本发明涉及冰箱领域,特别涉及一种调节冷藏冷冻的冰箱风道结构,包括进风口、出风口、第一风道盖板、第二风道盖板、风扇和风扇电机,风扇和风扇电机位于进风口处,第一风道盖板与第二风道盖板平行设置且形成出风腔,出风口位于出风腔的端部,出风腔分为冷藏腔和冷冻腔,冷藏腔端部设有多个可调节温度的冷藏风道,冷冻腔端部设有多个可调节温度的冷冻风道。根据存放物品的需求,可以将冷藏室和冷冻室分成多个温度区,保证物品的保鲜性。

技术领域
本发明涉及冰箱领域,特别涉及一种调节冷藏冷冻的冰箱风道结构。
背景技术
冰箱是保持恒定低温的一种制冷设备,也是一种使食物或其他物品保持恒定低温冷态的民用产品。箱体内有压缩机、制冰装置和带有制冷装置的储藏箱。一般无霜冰箱有如下特点:1、进行冷冻和冷藏的风量调节时,只能通过风门的全开全闭用于减少冷藏的送风量,并且只能调节冷藏的风量。2、传统无霜冰箱不能任意关闭冷藏或者冷冻间室,只能通过关闭风门来关闭冷藏室、通过停止压缩机运行来关闭冷冻室,而停止压缩机运行时同时也关闭了冷藏室,即不能任意关闭冷冻室。3、冷藏和冷冻室内不同层会分别放肉类、水果和剩饭等,但是冷藏室整体是一个温度,冷冻室整体是一个温度,由于肉类、水果等物品需要的抑制微生物的温度不同,为此在同一温度下,会导致有些物品冻坏了,有些物品还没有完全到达临界温度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题为:由于现有的无霜冰箱的冷藏室整体温度一样,冷冻室整体温度一样,无法满足不同物品对于温度的需求。
为了解决这个问题,本发明提供一种调节冷藏冷冻的冰箱风道结构,包括进风口、出风口、第一风道盖板、第二风道盖板、风扇和风扇电机,风扇和风扇电机位于进风口处,第一风道盖板与第二风道盖板平行设置且形成出风腔,出风口位于出风腔的端部,出风腔分为冷藏腔和冷冻腔,冷藏腔端部设有多个可调节温度的冷藏风道,冷冻腔端部设有多个可调节温度的冷冻风道。
本发明的有益效果为:由于在冰箱中存放物品比较多,每个物品的保鲜温度也不同,为了达到最佳保鲜效果,本发明采用多个冷藏风道和冷冻风道来进行温度的调控。当风扇电机带动风扇进行转动,风扇强制箱内空气流动,因此箱内温度均匀,冷却速度快,使用方便。风进入第一风道盖板和第二风道盖板形成的出风腔,分别进入冷冻风道和冷藏风道,该设置可以在不同风道中对其温度进行调节,适应不同物品的需求。
优选的,冷藏风道的端部设有与冰箱内壳连接的冷藏调节板,冷冻风道的端部设有与冰箱内壳连接的冷冻调节板。为了实现冷藏风道和冷冻风道可以控制不同温度,设置与冰箱内壳连接处的冷藏调节板和冷冻调节板,该设置可以根据需求,增加或者减少通风量,从而有效控制每一层的温度。
优选的,冷冻风道内设有一个自动板,自动板设有与自动板电连接的温度传感器。由于关闭冷冻室只有通过停止压缩机来运行,为了让其可以和冷藏室一样,通过风门进行调节开关,为此设置自动板和温度传感器,温度传感器可以接收上端的温度,从而作出相应的动作,实现冷冻室内温度的自动调节。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,实施例,一种调节冷藏冷冻的冰箱风道结构,包括进风口、出风口、第一风道盖板1、第二风道盖板2、风扇3和风扇电机4,风扇3和风扇电机4位于进风口处,第一风道盖板1与第二风道盖板2平行设置且形成出风腔,出风口位于出风腔的端部,出风腔分为冷藏腔5和冷冻腔6,冷藏腔5端部设有多个可调节温度的冷藏风道7,冷冻腔6端部设有多个可调节温度的冷冻风道8。冷藏风道7的端部设有与冰箱内壳连接的冷藏调节板9,冷冻风道8的端部设有与冰箱内壳连接的冷冻调节板10。冷冻风道8内设有一个自动板11,自动板11设有与自动板11电连接的温度传感器12。其中冷藏调节板9和冷冻调节板10均为与竖直方向成一定角度的叶片13,当该层的物品需要的温度比较低时,可以减小角度,进而减小了进风量,反之亦然。
当风扇电机4带动风扇3进行转动,风扇3强制箱内空气流动,因此箱内温度均匀,冷却速度快,使用方便。风进入第一风道盖板1和第二风道盖板2形成的出风腔,分别进入冷冻风道8和冷藏风道7,该设置可以在不同风道中对其温度进行调节,适应不同物品的需求。

1.一种调节冷藏冷冻的冰箱风道结构,包括进风口、出风口、第一风道盖板、第二风道盖板、风扇和风扇电机,风扇和风扇电机位于进风口处,第一风道盖板与第二风道盖板平行设置且形成出风腔,出风口位于出风腔的端部,其特征在于:所述出风腔分为冷藏腔和冷冻腔,冷藏腔端部设有多个可调节温度的冷藏风道,冷冻腔端部设有多个可调节温度的冷冻风道;所述冷藏风道的端部设有与冰箱内壳连接的冷藏调节板,冷冻风道的端部设有与冰箱内壳连接的冷冻调节板;所述冷冻风道内设有一个自动板,自动板设有与自动板电连接的温度传感器。
