本发明公开了一种并排六针母插头插针机的气动针尾切断装置,包括切断装置立板和切断装置筋板均垂直安装于切断装置底板,切断装置立板正面上部设有插针压固滑轨气缸,插针压固滑轨气缸的滑轨上安装有插针压固模座,插针压固模座上安装有插针压固模,插针压固模的前侧设有针尾切断压板,针尾切断压板的上边沿顶在两个切断机构缓冲器的缓冲头上,两个切断机构缓冲器安装于切断机构缓冲器座,插针压固模的右侧对应设有针尾切断模,针尾切断模安装于针尾切断模座,针尾切断模座安装于针尾切断滑轨气缸的滑轨上,针尾切断滑轨气缸安装于切断装置立板正面下部。通过上述方式,本发明能够快速将插入到塑料本体内的三个相连插针的尾部切除。

现在电子产品大量普及而且飞速发展,电子产品内部的电子连接头需求量越来越大。电子连接头是由塑料本体和金属针组成的,最早是由工人手工将金属针插入塑料本体的,随着需求的增加,开始出现自动化的插针机,但是之前的插针机都是将金属针一个一个插入的,效率比较低,对于并排的扁薄塑料本体金属针不好插入。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种并排六针母插头插针机的气动针尾切断装置,能够快速将插入到塑料本体内的三个相连插针的尾部切除。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种并排六针母插头插针机的气动针尾切断装置,该并排六针母插头插针机的气动针尾切断装置包括针尾切断压板、切断装置底板、切断装置立板、切断装置筋板、针尾切断滑轨气缸、针尾切断模、针尾切断模座、插针压固滑轨气缸、插针压固模、插针压固模座、切断机构缓冲器和切断机构缓冲器座,所述切断装置立板垂直安装于切断装置底板,切断装置立板背面设有切断装置筋板,切断装置筋板垂直固定于切断装置底板,切断装置立板正面上部设有插针压固滑轨气缸,插针压固滑轨气缸的滑轨上安装有插针压固模座,插针压固模座上安装有插针压固模,插针压固模的前侧设有针尾切断压板,针尾切断压板的上边沿顶在两个切断机构缓冲器的缓冲头上,两个切断机构缓冲器安装于切断机构缓冲器座,切断机构缓冲器座安装于切断压板稳定导块上平面,插针压固模的右侧对应设有针尾切断模,针尾切断模安装于针尾切断模座,针尾切断模座安装于针尾切断滑轨气缸的滑轨上,针尾切断滑轨气缸安装于切断装置立板正面下部。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种并排六针母插头插针机的气动针尾切断装置,能够快速将插入到塑料本体内的三个相连插针的尾部切除。

本发明并排六针母插头插针机的气动针尾切断装置,能够快速将插入到塑料本体内的三个相连插针的尾部切除。
