冰箱挤管铺机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种冰箱挤管铺机。
背景技术
保持恒定低温的一种制冷设备,也是一种使食物或其他物品保持恒定低温冷态的民用产品。箱体内有压缩机、制冰机用以结冰的柜或箱。其中一类冰箱为压缩式电冰箱,由电动机提供机械能,通过压缩机对制冷系统作功。制冷系统利用低沸点的制冷剂,蒸发时,吸收汽化热的原理制成的。其优点是寿命长,使用方便,目前世界上91~95%的电冰箱属于这一类。目前常用的电冰箱利用了一种叫做氟利昂的物质作为热的“搬运工”,把冰箱里的“热”“搬运”到冰箱的外面。
冰箱中制冷剂的输送会采用很多管道,对输送管的制作,通常采用挤管机,与之配套使用的后续设备挤出成型机称之为铺机,塑料挤管机经过100多年的发展,衍生出可以与棺材、薄膜、棒材、单思等各种成型铺机匹配,但是目前是面上的挤管机基础的塑料成品质量不高,因为在基础过程中,冷却不均匀,不彻底,同时定型差,导致其质量不高。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种高成品率的冰箱挤管铺机。
本方案中的冰箱挤管铺机,包括依次设置的挤出机、机头、定型装置、冷却装置、牵引装置、切割装置和成品架,机头固定在挤出机的出管口,冷却装置上设有定型装置。
本方案的技术原理:原材料有挤出机中塑化后经机头芯棒和空魔剑的环形缝隙挤压成管状,紧接着进入定型装置经过冷却定型,再进入冷却水槽中进一步冷却,充分冷却后的官字由调节牵引速度的牵引装置匀速拉出,最后由切割装置按规定的长度切断,即可获得一定壁厚和长度的冰箱塑料管材。
本装置的技术效果,在整个生产过程中有定型装置和冷却装置,保证了管材生产成品率不易出现异形管材。
进一步,冷却装置采用水冷却方式,采用水冷经济节能,同时由于水比热容高的特点,因此其冷却效率也比较高。
进一步,冷却装置的内部设有空腔,进水口设置在空腔下部,出水口设置在空腔上部从空腔下部进水,上部出水,可保证谁能够的进入整个空腔,进而冷却充分冷却管材。
进一步,牵引装置内部设有散热器,进一步对管材进行冷却。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:挤出机1、机头2、定型装置3、冷却装置4、牵引装置5、散热器6、切割装置7、成品架8。
实施例基本如附图1所示:
本方案的最左端为挤出机1,该挤出机1的上面为料斗,挤出机1的右端为出料口,该出料口与机头2固定在一起,在挤出机1的右侧设有冷却装置4,冷却装置4进料口设有定型装置3,冷却装置4采用水冷的方式,具体在冷却装置4内不设置空腔,该空腔的底部设有进水口,在空腔的上部设置口水口,进水口与进水管道相连,冷水慢慢的溢满空腔,从出水口排出,整个过程水可以充份装满整个空腔,保证充分冷却。
在冷却装置4的右侧设置牵引装置5,该牵引装置5内部还设有散热器6,散热器6运转,能够对管材进一步冷却,管材定型更加充分。
在牵引装置5的右侧设置切割装置7,当管材至牵引装置5内出来时,切割装置7进行切割,被切割后的管材置于牵引装置5右侧的成品架8上进一步进行冷却。
在料斗内的原材料经过挤出机1加工后,从右侧出料口的机头2出来,进入定型装置3,定型装置3连接冷却装置4,管材在此冷却定型,然后向右侧进入牵引装置5,在牵引装置5内不设有散热器6对其进一步散热冷却,然后经切割装置7切割后置于成品架8。

1.冰箱挤管铺机,其特征在于,包括依次设置的挤出机、机头、定型装置、冷却装置、牵引装置、切割装置和成品架,所述机头固定在挤出机的出管口,所述冷却装置上设有定型装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱挤管铺机,其特征在于:所述冷却装置采用水冷却方式。
3.根据权利要求2所述的冰箱挤管铺机,其特征在于:所述冷却装置的内部设有空腔,进水口设置在空腔下部,出水口设置在空腔上部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的冰箱挤管铺机,其特征在于:所述牵引装置内部设有散热器。
