本发明涉一种透明的LED模组，简称为TL，将LED灯珠以及电阻等电子元器件牢固地焊接在透明的玻璃电路板或者透明亚克力电路板上。厚度可以在0.4MM至1CM之间。作为一种透明LED模组应用到广告标识以及辅助照明领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种透明的LED模组，简称为TL，将LED灯珠以及电阻等电子元器件牢固地焊接在透明的玻璃电路板或者透明亚克力电路板上。厚度可以在0.4MM至1CM之间。作为一种透明LED模组应用到广告标识以及辅助照明领域。
背景技术
LED照明领域所采用的材料都是非透明的，透明是LED领域的一种发展趋势，更是一种创新型技术，电子设备的透明化，轻薄化发展已经成为一种趋势，譬如在广告标识领域的应用，就可以形成从设计、生产、安装进行简约化发展。为创意设计提供了更为宽泛的想象空间，生产所耗费的材料更少，安装也更为简便，节约了大量的材料成本和人工成本。有着极高的社会意义，符合国家提倡的节约型社会的理念，主要为广告标识行业提供了一种全新的产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种透明的LED模组或者灯条，将LED灯珠焊接到透明材料上，主要解决的技术问题是材料的阻值和焊接的牢固程度以及受热之后的膨胀系数的一致性。包括材料选配，焊接工艺，后端应用工艺三个部分。
本发明的目的是这样实现的
主要基础材料为透明玻璃材质或者亚克力材质，形成电路的材料。将LED灯珠或者电阻等电子元器件通过焊接的方式成型。图1是该种透明的LED模组的正面视图。

Claims (4)

1.该种透明的LED模组，包括一种透明的LED模组或者灯条及焊接到透明材料上的LED灯珠两部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的该种透明的LED模组，其特征在于：主要解决的技术问题是材料的阻值。
3.根据权利要求1所述的该种透明的LED模组，其特征在于：焊接的牢固程度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的该种透明的LED模组，其特征在于：受热之后的膨胀系数的一致性。
