Abstract

一种冷风机,空气流动经过其含水层,并经不同方向的导流而使室内得到新鲜、降温空气;其具有成排直立式蒸发层,并于各蒸发层之间构成风道,在每相邻风道内设导温壳形成冷却风道,由隔离的风道分别导出含(或不含)丰富湿气的冷风。

Description

冷风机
本发明涉及一种冷风机。
现有技术的冷风机是用风扇吹过一含水层,再排出机外。这种结构虽在吹出机外时能微略降温,但含有较重的湿气、水气,并且,排出机外后,水气等随即扩散,因此,这种冷风机极易使室内湿气过多,且仅具有局部降温作用。由于其结构仅能提供一小面积的作用面,无法实现充分蒸发制冷效果。
中国专利申请91100584.6提出一种以空气吸收为能源的蒸发制冷技术,特别是涉及可将气体制冷到湿球或雾点温度以下的集气体制冷、净化、除尘、消音为一体的空调机。但这种空调机是采用膜式蒸发器和间隔式蒸发器,其中膜式蒸发器由配水系统、蒸发膜和框架组成,由蒸发膜使其具有大于自身数十倍的表面积,可将水溶液表面积极大而极薄的展开,使之有足够的动态蒸发表面积,间隔式蒸发器则将上述蒸发膜和导热膜迭合在一起;或是制成管束式,所有这些构件的结构较为复杂,在工艺上难于达到设计要求,以致迄今还未能见到有此类产品问世。
本发明的目的是提供一种冷风机,使其既能提供不富含湿气及水气的空气,又能将导入空气直接逐渐降温。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,即提供一种冷风机,其主要构件有一机壳:设进气口、出气口及排气口,风扇引入空气,并使空气分别由出气口及排气口排出;机壳内设立呈排状直立的蒸发层,并形成蒸发风道及冷却风道;其中蒸发层设置在机壳内水盘上组成框架式结构的上、下固定杆上;工作介质供给装置:由一给水泵提供工作介质给配水管,配水管经给水支管将工作介质均匀地分配至蒸发层上方,并向下均匀流入蒸发层;蒸发层形成若干排纵向排列的分隔空间,在每隔开一个蒸发层的间隔空间设置前后开口、上下左右封闭的导温壳,导温壳内设置与冷却风道同向的鳍片;在蒸发层的尾端(与风扇相对)设置风口板,该风口板上设若干与导温壳尾部接合的开口;导温壳内风道与蒸发层之间未设导温壳风道,经风口板隔离,使空气分别由出气口及排出口排出;蒸发通道上方适当位置设有导向板。
本发明的优点在于能提供一种大面积的蒸发作用面,以形成良好的等温蒸发条件,而得到充分的蒸发,能进行换气,提供不含湿气及水气的空气,将室外的新鲜空气引入室内。
以下结合附图说明本发明的实施例,其中:

