本发明涉及一种供棉箱，特别涉及一种自动供棉机下匀式自动供棉箱。其特征是：第一排风网、第二排风网垂直平行排放，感应装置和连接轴相连，感应装置和接近开关相连，减速电动机通过皮带和夹棉罗拉相连，弹簧自动调整装置和活动式给棉板相连。由于采用上述技术方案，本发明所具有的优点和积极效果是：本发明可取代梳棉机开环匀整之功能，将其前移并与自动供棉机融为一体，其性能和功效完全一样，一机两用，流程更简化，省人力省费用，结构简单，保养容易。若实施自动给棉改造时，又可省掉改动梳棉机的烦恼和花费。

本发明涉及一种供棉箱，特别涉及一种自动供棉机下匀式自动供棉箱
背景技术
目前，自动供棉机供棉箱都不能自动匀整供棉。这样会导致后道工序生产流程复杂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种自动供棉机下匀式自动供棉箱，能替代自动供棉机和梳棉机，另行开设的匀整装置，达到棉层输出始终保持厚度一致。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：将自动供棉机下方一边的给棉罗拉设置为一个沟槽式固定式的给棉罗拉，另一边设置成活动式给棉板型式。活动式给棉板整体分为4块，一端由连接轴做连接，另一端和弹簧自动调整装置相连，作为给棉罗拉间矩调整，亦可作为活动式给棉板本身加压弹力的调整。在连接轴的两端装有感应装置，使棉花供给活动式给棉板时，感应其距离；在感应装置尾端装接近開开关，以感测棉层的厚薄。减速电动机做传动，通过夹棉罗拉将棉层往导棉板输送。本发明由第一排风网、感应装置、连接轴、接近开关、减速电动机、弹簧自动调整装置、活动式给棉板、第二排风网和夹棉罗拉组成，其特征是：第一排风网、第二排风网垂直平行排放，感应装置和连接轴相连，感应装置和接近开关相连，减速电动机通过皮带和夹棉罗拉相连，弹簧自动调整装置和活动式给棉板相连。
由于采用上述技术方案，本发明所具有的优点和积极效果是：本发明可取代梳棉机开环匀整之功能，将其前移并与自动供棉机融为一体，其性能和功效完全一样，一机两用，流程更简化，省人力省费用，结构简单，保养容易。若实施自动给棉改造时，又可省掉改动梳棉机的烦恼和花费。

具体实施方式
在说明书附图中，第一排风网(A)、第二排风网(H)垂直平行排放，感应装置(B)和连接轴(C)相连，感应装置(B)和接近开关(D)相连，减速电动机(E)通过皮带和夹棉罗拉(I)相连，弹簧自动调整装置(F)和活动式给棉板(G)相连。
本发明的工作原理为：由上夹棉罗拉将棉花往下送，而打手则将棉花开松集中于下棉箱，形成棉层；下给棉罗拉将棉花往下带，经过活动式给棉板，形成棉层往后输送；活动式给棉板在通过的棉层上分段感测其厚度的不同后，集中反应至连接轴，连接轴将变化反应至感应装置，再由接近开关反应其厚度变化，并将信号传达至主控制电路板；主控制电路板经过运算后改变减速电动机的速度，如棉层厚则速度减慢，反之如棉层薄则速度加快，使棉层输出始终保持厚度一致，生条内不匀率可控制在2％以内。

1.一种自动供棉机下匀式自动供棉箱，由第一排风网、感应装置、连接轴、接近开关、减速电动机、弹簧自动调整装置、活动式给棉板、第二排风网和夹棉罗拉组成；其特征在于，其中，
第一排风网、第二排风网垂直平行排放；
活动式给棉板整体分为4块，并且活动式给棉板一端与连接轴连接，另一端与弹簧自动调整装置相连；
感应装置和连接轴相连，感应装置和接近开关相连；
在连接轴的两端装有感应装置，使棉花供给活动式给棉板时，感应其距离；
设置在感应装置尾端的接近开关，感应棉层的厚薄；
减速电动机通过皮带和夹棉罗拉相连，并且通过夹棉罗拉将棉层往导棉板输送。
