴2,在所述的驱动转轴2上套接一控制套管3,在所述的控制套管3上设有一次级控制套管4,在所述的次级控制套管4上设有一驱动齿轮5。
如图1、图2所示,所述的控制套管3和次级控制套管4间为螺纹连接。
如图1、图2所示,所述的驱动转轴2由铸钢制成。
该发明的螺旋锥齿轮减速机传动组件在本体上设置了一个驱动转轴,在驱动转轴上设置了一个控制套管,控制套管的外部又套接了一个次级控制套管,次级套管上设置了一个驱动齿轮,从而大大提高了螺旋锥齿轮减速机传动组件的可操控性。
以上仅仅以一个实施方式来说明本发明的设计思路,在系统允许的情况下,本发明可以扩展为同时外接更多的功能模块,从而最大限度扩展其功能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋锥齿轮减速机传动组件,其特征在于,所述的控制套管(3)和次级控制套管(4)间为螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的螺旋锥齿轮减速机传动组件,其特征在于,所述的驱动转轴(2)由铸钢制成。