如图1所示,本发明的冷风机包括一机壳1、机壳1上设有一进气口2、在进气口2上设滤网3及一风扇4、机壳1进气口2的相对侧设出气口5、机壳1上方设排气口6及排气罩7,于上述机壳1内装置机体。
机壳1除进气口2、出气口5及排气口6外,呈封闭状态。
图2、3所示为机体立体图,其包括固定框8、固定杆9、蒸发层10、给水泵11、配水管12、给水支管13、均水层14、导温壳15、导向板16、风口板17及水盘18。
在上述固定框8上、下设两排固定杆9,固定框8与固定杆9构成一坚固框体,于固定杆9上设蒸发层10,蒸发层10间形成若干空间,这些空间即为“风道”(后述)。
蒸发层10为耐腐蚀、吸湿性良好、表面蓬松的疏松孔布,呈毯状或单层或数层叠合而成,例如可采用聚丙烯晴纤维(polyacrylic staplefiber)。
在固定杆9上缘蒸发层10上方设有给水支管13及均水层14,以将工作介质均匀地输送至蒸发层10,而直立的蒸发层10则因材料毛细作用及工作介质受地心引力影响而向下流动,并均匀地散布、润湿,流下的工作介质进入水盘18内。
工作介质由给水泵11和水盘18从外部引入,经配水管12由给水支管13细孔(未绘示)渗出,再经均水层14将工作介质散布,使下方蒸发层10被均匀地润湿。
在成排片状蒸发层10之间,每间隔一排内设置导温壳15,该导温壳15为极易导热的材料制成,为前后开口,上、下、左、右都封闭式结构,其左、右两侧与蒸发层10接合,导温壳15构成的空间即为冷却风道B。
在成排片状蒸发层10之间,每一未设导温壳15的间隔,为蒸发风道A,当空气由风扇4引入后,即流向蒸发风道A及冷却风道B,蒸发风道A因空气对蒸发层10上的工作介质等温蒸发,即形成蒸发层10上工作介质蒸发而吸热,而供热来源则是与蒸发层10紧贴的导温壳15,因此,导温壳15即对其内部流经的空气吸热,流经内部的空气因而由前至后逐渐降温。
在促进上述蒸发作用的产生及进行,可于工作介质内加入适量的表面活性剂等;为了增进导温壳15的导温效果,可在导温壳15内设置与冷却风道B同向的鳍片151。
在蒸发层10的尾端(与风扇4相对)设置风口板17,风口板17上设若干开口171,这些开口171与导温壳15尾部接合,使流经冷却风道B内的空气经这些开口171由出气口5排出冷却空气;而在蒸发风道A内的空气则被风口板17阻止,向上而由排气口6排出。
为使蒸发风道A内空气流向稳定,设置导向板16于蒸发风道A上方的适当位置。
上述导向板16可设置于均水层14与蒸发层10上缘之间,或直接装置于机壳1上方而向下将导向板16伸入蒸发风道A内。
前述风口板17,可依使用地区不同而适当地设置开口171,由于蒸发风道A内空气湿度大(温度亦降低),因此,于干燥地区反而可将之引入,甚至,也可将导温壳15及风口板17都取掉,并将排气口6封闭,成为排出空气湿度大的冷风机。
上述封闭的机壳1,将使机体内的气压略成负压,因而使冷却温度降低,达到更好的制冷效果。
本发明设置直立的蒸发层10,并将成排状蒸发层10分隔及装置导温壳15,不但可在一定的体积里充分有效地提供较大的蒸发作用面,而且巧妙地形成了蒸发风道A及冷却风道B,使流经空气可被迅速冷却及分离而达到较高效率。
如图4所示的蒸发层10及导温壳15,可呈一独立体,即一圆环状蒸发层10,其上下以固定杆9支撑,中间设置导温壳15,使导温壳15内为冷却风道B,而蒸发层10两外侧为蒸发风道A。
上述呈独立体的结构,分别以间隔排列于风扇4后侧以形成蒸发风道A与冷却风道B。
本发明的冷气机,因能提供室外的新鲜空气,因此,更适合于人体的健康。很明显,使用本发明的冷气机,除可将冷却风道B内的空气导出使用外,亦可使用由蒸发风道A排出的空气,用于载培室、养殖室等。

Claims (3)

1.一种冷风机,其主要构件有一机壳:设进气口、出气口及排气口,风扇引入空气,并使空气分别由出气口及排气口排出;机壳内设立呈排状直立的蒸发层,并形成蒸发风道及冷却风道;其中蒸发层设置在机壳内水盘上组成框架式结构的上、下固定杆上;工作介质供给装置:由一给水泵提供工作介质给配水管,配水管经给水支管将工作介质均匀地分配至蒸发层上方,并向下均匀流入蒸发层;蒸发层形成若干排纵向排列的分隔空间,在每隔开一个蒸发层的间隔空间设置前后开口、上下左右封闭的导温壳,导温壳内设置与冷却风道同向的鳍片;在蒸发层的尾端(与风扇相对)设置风口板,该风口板上设若干与导温壳尾部接合的开口;导温壳内风道与蒸发层之间未设导温壳风道,经风口板隔离,使空气分别由出气口及排出口排出;蒸发通道上方适当位置设有导向板。
2.如权利要求1所述的冷风机,其特在于蒸发层及导温壳呈独立体,并间隔排列。
3.如权利要求1所述的冷风机,其特征在于其风口板使蒸发风道或冷却风道空气阻止或流通。
