Abstract

本发明公开了一种减振调节蝶阀,包括阀体、蝶板和阀杆;所述阀杆设置在阀体中,且阀杆中端与设置在阀体内的蝶板连接;所述蝶板上开设有疏流孔;通过在调节蝶阀的蝶板上增设疏流孔,并通过CFD手段确定特定孔道和孔型的疏流孔数,孔位布置位置,以获取较好的均流效果,消减介质通过蝶板后的湍流及漩涡强度,从大幅消减因介质湍流导致的阀门及管道振动强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及调节蝶阀应用技术领域,具体为一种减振调节蝶阀。
背景技术
    现有调节蝶阀在0度-45度蝶板开启范围内调节流量时,介质通过蝶板会发生剧烈的扰动,产生湍流,漩涡,激发阀体通道内壁及管壁发生强烈振动,严重影响相关设备和系统的安全运行。本发明通过在调节型蝶板上增加梳流孔,使得介质通过蝶板时的湍流,漩涡程度大大地减轻,从而有消减了阀门所在管线的振动。
    在火力发电厂热电联产机组汽轮机的中低压缸联通管上适用的供热调节蝶阀,在机组大流量对外供热时,都呈现出调节蝶阀的蝶板开度小而导致汽轮机组及联通管管系的严重振动,给机组安全运行带来重大隐患,目前尚无有效解决方法,只能将阀门的开度限定在某一值以上,这就使得机组的正常最大供热量无法达到设计要求或机组供热潜力未得到充分挖掘。
    现在的供热调节蝶阀开度常用范围在25度至90度内,开度再小时会导致其安装强烈振动。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种减振调节蝶阀,通过在调节蝶阀的蝶板上增设疏流孔,并通过CFD手段确定特定孔道和疏流孔数,孔位布置位置,以获取较好的均流效果,消减介质通过蝶板后的湍流,漩涡强度,从大幅消减阀门及管系的振动强度。
    为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种减振调节蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆和蝶板;所述阀杆设置在阀体中,且阀杆中端与设置在阀体内的蝶板连接;所述蝶板上开设有疏流孔。
    作为本发明的进一步技术方案:所述疏流孔通过CFD手段确定特定孔道形状的疏流孔数,孔径。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该减振调节蝶阀,无需增加新的零部件数,无需改变阀门外形尺标和安装方式,即可大幅度的消减小开度状态下调节型蝶阀及其安装管系的振动强度,并且不影响蝶阀大开度状态下的通流能力。
通过设置旁通管的方法将调节蝶板两侧导道,在蝶板小开度工作时,蝶板上游侧介质压力大于下游侧介质压力,从而使得一部分介质被引入到蝶板后侧漩涡区,从而填补了低压介质压场不均问题,消减了漩涡流强度,从而减小了阀门及管道的振动。

    请参阅图1—2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种减振调节蝶阀,包括阀体1、阀杆2和蝶板3;所述阀杆2设置在阀体1中,且阀杆2中端与设置在阀体1内的蝶板3连接;所述蝶板3上开设有疏流孔31。
    作为本发明的进一步技术方案:所述疏流孔31并通过CFD手段确定特定孔道的疏流孔数和孔径。
本发明在设计时:通过CFD方法,在蝶板上通过加工特定孔道和孔数的方法,消减调节蝶阀中小开度时0度到45度的安装管系振动强度。
    本发明通过蝶板打孔的方法,进而达到消减阀门及其安装管系振动效果。

1.一种减振调节蝶阀,包括阀体(1)、阀杆(2)和蝶板(3);其特征在于:所述阀杆(2)设置在阀体(1)中,且阀杆(2)中端与设置在阀体(1)内的蝶板(3)连接;所述蝶板(3)上开设有疏流孔(31)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种减振调节蝶阀,其特征在于:所述疏流孔(31)通过CFD手段确定特定孔道的疏流孔数。
